一和平人士的又一次崇高的集合,又一次把地球上千千万万善良人民要求和平的纯洁意志从四面八方汇合起来了。一九五三年十一月二十三日至二十八日,世界和平理事会在维也纳开了会。这次会议是在世界人民和平大会举行后一年、世界和平力量空前壮大而战争势力仍在不断地制造国际紧张局势的情况下召开的。这次会议又是继着同年六月世界和平理事会布达佩斯会议号召展开国际协商运动后,在已有的成就的基础上,为了进一步明确协商观念和促进切实达成协议而召开的。因此,会议展开了更深刻的讨论,得出了更有力的决议。     

Influence of annealing conditions on impurity species in arsenic-doped HgCdTe grown by molecular beam epitaxy

Based on our previous work,the influence of annealing conditions on impurity species in in-situ arsenic (As)-doped Hg 1 x Cd x Te (x ≈ 0.3) grown by molecular beam epitaxy has been systematically investigated by modulated photoluminescence spectra.The results show that (i) the doped-As acting as undesirable shallow/deep levels in as-grown can be optimized under proper annealing conditions and the physical mechanism of the disadvantage of high activation temperature,commonly assumed to be more favourable for As activation,has been discussed as compared with the reports in the As-implanted HgCdTe epilayers (x ≈ 0.39),(ii) the density of V Hg has an evident effect on the determination of bandgap (or composition) of epilayers and the excessive introduction of V Hg will lead to a short-wavelength shift of epilayers,and (iii) the V Hg prefers forming the V Hg-As Hg complex when the inactivated-As (As Hg or related) coexists in a certain density,which makes it difficult to annihilate V Hg in As-doped epilayers.As a result,the bandedge electronic structures of epilayers under different conditions have been drawn as a brief guideline for preparing extrinsic p-type epilayers or related devices.     

活性污泥宏基因组Fosmid文库的构建

大插入片段宏基因组文库的构建是开发大片段目的基因及分析其结构与功能的基础.文中分别采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)法、试剂盒及琼脂糖包埋法提取活性污泥宏基因组DNA,其中琼脂糖包埋法获得的DNA片段大于23kbp,利用此DNA成功构建了以pCC1FOS为载体的Fosmid文库,该文库含有5280个克隆,平均插入片段长度为35～40 kbp,共包含约200 Mbp的宏基因组DNA.从此文库中随机挑选200个克隆,利用活性筛选方法快速筛选到了1个含有淀粉酶的阳性克隆,表明活性污泥Fosmid文库可用于功能基因的活性筛选,具有开发新基因的潜力.     

基于3G和GSM技术高度自动化节水灌溉系统的研究

为解决目前国内传统农业灌溉中存在的过渡灌溉、浪费水资源和现有已开发节水灌溉自动化系统投资巨大、监控灌溉水分指标缺乏、技术高端难以在农户中广泛推广、系统指导灌溉面积小等问题,以实现推动节水灌溉的大力推广,结合无线传感器网络技术,设计开发了一种基于新兴的3G和GSM技术的节水灌溉控制系统。本文从该系统的基本结构出发,分别对系统各部分的结构、功能和原理做了简单介绍。     

Mechanical Reinforcement and Piezoelectric Properties of PZT Ceramics Embedded with Nano-Crystalline

The double-scale lead zirconate titanate （PZT） piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the solid state processing with PZT nano-crystalline and micro-powder. The microstructures, electrical and mechanical properties of the double-scale PZT are investigated. All the sintered ceramics exhibit a single perovskite structure and the grain size of the dou ble-scale PZT reduces due to the incorporation of PZT nano-crystalline. Compared to normal PZT, the mechanical properties increase significantly and the piezoelectric properties decrease slightly. Mechanisms responsible for the reinforcement of the double-scale PZT are discussed.     

弹性波动方程数值解的有限元并行算法

在求解弹性波动方程中,有限元法的高内存量和巨大运算量的需求在基于单CPU串行算法中一直难于满足,制约其优势的发挥.根据有限元法的"化整为零、集零为整"的基本思想与并行处理技术的"分而治之"的原则基本一致,采用基于多CPU的并行算法,从有限元参数矩阵计算和线性方程组求解两个方面入手,把求解区域分到多个CPU上并行计算参数矩阵,对线性方程组采用循环块三对角线方程组进行并行求解.对比了不同大小空间和不同CPU个数下的加速比,证实了多CPU的并行算法能够克服基于单CPU串行算法的物理限制,满足了有限元法的巨大空间量和运算量的需求.此算法具有理论上的正确性和实践上的可行性.

提供了蔬菜中毒死蜱、乐果、敌敌畏、甲拌磷、杀螟硫磷、甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷、久效磷等十种有机磷农药的多残留测定方法,同时可为食品中有机磷农药多残留分析提供参考。     

A self-powered and sensitive terahertz photodetection based on PdSe2

With the rapid development of terahertz technology, terahertz detectors are expected to play a key role in diverse areas such as homeland security and imaging, materials diagnostics, biology, medical sciences, and communication. Whereas self-powered, rapid response, and room temperature terahertz photodetectors are confronted with huge challenges. Here, we report a novel rapid response and self-powered terahertz photothermoelectronic (PTE) photodetector based on a low-dimensional material: palladium selenide (PdSe₂). An order of magnitude performance enhancement was observed in photodetection based on PdSe₂/graphene heterojunction that resulted from the integration of graphene and enhanced the Seebeck effect. Under 0.1-THz and 0.3-THz irradiations, the device displays a stable and repeatable photoresponse at room temperature without bias. Furthermore, rapid rise (5.0 μs) and decay (5.4 μs) times are recorded under 0.1-THz irradiation. Our results demonstrate the promising prospect of the detector based on PdSe₂ in terms of air-stable, suitable sensitivity and speed, which may have great application in terahertz detection.
