原子束计算全息片的设计与制作研究

在分析原子束计算全息片特点的基础上,提出采用罗曼Ⅲ型傅里叶变换计算全息图设计原子束计算全息片,给出设计步骤,然后提出采用电子束光刻编码矩孔图形,ICP各向异性刻蚀SiN薄膜的全息片制作方案,对全息片的制作工艺流程详细予以介绍,最后给出制作完成的SiN薄膜计算全息片.

镁铝尖晶石单晶的研制

本文论述了透明的、化学配比的尖晶石（ＭｇＡｌ２Ｏ４）单晶的生长。可以用直拉法（切克劳斯基法）在以钨棒作为加热元件的电阻加热炉中生长熔点为２１０５℃的尖晶石（ＭｇＡｌ２Ｏ４）单晶。所生长的晶体直径在２０ｍｍ以上,重１５０克,外观整齐,用劳厄法χ射线衍射证实为单晶体。用光学显微镜及扫描电子显微镜检查了缺陷,晶体的位错密度约为１０～１０／ｃｍ２,可适合于硅的外延生长。

根据小波变换的基本概念和理论,给出了实现小波分解与重构的塔式快速算法,基于小波变换用于奇变信号的检测原理,对奇变信号的小波时频分析进行了深入的研究,并通过一个工程实例,说明了小波变换在奇变信号检测中具有广阔的应用前景。     

环境钙浓度对淡水育珠蚌外套膜及珍珠囊钙代谢的影响

作者采用多种组织化学方法及等离子光谱技术,研究了不同环境钙浓度对淡水育珠蚌钙代谢的影响。发现与对照组（钙浓度约１０ｇ／ｍ＾３）相比,较高钙浓度（２０～３０／ｍ＾３）条件下三角帆蚌外套膜组织钙含量增加,外套膜内外表皮和珍珠囊上皮细胞的分泌活动旺盛;与之相反,高钙浓度条件下（３０ｇ／ｍ＾３以上）,蚌外套膜组织钙含量降低,外套膜内外表皮和珍珠囊上皮细胞的分泌活动下降。这表明环境中适宜的钙浓度可促进蚌对钙
