以乙二胺为手臂分子制备的DNA修饰电极及其伏安性能

Carboxyl was formed on the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE) by electrochemical oxidation. Ethylenediamine(En) was used as the arm molecule to link carboxyl with dsDNA using 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) as the activators to prepare dsDNA modified electrode(dsDNA/En/GCE). It was shown that dsDNA couM be covalently immobilized on the surface of GCE. ssDNA modified electrode(ssDNA/En/GCE) was obtained via the thermal denaturation of dsDNA/En/GCE. The dsDNA/En/GCE and ssDNA/En/GCE were characterized by voltammetry with methylene blue(MB) as the indicator. The results indicated that the currents of the redox peaks of MB at ssDNA/En/GCE were larger than those at dsDNA/En/GCE, and the currents of the redox peaks at En/GCE were the smallest. The peak-currents of MB at the DNA modified electrode had good reproducibility after multi-denaturation and hybridization cycles.

Poloidal rotation of main ions in the CT-6B tokamak

The poloidal rotation velocity of neutral hydrogen atoms is measured using the Doppler shift of the Hα spectral line emitted in the CT-6B tokamak. The poloidal rotation of hydrogen atoms is generated through the collisions and charge-exchanges with main ions (protons). Therefore, the rotation direction of main ions can be deduced from that of neutral hydrogen atoms. The experimental results show that the main ions rotate in the electron diamagnetic drift direction, the same as the impurity ions, in the plasma core. The neutral hydrogen atoms rotate also in the electron diamagnetic drift direction in the edge region of the plasma. However, the rotation direction of main ions in the edge region cannot be judged from the experimental result due to the long mean free path of hydrogen atoms in the edge region. An inward diffusion flux of hydrogen atoms toward the torus inside with a velocity of the same order of magnitude as their poloidal rotation is also observed.

结合使用指数型二分性原理和Rothe不动点定理,考虑了非线性泛函微分方程概周期解的存在性问题,推广和改善了已有的结果.

The p-moment exponential robust stability for stochastic systems with distributed delays and interval parameters is studied. By constructing the Lyapunov- Krasovskii functional and employing the decomposition technique of interval matrix and Ito＇s formula, the delay-dependent criteria for the p-moment exponential robust stability are obtained. Numerical examples show the validity and practicality of the presented criteria.     

基于AutoCAD的图形数控编程系统设计

介绍了一种基于AutoCADR14平台 ,适于工业个人计算机数控系统的图形数控编程系统 首先在AutoCAD中绘制加工零件图形 ,然后通过本系统读取该零件图形数据并进行工艺干预 ,最后系统自动生成ISO数控加工程序 系统还可以通过对加工过程的动态模拟来检测加工程序的正误     

[Pb2(TNR)2(CHZ)2(H2O)2]·4H2O的结构及热分解机理

用碳酰肼 (CHZ ,NH2 NHCONHNH2 )、硝酸铅和三硝基间苯二酚 (TNR ,斯蒂酚酸 )的水溶液制备 [Pb2 (TNR) 2 (CHZ) 2 (H2 O) 2 ]·4H2 O .采用单晶分析的方法测定它的分子结构 ,并用TG DTG、DSC和　IR相结合的技术研究它的热分解机理 .所得晶体属单斜晶系 ,P2 1/n空间群 .晶体学参数为 :a=0 .6470 0 ( 10 )nm ,b =1.60 74 ( 3)nm ,c=1.4 883( 3)nm ,β =97.4 2 ( 2 )° ,V =1.534 9( 5)n ,Z =2 ,DC=2 .572 g·cm- 3,μ(Mo ,Kα) =11.0 80cm- 1,F( 0 0 0 ) =112 8.最终偏离因子R =0 .0 4 2 2 ,Rw=0 .0 735.该配合物分子呈中心对称 ,两个羰基O原子形成两个氧桥 ,TNR2 - ,CHZ和H2 O同时参与了与中心离子的配位     

固相微萃取气相色谱法测定水相中邻苯二甲酸二酯

采用m(聚硅氧烷 (OV 1) )∶m (富勒烯聚二甲基硅氧烷 (PSO C60 ) ) =4∶1的混合固定相自制萃取头 ,利用顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱联用技术 (HS SPME GC)分析了水中 5种邻苯二甲酸二酯。考察了萃取温度、离子强度、吸附和热解吸时间等因素对该方法灵敏度的影响。结果表明该萃取头萃取选择性优于商用PDMS萃取头。方法的检出限为 0 331ng/L～ 12 5 μg/L ;除邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯外 ,相对标准偏差均在 12 %以下
