浅谈公路系统离退休职工的思想政治工作

随着公路系统养护体制改革,我局彻底实行剥离改制、管养分离、公司化运作,实行内部企业化管理。通过实行退养和整体划转等方式将事业单位职工变成了企业员工．对男职工年满50岁女职工年满40岁工龄满20年或工龄满30年的人员进行退养处理．我局53名职工从养护队伍中退了出来,再加上原有离退休职工共计150人。做好这部分人的思想政治工作是我们从事政工工作的头等大事。     

电能质量数据PQDIF格式及其应用研究

本文介绍了电能质量数据交换规范PQDIF,PQDI是IEEE.1159规定的通用电能质量数据转换格式。它为各种数据信息源建立一个公共的数据转换平台,达到数据信息能在数据库中被整合利用的目的。并在此基础上给出了PQDIF在基于网络结构的电能质量监测系统中的设计思路和方法。     

新模式下中职教学质量管理的实践与展望

本文论述了将全面质量管理的概念引入学校管理,用全新的管理思想、管理模式,对中职校教学质量进行现代化管理的实践,在取得一定的效果的基础上也提出了对未来发展的展望。     

外场下压力及屏蔽对无限深量子阱中施主结合能的影响

考虑外加磁场、压力及屏蔽效应,利用变分方法数值计算GaN/AlxGa1-xN无限深量子阱系统中的杂质态结合能。给出结合能随磁场和阱宽的变化关系,同时讨论了有无屏蔽时的区别。结果表明:在磁场和压力作用下,结合能随阱宽的增大而减小;阱宽和压力一定时,结合能随磁场的增大而增大。屏蔽效应使得有效库仑吸引作用减弱而导致杂质态结合能显著下降。屏蔽效应对结合能的影响随压力增大而增强,随磁场强度增大而减弱。     

Dynamical Properties of Potassium Ion Channels with a Hierarchical Model

It is well known that potassium ion channels have higher permeability than K ions, and the permeable rate of a single K ion channel is about 108 ions per second. We develop a hierarchical model of potassium ion channel permeation involving ab initio quantum calculations and Brownian dynamics simulations, which can consistently explain a range of channel dynamics. The results show that the average velocity of K ions, the mean permeable time of K ions and the permeable rate of single channel are about 0.92nm/ns, 4.35ns and 2.30 ×10^8 ions/s, respectively.     

一种基于光谱可调LED光源和多光谱成像技术的物体表面颜色测量方法

针对传统多光谱成像颜色测量系统光谱反射率重建算法计算量大、操作繁琐耗时、成本高等缺点,提出一种由LED主动照明光源和黑白高速相机构建的多光谱成像颜色测量系统。采用多个单色LED拟合出相对光谱功率分布与相机光谱灵敏度曲线成倒数关系的照明光源,并利用黑白相机的输出响应直接重建物体的光谱反射率。实验结果表明,与分光光度计测量结果相比,该方法测量Macbeth ColorChecker 24标准色卡的光谱反射率的平均误差在2.3个CIELAB色差左右。该系统具有原理简单可行、不需要滤光片、光谱反射率重建算法简单快速等优点。     

二项式光场与级联三能级原子的量子纠缠

利用量子熵理论，研究了二项式光场与级联三能级原子的量子纠缠，讨论了光场与原子的初始参量对其量子纠缠性质的影响.结果表明，利用二项式光场的特性，可以揭示从相干态到数态之间的所有态光场与三能级原子相互作用时的量子纠缠性质.选择适当的系统参数可以制备稳定的光场-原子qutrit纠缠态. 关键词： 二项式光场 级联三能级原子 光场熵 量子纠缠     

Quantum entanglement in the mode-mode competition system

Considering a two-level atom interacting with the competing two-mode field, this paper investigates the entanglement between the two-level atom and the two-mode field by using the quantum reduced entropy, and that between the two-mode field by using the quantum relative entropy of entanglement. It shows that the two kinds of entanglement are dependent on the relative coupling strength of atom-field and the atomic distribution, and exhibit the periodical evolution. The maximal atom-field entanglement state can be prepared via the appropriate selection of system parameters and interaction time.     

Efficient scheme of quantum SWAP gate and multi-atom cluster state via cavity QED

In this paper, we propose a physical scheme to realize quantum SWAP gate by using a large-detuned single-mode cavity field and two identical Rydberg atoms. It is shown that the scheme can also be used to create multi-atom cluster state. During the interaction between atom and cavity, the cavity is only virtually excited and thus the scheme is insensitive to the cavity field states and cavity decay. With the help of our scheme it is very simple to prepare the N-atom cluster state with perfect fidelity and probability. The practical feasibility of this method is also discussed.
