The new manganese(Ⅱ) coordination compound, [Mn(Cl)_2(L)_2](1, L = 11-fluorodipyrido[3,2-a:2?,3?-c]phenazine), has been achieved under hydrothermal conditions. The structure of compound 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 8.419(2), b = 12.286(2), c = 28.451(6) ?, β = 95.889(3)°, V =2927.5(10) ?~3, Z = 4, C_(36) H_(16) MnF_2 Cl_2 N_8, M_r = 724.41, D_c = 1.644 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1460, μ(Mo Ka)= 0.691 mm~(-1), R = 0.0445 and wR = 0.0982. Adjacent compounds are stacked by one type of π-πinteraction among L ligands to generate a 1D supramolecular chain. Further, the 1D supramolecular chains are stacked by another type of π-π interaction among L ligands to give a 2D supramolecular layer. Moreover, the C-F···π interactions between the carbon atom of the L ligand and the pyrazine ring of the adjacent L ligand further stabilize the supramolecular layer of 1. In addition, natural bond orbital(NBO) analysis has been calculated by the B3LYP/LANL2DZ method, which shows obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Mn(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

A new dimeric compound, [Zn(bpdc)(L)]2·4H2O(1, L = 11-fluoro-dipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine and bpdc = 1,1'-biphenyl-2,2'-dicarboxylate), has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 23.671(5), b = 22.547(5), c = 13.741(3), β = 123.47(3)o, V = 6118(2) 3, Z = 4, C66H44Cl2F2N8O12Zn2, Mr = 1380.73, Dc = 1.499 g/cm3, F(000) = 2816, μ(MoKa) = 0.949 mm-1, R = 0.0572 and wR = 0.1620. In 1, Zn1 and the symmetry formed Zn1 ions are connected by four bridging bidentate carboxylate groups from two independent bpdc anions to yield a binuclear unit with the Zn···Zn separation by bpdc anions of 4.168. Two L ligands are located on both sides of the dimer in chelating bidentate modes. The lateral L ligands from neighboring dimers are paired through strong π-π interactions to result in a fascinating 1D ladder-like supramolecular array. In addition, neighboring supramolecular ladders are packed each other to yield a 3D supramolecular architecture with a 1D channel.  相似文献

A new Cu(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cu(L1)(L2)](1), was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions(H_2L1 = 4-(carboxymethoxy)benzoic acid, L2 = 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1 H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline). Crystallographic data for 1: triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.750(5), b = 10.148(5), c = 12.869(5) ?, α = 104.904(5), β = 102.133(5), γ = 95.219(5)°, V = 1188.7(10) ?~3, Z = 2, C_(28)H_(17)FN_4O_5Cu, Mr = 572.01, D_c = 1.598 g/cm~3, F(000) = 582, μ(MoKa) = 0.977 mm~(-1), R = 0.0474 and w R = 0.1144. The TGA behaviors and luminescence of 1 have been studied in detail. The L1 dianions link neighboring Cu(Ⅱ) atoms in a bis-chelating mode, yielding a one-dimensional chain structure along the b axis. The L2 ligands are attached on one side of the chain through chelating the Cu(Ⅱ) atoms, and are stacked with those of an adjacent chain through π-π interactions, yielding a layer structure. Additionally, the N–H???O hydrogen bonds further stabilize the structure of 1.  相似文献
