A new method for indirect determination of cetyl-trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) with NaCl and NH4SCH by floatation and separation of zinc has been studied.The study shows that Zn(Ⅱ) can associate with NH4SCN and CTMAB to form insoluble ternary ion-association complex,and the precipitate can float on the surface of the liquid phase.A good linear relationship is observed between the floatation yield(E%) of Zn(Ⅱ) and the amount of CTMAB.On the ground,CTMAB Can be indirectly determined by determining E% of Zn(Ⅱ).The results were satisfactory. 相似文献

The ability of modified antisense oligonucleotides (AONs) containing acyclic interresidue units to support RNase H-promoted cleavage of complementary RNA is described. Manipulation of the backbone and sugar geometries in these conformationally labile monomers shows great benefits in the enzymatic recognition of the nucleic acid hybrids, while highlighting the importance of local strand conformation on the hydrolytic efficiency of the enzyme more conclusively. Our results demonstrate that the duplexes support remarkably high levels of enzymatic degradation when treated with human RNase HII, making them efficient mimics of the native substrates. Furthermore, interesting linker-dependent modulation of enzymatic activity is observed during in vitro assays, suggesting a potential role for this AON class in an RNase H-dependent pathway of controlling RNA expression. Additionally, the butyl-modified 2'F-ANA AONs described in this work constitute the first examples of a nucleic acid species capable of eliciting high RNase H activity while possessing a highly flexible molecular architecture at predetermined sites along the AON. 相似文献

Bilayer-silane-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles with inner layer of tetraethoxy silane(TEOS) and outer layer of vinyltriethoxysilane (VTEO) were generated to enhance their acid resistance.These nanoparticles were copolymerized with vinylbenzyl chloride(VBC) using suspension polymerization,and then post-crosslinked.The resulting hypercrosslinked magnetic resin M150 presented specific bimodal property with large specific surface area of 1109 m2/g.It exhibited more excellent adsorption capacity of p-nitrophenol compared to another two magnetic adsorbents Ql 50 and MIEX.Moreover,the acid stable property of the magnetite in M150 extended its application at low pH value. 相似文献

The wavelength for the peak of fluorescence emission of thioflavin T(ThT) was changed from 445 nm to 481 nm when ThT was added in Aβ solution which indicating theβ-sheet structure of Aβ fibril.The significant decrease in the intensity of fluorescence at 481 nm was observed when the baicalein was added in mixed solution of Aβ and ThT,suggesting that the depolymerization of Aβ fibrils happened and there were Aβfibrils left to react with ThT to keep the initial fluorescence intensity.And the existing Aβfibrils are disaggregated by baicalein in a time- and dose-dependent manner.AFM images of the morphologies of the Aβ1-42 fibrils obviously changed smaller and more dispersive when baicalein added indicating also the depolymerization of Aβ.The results demonstrate a basis for development of a potential herb drug candidate for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD). 相似文献

An efficient and accurate analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 20 synthetic food additives, including three sweeteners,seven food colorants,nine synthetic preservatives and caffeine,by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with photodiode array detector(PDA).This method permits the detection of food additives at very low concentrations(0.005-0.150μg/mL).The applicability was verified by the determination of food additives present in various foodstuffs. 相似文献

Titanium silicalite (TS-1) is one kind of heteroatom molecular sieve synthesized by Taramasso and his coworkers in 1983[1]. Its specific catalytic oxidation properties have attracted much attention of many scientists[2]. The synthesis of TS-1 need use expensive TPAOH as the template; this restrains its industrial application. There are many reports on low cost TS-1, such as using TPABr to replace TPAOH, silica sol to replace tetra-ethyl orthosilicate[3-5]. In our lab, TS-1 was synthesized by using TPABr as the template and silica sol as silicon source,and the amount of TPABr was decreased to 0.05 (TPABr/SiO2). The as-synthesized TS-1 has some differences compared with TS-1 synthesized according to the standard method, such as large crystal size, trace aluminum, extra-framework titanium, high activity in the epoxidation of propylene with dilute H2O2 and low selectivity of propylene oxide (20-30%). The low selectivity of PO is attributed to the acidity of TS-1 resulted from the trace aluminum and silicon hydroxyl. In order to increase the selectivity of PO, it is necessary to add some base to the reaction mixture. Generally, acid treatment can remove aluminum and other elements and impurity to improve catalyst. In this paper, the effect of the acid treatment on the physicochemical properties of TS-1 was studied. 相似文献
