SYNTHESIS OF NEW POLY （p—PHENYLENEVINYLENE） DERIVATIVES WITH IMPROVED SOLUBILITY

PPV－based copolymers with cyano group in the main chain have been synthesized by Wittig-type polycondensation of alkoxy-substituted dialdehydes and 4,4‘-bis(cyanomethyl)-substituted diphenyl ether:[-C6H4-O-C6H4-C(CN)=CH-C6H2(OR)2-C=C(CN)-]n(POPPV),The copolymers are highly soluble in common solvents and their super highly transparent homogeneous thin films can be formed by spin coating directly without heat treatment.The chemical structures are determined by NMR and IR spectroscopys and evaluated using photoluminescence,gel-permeation chromatography(GPC)and DSC(or TGA) methods.The incorporation of ether group into the PPV backbone has an interruption of the main-chain conjugation,that results in the blue-shift of electroluminescence spectra and enhancemnt the solubility.

系统研究了有机介质，助溶剂及添加剂对脂肪酶Novozym 435(Candida antarctica lipase B)催化的Ketoprofen的对映体选择性酯化反应的影响，以环己烷为反应介质，Novozym 435表现出较高的活性和对映体选择性；助溶剂及添加剂对Ketoprofen立体选择性酯化反应较大影响，极性助溶剂苯和甲苯能提高酶反应的对映体选择性；添加少量的18－Crown-16能提高酯化反应速率和对映体选择性；在研究的范围内，N，N－二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）不能提高酶反应对映体选择 性 。

A NEW MODIFIEK LINEAR DRIVING FORCE（MLDF）MODEL

Linear driving force (LDF) model is widely used in a diffusion process,However,this model has inherent weakness.When the dimensionless time is less than 0.1 its relative error is up to 95%.In this paper,a new concentration profile is proposed.and then a new modified LDF model(MLDF) is deduced.Compared with the exact solution of intraparticle diffusion equation,the transient volume-average amount adsorbed calculated from the MLDF is more accurate than that calculated from the LDF model.If one takes ±10% relative error for the limit of validity of approximation,the new model is valid when the dimensionless time is just larger than 0.0002,while the LDF model is not valid until the dimension time is large than 0.05,The new model is superior to the LDF model.The new concentration profiles corresponding to the MLDF model are much close to the exact concentration profiles within a particle than the parabolic profiles corresponding to the LDF model.
