新课程下的小学语文教学探讨

随着课程改革的不断深入,新的课程理念不断深入人心,广大教师自觉将先进的教学理念转化为教学行为,课堂教学出现了前所未有的新鲜局面,本文对新课程实施以来的小学语文教学进行探讨。     

High Spin States in Odd--Odd 160Tm Nucleus

High-spin states of ^160Tm are studied by the ^146 Nd（^19F, 5n） reaction at a beam energy of 102 MeV. The previously known πh11/2 ＋ vi13/2 yrast band and πh11/2 ＋ vh9/2 side band are confirmed. The level scheme is enriched and more low-lying levels are observed. A new side band is observed and assigned as the favoured signature partner of πd3/2 ＋ vi13/2. The spin of this band is assigned with the energy level systematics. It is pointed out that the B （M1）/B （E2） ratios increase rapidly at the high frequency approaching the second crossing in the π h11/2 ＋ vi13/2 braid, which is closely related to the alignment gain of the aligned i13/2 quasineutron.     

First light on the 127-element adaptive optical system for 1.8-m telescope

A 127-element adaptive optical system has been developed and integrated into a 1.8-m astronomical telescope in September 2009.In addition,the first light on a high-resolution imaging for stars has been achieved（September 23,2009）.In this letter,a 127-element adaptive optical system for 1.8-m telescope is described briefly.Moreover,star observation results in the first run are reported.Results show that the angular resolution of the system after adaptive optics correction can attain 0.1 arcsec,which approaches the diffraction limit of 1.8-m telescope at 700-900 nm band.

Influence of Gamma-Ray Irradiation on Absorption and Fluorescent Spectra of Nd：YAG and Yb：YAG Laser Crystals

We investigate the influence of gamma-ray irradiation on the absorption and fluorescent spectra of Nd^3＋：Y3A15 O12 （Nd： YAG） and Yb^3＋ ： Y3A15 O12 （Yb： YAG） crystals grown by the Czochralski method. Two additional absorption （AA） bands induced by gamma-ray irradiation appear at 255nm and 340nm. The former is contributed due to Fe^3＋ impurity, the latter is due to Fe^2＋ ions and F-type colour centres. The intensity of the excitation and emission spectra as well as the fluorescent lifetime of Nd：YAG crystal decrease after the irradiation of 100 Mrad gamma-ray. In contrast, the same dose irradiation does not impair the fluorescent properties of Yb：YAG crystal. These results indicate that Yb： YA G crystal possesses the advantage over Nd： YA G crystal that has better reliability for applications in harsh radiant environment.

采用新旧冲击电流计测定直螺线管的原理，对实验电路和实验方法的改进。     

双二硫代α二酮络镍(RCSCSR′)_2Ni的合成

本文发展和提出了两种合成双二硫代α二酮络镍的新方法:低温硫化氢法和α二酮法,为制取(RCSCSR′)_nM开辟了新的途径,并具有工业生产的潜在优势。     

涂丝钙离子选择电极的研究

本文介绍了涂丝钙离子选择电极的试制,找到了制备电极的最佳条件,全面测试了电极各项分析性能及温度效应、活化能等参数。结果表明,铜基涂丝钙离子选择电极线性范围为10~(-1) -2×10~(-5) mol/LCa~(2+),检测极限达8×10~(-6) mol/L,斜率为30±2mV,适用 pH 范围为4. 5-11. 0,响应时间少于15s,内阻低,选择性和稳定性好,使用寿命一般为三个月左右,并成功的用于水质分析及钙离子的有关络合物稳定常数的测定。     

MEMS材料的微米尺度力学性能试验

以多晶硅薄膜为例综述MEMS材料力学性能测试的基本方法：压痕法,悬臂梁法 ,膜压力膨胀试验法及拉伸试验法,比较讨论了各自的优缺点,并介绍了该领域的最新进展。     

让安全生产规章制度切实硬起来严起来

梳理分析近年来发生的各类生产安全事故,有章不循、有禁不止,违反制度、违规操作,监督不力、执行不严是其重要原因之一.某企业一名员工因违反操作规程险些酿成生产安全事故.对于此种情况,按照企业安全生产规章制度应给予公开曝光、离岗培训、扣发当月绩效奖金处理,并取消当年参评各类先进的资格.
