反应扩散系统中波传播的锁频现象

在空间延展系统中,当增强外部光强时,作者观察到波传播的N：N-1（N≥2）锁频现象.此现象是在光敏BZ反应实验中观察到的.通过构建一个映射函数,发现在波周期和外部光强的关系中存在魔鬼阶梯,并且此阶梯与实验数据相吻合.     

前景广阔的“绿色教育”

生态环境问题的解决，不仅需要发展科学技术，而且需要转变人们的价值观念，基于这种认识，环境教育应运而生。目前在国际上，环境教育的重点正由专业性环境教育转向普及性环境教育，因为这是提高公众的环境意识、解决环境问题的根本途径之一。对于发展中国家来说，要通过环境教育，使公众认识“先污染，后治理”道路的危害性和不现实性，走既建设又保护环境的持续发展的道路。在我国，开展环境教育有特定的优势，通过教育发动广大群众积极参与环境保护，这是中国环境保护工作的基点。

本文从静压气体轴承的特性出发,针对气体涡动的不稳定性问题,探讨其在汽车增压器转于及浮动轴承中应用的可能性,并根据笔者切身体会分析一些实际问题。     

中华蚱蜢雄性附腺及储精囊的结构研究

采用光镜观察了中华蚱蜢的雄性附腺和储精囊的显微结构．结果表明，中华蚱蜢的雄性附腺左右对称．各由15根腺管组成，根据分泌物可分为5种类型：透明长腺管a，透明长腺管b，透明短腺管，白色腺管，乳白长腺管；储精囊为细长的管状，左右各一根，和附性腺缠绕在一起．

Investigation of hydrogen bonding in neat dimethyl sulfoxide and binary mixture (dimethyl sulfoxide + water) by concentration-dependent Raman study and ab initio calculation

In this study,our vibrational spectroscopic analysis is made on hydrogen-bonding between dimethyl sulfoxide and water comprises both experimental Raman spectra and ab initio calculations on structures of various dimethyl sulfoxide/water clusters with increasing water content.The Raman peak position of the v(S=O) stretching mode of dimethyl sulfoxide serves as a probe for monitoring the degree of hydrogen-bonding between dimethyl sulfoxide and water.In addition,the two vibrational modes,namely,the CH 3 symmetric stretching mode and the CH 3 asymmetric stretching mode have been analysed under different concentrations.We relate the computational results to the experimental vibrational wavenumber trends that are observed in our concentration-dependent Raman study.The combination of experimental Raman data with ab initio calculation leads to a better knowledge of the nature of the hydrogen bonding and the structures of the hydrogen-bonded complexes studied.     

Phase mismatching analysis of third-harmonic generation in BBO crystal

<正>Phase mismatching for third-harmonic generation(THG) in barium metaborate(BBO) crystal is investigated in detail.Upon using BBO crystal in the TypeⅠ(oo→e) scheme,in the two independent planes (principal section of the crystal and the plane normal to principal section),when the input second-harmonic beam deviates from the expected direction,phase mismatching occurs and the angle deviation produces different effects on the conversion efficiency.We numerically simulate these two cases of phase mismatching and identify the relation between the conversion efficiency and the deviation angle in the air.The computational results indicate that the phase matching tolerance in the principal section is 0.2°(in the air),while the phase matching tolerance in the plane normal to principal section is 4.5°(in the air).After conducting a lab experiment,the results agree perfectly with the computational results,indicating that the deviation angle in the principal section has a greater effect on the conversion efficiency.     

Diffraction grating single-shot correlation system for measurement of picosecond laser pulses

We study and experimentally demonstrate a sensitive single-shot correlation system in which only a diffraction grating is used to produce a transverse time delay (TTD) in the reference pulse.The mechanism of the TTD introduced by the grating and the formation of the relative time delay (RTD) in the noncollinear correlation system are analyzed in detail.By using our system,we successfully measured the temporal duration of picosecond laser pulses,and a time resolution of ～0.047 ps is obtained at 1047 nm.The impact of the grating dispersion and the second harmonic beam walk-off effect on the measurement are considered.     

表达FLP重组酶pCEP4-FLP载体的构建及其在FLP/FRT重组系统中的应用

构建重组载体pCEP4-FLP和pEF1a-FRT-stop-FRT-GFP,重组载体pEF1a-FRT-stop-FRT-GFP瞬时转染PK-15细胞24h后,再将重组载体pCEP4-FLP瞬时转染该细胞,利用荧光显微镜观察PK-15细胞GFP蛋白的表达情况,利用细胞流式技术统计绿色荧光蛋白表达效率.结果表明:重组载体pCEP4-FLP在细胞内能够表达FLP重组酶,并且表达的FLP重组酶能够识别FRT位点,删除两同向FRT位点间的DNA片段,为FLP/FRT位点特异性重组系统在转基因猪的应用奠定了基础.     

形成性评价在课程教学中的应用研究

以大学英语课程教学为案例,通过行动研究,以考察形成性评价对学生学习态度、学习行为及结果的影响程度为目的。采用问卷调查、访谈、学生学习档案等工具采集数据。结果显示,形成性评价的应用确实能给学生的学习态度、动机及学习行为带来积极变化：大多数学生（70%以上）欢迎形成性评价在课堂教学中的应用;学生学习英语的信心更足、积极性更高;学生更愿意花更多时间在平时的学习过程中而非以往的考前突击应付、更注重培养和使用适合自己的学习策略;对学习成绩的提高也起到了良好的促进作用。
