High repetition rate TEA CO_2 laser with randomly coded wavelength selection

High repetition rate transversely exited atmospheric pressure (TEA) CO2 laser with randomly coded wavelength selection is suggested. The laser wavelength is tuned by a Fabry-Perot (F-P) etalon of low fineness, whose space interval is controlled by a piezoelectric transducer (PZT). A digital controlled programmable voltage source is introduced to vary the voltage applied on PZT so as to swiftly shift the laser output wavelength pulse by pulse. Detailed theoretical analysis is carried out by six-temperature mode rate equations.

Time—Resolved Photoluminescence Studies of AlInGaN Alloys

We study the two samples of AlInGaN,i.e.,1-μm Gan grown at 1030℃ on the buffer and followed by a 0.6μm-thick epilayer of AlInGaN under the low pressure of 76 Torr and the AlInGaN layer deposited diectly on the buffer layer without the high-temperature GaN layer,by temperature-dependent photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy and picosecond time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL) spectroscopy.The TRPL signals of both the samples were fitted well as a stretched exponential decay at all temperatures,indicating significant disorder in the material.We attribute the disorder to nanoscale quantum dots or discs of high indium concentration.Temperature dependence of dispersive exponent β shows that the stretched exponential decay of the two samples comes from dfferent mechanisms.The different depths of the localization potential account for the difference,which is illustrated by the results of temperature dependence of radiative recombination lifetime and PL peak energy.

研究了在均匀分层介质中构成标准矢量波函数的必要条件。研究结果表明在均匀分层介质中构成标准矢量波函数一般需遵循Morse-Feshbach判据外，领示矢量只能选取与折射率变化方向一致的那根坐标轴单位矢量。但在某些特定的条件下，对领示矢量的选取条件可以放宽为只需遵循Morse-Feshbach判据即可。

利用半正规或C-正规子群刻划有限群的结构,得到若群G的每个非循环Sylow子群的极大子群在G中或半正规或C-正规,则G超可解.

以平果堆积铝土矿教美矿区为例,对矿区堆积铝土矿的空间分布特征及成因进行了探析,提出了岩溶堆积铝土矿的堆积序列和分布规律。     

饲育条件下Semisulcospiens decipiens的生长

在饲育温度条件下研究了Ｓ．ｄｅｃｉｐｉｅｎｓ的生长和产仔数及与饲育水温的关系。结果表明水温在上升期和下降期，新生贝和稚贝的生长速度较快，产仔数也较多．成体贝在水温１１℃～２９℃时，都可产出新生贝，以１８℃～２４℃时产出较多．在高温饲育条件下，成体贝的生长速度缓慢。     

炼钢电弧炉微机双闭环控制系统

本文论述以微计算机为基础的双闭环控制系统对炼钢电弧炉的控制。系统以电弧电阻为控制变量，采用ＰＤ调节获得电极的位移量，通过Ｄ／Ａ转换，放大，驱动直流电机带动电极运动。
