一种合成分子局域模振动态的新方法

提出了两激光场与三能级分子相互作用系统中，调制光场的振幅和位相，合成分子的局域模振动态，并讨论了分子的动力学规律。     

极小于子群的C—正规性对有限群结构的影响

Ｇ为有限群，本文证明了：若奇阶群Ｇ的Ｆｉｔｔｉｎｇ子群Ｆ（Ｇ）的每极小子群在Ｇ中Ｃ－正规，则Ｇ是超可解群。     

点钞机机壳模态分析与降噪研究

针对点钞机振动噪声问题，采用试验模态分析技术对点钞机机壳进行模态分析，得出机壳的模态参数，进一步识别出点钞机的噪声源和振动源，并对机壳作了阻尼垫隔振处理，使标准点噪声声压级降低了1．5dB。     

新课标下的探究式教学理论与实践

目前，新课程改革正在全国上下逐步展开，新课程理念也在广大教师中逐步深入，数学的发展在于不断创新。因此，新课程标准下的教育教学理念十分重视培养学生的探究能力和创造性思维，这是学生创造发明的源泉。那么，在新的理念下如何从事探究式课堂教学活动，应该怎样培养学生的创新能力和探究能力呢？本文就此问题谈谈教学中的一点体会和做法。     

The Effect of Casting Solvent on the Electrical Property of Polyaniline/ Polyacrylonitrile

Blends of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid doped polyaniline （PANI-DBSA） and polyacryionitrile （PAN） dissolved in either CHCh/DMF or CHCl3/DMSO mixture were solution cast. The conductivity of the blends with various compositions was measured and the doped ：xtent of PANI- DBSA in different casting solvent systems was studied. Solution blends prepared from CHCh/DMSO displayed higher conductivity than those obtained via CHCh/DMF. The dedoping reaction of PANI-DBSA in CHCl3/DMF identified by UV-Vis and FTIR analysis contributed to the lower conductivity of PANI-DBSA/PAN blend.     

马铃薯稻田免耕稻草覆盖与常规栽培对比试验初报

稻田免耕，稻草全程覆盖马铃薯栽培技术是在中国水稻研究所利用马铃薯植株基部遮光就能结薯的原理，研究成功的一项轻型农业适用技术，这项技术操作简便，省工省时，增产增收，并且能降低劳动强度，节本增效，利于大面积推广等诸多优点。但该项技术在我县尚未大面积推广，为了让群众早日接受此项新技术，并且全县加以推广，2005年在县农业局的安排下，实旌了马铃薯稻田免耕稻草全程覆盖栽培与常规栽培对比试验。现将试验情况总结如下：     

点钞机噪声源的识别

从点钞机的结构入手，采用分部运行、功率谱分析、相干分析和模态分析相结合的方法，分析了机器的振动和噪声信号，找出了主要噪声源和振动源及其主要频率成分。对点钞机进行了改造，使点钞机标准点噪声从63dB降到58dB。     

甲基叔丁基醚、无水乙醇、碳酸二甲酯的致突变性

评价和比较了3种汽油增氧剂甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)、无水乙醇(AE)和碳酸二甲酯(DMC)的致突变性.采用Ames实验研究3种汽油增氧剂的致突变性;采用小鼠睾丸染色体畸变实验检测3种汽油增氧剂对小鼠睾丸染色体的致畸作用.Ames实验的阴性结果表明,在本实验条件下,未发现MTBE、AE、DMC具有致突变性.在小鼠睾丸染色体畸变实验中,虽然实验结果为阴性,但随着MTBE剂量的增加,染色体分离有增加趋势,表明其可能存在遗传毒性.     

Effect of Humidity Content and Morphology on the Properties of Proton Exchange Membrane from Sulfonated Poly (arylene ether sulfone) s Containing Fluorophenyl Pendant Groups

The characters of proton exchange membranes from sulfonated poly( aryl ether sulfone) s( SPAESs) containing fluorophenyl pendant groups are studied in this paper.Both the water uptake and the water content parameter( λ) of all SPAES membranes increase almost linearly with sulfonation degree( SD)and temperature.After being equilibrated in deionized water,the dimensional change in plane is much less affected by temperature than that in vertical direction.Under all the humidity condition the proton conductivities of these SPAES membranes increase with SD and temperature.A maximus proton conductivity of 0.38 S/cm is attained at 90 ℃ for SPAES-5 with a SD of 99.3% when the membrane is fully hydrated,higher than that of Nafion 115.But the proton conductivities of SPAES membranes decrease dramatically with the relative humidity and all of them are lower and more affected by relative humidity than that of Nafion 115 at relative humidity lower than 100%,which may be due to the cumulative effects of narrower channels with spherical clusters for proton migration,more rigid chains and larger tortuosity of SPAESs.     

文昌鱼中一个2A肽介导的多基因表达载体构建

2A肽(P2A)介导的多基因表达载体具有高裂解活性且上、下游基因等摩尔表达等优点,已广泛应用于动物转基因研究.文昌鱼(amphioxus)作为一种新兴的模式动物,尚无应用这种表达载体的报道,为此在pXT7转录系统基础上构建一个P2A介导的多基因表达载体.将体外转录的P2A介导的mRNA注入文昌鱼卵细胞并受精后,经激光共聚焦显微镜和蛋白质免疫印迹(Western blot)检测表明,该mRNA在文昌鱼胚胎中能够高效地翻译和剪切,并且在信号肽的作用下eGFP蛋白定位于细胞核中,而mCherry蛋白定位于细胞膜上,上、下游蛋白间的剪切效率达到91%;进而构建了由文昌鱼热激蛋白基因启动子(BbHsp70)启动,并由P2A介导的多基因表达载体,实验证明其在热诱导和上、下游蛋白剪切方面均达到了预期效果.
