飞秒激光激发的β-Ga2O3粉体的上转换发光研究

采用水热法制备了β-Ga2O3粉体,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱和光致发光谱等测试手段对合成样品的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了表征.结果表明:所得样品为单斜晶系的β-Ga2O3粉体;在800 nm飞秒激光下,β-Ga2O3粉体产生上转换发光现象,出现了394 nm,430 nm,448 nm,458 nm,470 nm,476nm,525 nm,552 nm和652 nm上转换发射峰,实现了紫、蓝、绿和红上转换发光.     

糖果厂模型的最优化搜索方法

讨论了用两台装置搜索两个坏硬币的糖果厂模型 C2 ,给出了一个测试过程 t,使之理论上的最优过程最多相差一次测试 .     

Structural transition of FeSe under high pressure

The density functional calculations of the energy band structure and density of state for the tetragonal PbO-type phase α-FeSe and hexagonal NiAs-type phase β-FeSe are reported in this paper. The structural phase transition from tetragonal to hexagonal FeSe under high pressure is investigated, it is found that the calculated transition pressure for the α → β phase transformation is 8.5 GPa. Some fluctuations in the transition pressure maybe occurred by different external factors such as temperature and stress condition. There is about 17% volume collapse accompanying the α → β phase transformation.     

一个新的线性规划Criss-cross算法

本文利用重新排列下标的技巧,提出了一个新的criss-cross算法.并证明了其有限性,理论分析及初步的计算实验表明,新算法比最小下标criss-cross算法效率更高.     

Measurements of charge transfer ef f iciency in a proton-irradiated swept charge device

Charged Coupled Devices(CCDs) have been successfully used in several low energy X-ray astronomical satellites over the past two decades. Their high energy resolution and high spatial resolution make them a perfect tool for low energy astronomy, such as observing the formation of galaxy clusters and the environment around black holes. The Low Energy X-ray Telescope(LE) group is developing a Swept Charge Device(SCD) for the Hard Xray Modulation Telescope(HXMT) satellite. A SCD is a special low energy X-ray CCD, which can be read out a thousand times faster than traditional CCDs, simultaneously keeping excellent energy resolution. A test method for measuring the charge transfer efficiency(CTE) of a prototype SCD has been set up. Studies of the charge transfer inefficiency(CTI) with a proton-irradiated SCD have been performed at a range of operating temperatures. The SCD is irradiated by 3×108cm-210 MeV protons.     

制冷机冷却型超导磁体杜瓦的研制

介绍了带制冷机冷却的超导磁体系统杜瓦的设计、制作及实验结果分析。杜瓦采用 4 0 K、10 K双制冷屏结构 ,其室温磁场孔径为 75 mm,长 4 15 m m。试验结果为 :液氦蒸发率为 0 .6 9升 /天 (在 2 0天连续试验期内 ) ,优于合同规定的指标 (2 .4升 /天 )。双制冷屏由一台双级 G- M制冷机冷却 ,工作时一级冷屏温度为 35 K,二级冷屏温度为 7.0 K。磁体系统的磁场强度为 3T,满足了用户的使用要求

一装置搜索四个坏硬币的分组测试过程

从n个硬币的集合中搜索d(d≥2)个坏硬币是一个相当困难且至今尚未完全解决的问题,本文研究了d=4的一装置分组测试模型,令tk为用测试（搜索）过程t经k次测试所能鉴别的最大硬币数,nk=maxtk,我们给出了一个相当好 的测试过程使tk/nk=0.85。     

基于混合有限分析插值的非交错网格方法

在求原始变量N—S方程的数值解时，如果采用常规方法建立网格，将速度和压力放在同一套网格节点上，计算中可能出现不合理的压力锯齿波现象．为解决这一问题，应用Rhie和Chow首先提出的动量插值思想，建立了一种基于混合有限分析插值的非交错网格方法，并通过计算实例对该方法进行了检验．检验结果表明，该方法具有良好的数值效应．
