Experimental Study on Spiral Patterns in Dielectric Barrier Discharge System

Spiral patterns are obtained in a dielectric barrier discharge system with water electrodes. The dynamics of spiral formation and transition is investigated. Wavelength characteristic of spiral patterns is also studied. Correlation measurements indicate that the wavelength of spiral pattern increases with the increasing gas gap width and oscillates with the increasing drive frequency.

Quantum—Confined Stark Effect of Vertically Stacked Self—Assembled Quantum Discs

We study the electronic energy levels and probability distribution of vertically stacked self-assembled InAs quantum discs system in the presence of a vertically applied electric field. This field is found to increase the splitting between the symmetric and antisymmetric levels for the same angular momentum. The field along the direction from one disc to another affects the electronic energy levels similarly as that in the opposite direction because the two discs are identical. It is obvious from our calculation that the probability of finding an electron in one disc becomes larger when the field points from this disc to the other one.     

Optical spectra and Exciton State in Vertically Stacked Self—Assembled Quantum Discs

We study the oscillator strengths of the optical transitions of the vertically stacked self-assembled InAs quantum discs.The oscillator strengths change evidently when the two quantum discs are far apart from each other.A vertically applied electric field affects the oscillator strengths severely.while the oscillator strengths change slowly as the radius of one disc increases.We also studied the excitonic energy of the system.including the Coulomb interaction.The excitonic energy increases with the increasing radius of one disc.but decreases as a vertically applied electric field increases.     

钽—二溴苯基荧光酮—酒石酸—十六烷基三甲基溴化铵四元混配型络合物体系的研究及其分析应用

文献均认为在钽与苯基荧光酮、CTMAB组成的络合物中,酒石酸作为第二配位体参加,组成四元混配络合物体系。本文研究了以二溴苯基荧光酮(DBPF)为显色剂测定钽的条件。证实必须有酒石酸或其它配位原子是氧的络合剂、或有F~-存在,才有显色反应,其中以酒石酸参加组成     

空穴传递混合器的结构原理与应用

阐述了适用于挤出机上的空穴传递混合器（CTM）的结构特点、混合机理，并给出了应用实例。空穴传递混合器对物料有较强的混合、塑炼和分散功能，应用空穴传递混合器后，在CTM高的剪切和分散功能作用下，使挤出物的混合质量有了大幅度的提高，流动条纹厚度明显减小。     

正态随机矩阵的MTP2性质

给出了正态随机矩阵的定义和一些相关性质,并将正态向量的多元全正二序(MTP2)性质的结论推广到正态随机矩阵.得到随机矩阵和它的任意行向量均满足MTP2的等价关系,以及正态随机样本矩阵为MTP2当且仅当总体的逆协方差阵为M-矩阵等结论.     

空间外差光谱仪光谱降噪方法研究

空间外差光谱仪是一种新式的超高分辨率光谱仪,可用于大气监测、卫星遥感等领域。为了减少空间外差光谱信号中的噪声,提出基于提升小波变换结合中值滤波方法来实现信号的降噪。改进的提升小波变换融合了一种双因子的阈值函数、分层阈值选取。与小波变换的软、硬阈值对比发现,它能提取空间外差光谱,减小峰宽和保留重要的细节特征,降噪效果优于小波变换的软、硬阈值法。最后用信噪比和均方误差两项定量指标来衡量算法的效果。实验结果表明:该算法比软阈值法在处理氙灯和积分球时信噪比提高了24.6%和31%,均方误差减少了43.2%和51.5%;与硬阈值法相比信噪比提高了21.5%和30.6%,均方误差减少了40.2%和51.2%。因此,算法在空间外差光谱降噪方面具有可行性。
