享受逆向教育的欣慰

我一直在思考这样的问题：新教育理念要求教师在教育教学中要注重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,培养学生的发散思维、逆向思维。在提倡创新教育的今天,作为一名教师是否也需要有这种教学品质？例如我在处理学生的突发事件中,就用上了这种方法,我称他为“逆向教育”。我认为的逆向教育是指：当遇到了突发事件时,特别是处于将要发火的状态下,要冷静下来,反“扬”为“抑”。     

Improvement in a-plane GaN crystalline quality using wet etching method

Nonpolar （1120） GaN films are grown on the etched a-plane GaN substrates via metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy. High-resolution X-ray diffraction analysis shows great decreases in the full width at half maximum of the samples grown on etched substrates compared with those of the sample without etching, both on-axis and off-axis, indicating the reduced dislocation densities and improved crystalline quality of these samples. The spatial mapping of the E2 （high） phonon mode demonstrates the smaller line width with a black background in the wing region, which testifies the reduced dislocation densities and enhanced crystalline quality of the epitaxial lateral overgrowth areas. Raman scattering spectra of the E2 （high） peaks exhibit in-plane compressive stress for all the overgrowth samples, and the E2 （high） peaks of samples grown on etched substrates shift toward the lower frequency range, indicating the relaxations of in-plane stress in these GaN films. Furthermore, room temperature photoluminescence measurement demonstrates a significant decrease in the yellow-band emission intensity of a-plane GaN grown on etched templates, which also illustrates the better optical properties of these samples.     

磁控溅射制备铬薄膜的结构和光电学性质

用直流磁控溅射技术在石英基片上制备不同厚度(5 nm~114 nm之间)的铬膜.使用X射线衍射仪和分光光度计分别检测薄膜的结构和光学性质,利用德鲁特模型和薄膜的透射、反射光谱计算铬膜的厚度和光学常量,并采用Van der Pauw方法测量薄膜电学性质.结果表明:制备的铬薄膜为体心立方的多晶态,随着膜厚的增加,薄膜的结晶性能提高,晶粒尺寸增大;在可见光区域,当膜厚小于32 nm时,随着膜厚的增加,折射率快速减小,消光系数快速增大,当膜厚大于32 nm时,折射率和消光系数均缓慢减小并逐渐趋于稳定;薄膜电阻率随膜厚的增加为一次指数衰减.     

新疆良种驴DGAT2基因第3内含子PCR-SSCP多态性与体尺性状的相关性分析

应用PCR-SSCP技术对新疆和田和喀什良种驴群体的DGAT2基因内含子3进行单核苷酸多态性检测和分析,探讨DGAT2基因作为候选基因影响新疆良种驴体尺性状的可能性。结果表明:DGAT2基因存在多态性,其第3内含子有两种等位基因A和B,存在AA和AB两种基因型,没有检测到BB基因型,其中AA基因型为优势基因型。AB型与AA型相比存在碱基发生A→G的突变,使赖氨酸突变为精氨酸。新疆和田良种驴AA与AB基因型个体相比,体高和胸围差异极显著(P<0.01),体长差异显著(P<0.05),AB型体高、胸围和体长高于AA型。新疆喀什良种驴AA与AB基因型个体相比,体高差异显著(P<0.05),AB型的体高、胸围和体长高于AA型。新疆喀什良种驴的体高、体长和胸围高于和田良种驴,差异极显著(P<0.01)。     

南水北调中线工程山门河暗渠右洞3#监测断面安全监测的应用研究

本文对南水北调中线工程焦作2段山门河暗渠右洞3#监测断面从工程概况、施工方法、安全监测仪器的布置、观测到采取的处理措施和数据分析及加固效果评价等方面进行研究。结果表明：3撑监测断面的安全监测仪器确实起到了预警作用,采取的加固处理措施切实可行,保证了施工安全,该监测系统对同类工程具有指导意义。     

艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗服药依从性及其相关因素的研究

研究采用不同治疗方式的艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗服药依从性及其相关因素的研究。选取2013年5月—2016年5月甘肃省传染病院收治的艾滋病患者126例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例,对照组采取齐多夫定加拉米夫定加依非韦伦的治疗方式,观察组采用是替诺福韦加拉米夫定加依非韦伦进行治疗,对两组患者的用药依从情况及其相关因素情况进行分析。观察组患者服药的依从的优良率为90.48%,明显高于对照组的76.19(P0.05)。影响患者停药的相关因素有多种,其中忘记占35.71%;不良发应占25.40%;缺乏信心占16.67%;忙碌错过服药时间占10.32%;经济负担占7.14%;用药不方便占4.76%。抗病毒治疗用药方案越简单,用药次数越少,患者依从性越好,影响患者用药依从性的主要因素包括忘记、不良反应、缺乏信心等。     

Valley-dependent transport in strain engineering graphene heterojunctions

We study the effect of strain on band structure and valley-dependent transport properties of graphene heterojunctions. It is found that valley-dependent separation of electrons can be achieved by utilizing strain and on-site energies. In the presence of strain, the values of transmission can be effectively adjusted by changing the strengths of the strain, while the transport angle basically keeps unchanged. When an extra on-site energy is simultaneously applied to the central scattering region, not only are the electrons of valleys K and K' separated into two distinct transmission lobes in opposite transverse directions, but the transport angles of two valleys can be significantly changed. Therefore, one can realize an effective modulation of valley-dependent transport by changing the strength and stretch angle of the strain and on-site energies, which can be exploited for graphene-based valleytronics devices.     

二维六方p6mm有序介孔WO_3-TiO_2复合材料的制备及其可见光光催化性能

以非离子型表面活性剂为模板剂,采用蒸发诱导自组装法制备了一系列不同WO3含量的有序介孔WO3-TiO2复合材料,并表征了其孔结构、形貌、孔隙率、光谱性质及组成.结果表明,该材料呈二维六方p6mm对称和锐钛矿晶相结构;与无序WO3-TiO2复合材料相比,其比表面积(152～154m2/g)更大,孔径更均一(5.3nm),且比纯TiO2的帯隙宽度(3.0eV)更窄.将该WO3-TiO2样品用于可见光光催化降解水相中罗丹明B和2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸的反应中,发现WO3含量适当的有序介孔WO3-TiO2样品的光催化活性比无序的样品和纯TiO2的更高.

明代雹灾的关联信息挖掘研究

对收集的明代雹灾史料进行整理和分类,构建了我国明代的雹灾数据库,将雹灾的定性描述转化成定量描述。根据冰雹的大小和造成的危害进行等级划分,对发生雹灾时伴随的其它阵性天气现象进行统计分析。利用关联挖掘模型continuous association rule mining algorithm(CARMA)算法挖掘不同等级的雹灾与风、雨、雷电等阵性天气的关联性及其有关规律。结果表明:明代的雹灾与雨的关联性最大,其次是风和雷电;它们易带来大雨雹或大风雨雹等灾害。同时不同等级的雹灾发生时伴随着其他的阵性天气的置信度也存在着差异;因此当雹灾出现的时候,应同样考虑到其他如暴雨、狂风、雷电等强对流天气灾害造成的危害。获得的雹灾关联信息,可用于指导雹灾的预报与支持决策。
