Large and anisotropic linear magnetoresistance in bulk stoichiometric Cd3As2 crystals

Cd3As2 was recently identified as a novel three-dimensional(3D)topological semimetal hosting the long-pursuing 3D Dirac Fermion.Crystals of Cd3As2 grown preferentially along the[100]and[112]directions were obtained through the modified chemical vapor transfer growth method,thus allowing the examination of transport anisotropy.The resistivity and magnetoresistance(MR)are basically linear with respect to magnetic field(H)in the measured temperature range of 2–300 K irrespective of the directions.The linear resistivity and MR are significantly anisotropic not only along[100]and[112]directions but also with respect to tilt angle between the growth directions and H,thus providing transport signatures of the 3D Dirac Fermion as well as the possible linear and anisotropic change of Weyl Fermi surface in H.Very large MR along the[100]direction is observed,even approaching 3100%at 2 K and 14 k Oe(1 Oe=79.5775 A m-1).The results would be helpful in renewing interest in studying emergent phenomena arising from bulk 3D Dirac Fermion as well as in paving the way for Cd3As2 to be used in magnetoelectronic sensors.     

A new strategy for synthesis of branched cyclic peptide by Asn side-chain hydrazide ligation

Here, we report a new strategy for rapid synthesis of branched peptide by side-chain hydrazide ligation at Asn. The hydrazide was converted to thioester at Asn side chain by NaNO₂ and thiol reagent, and sequential ligation with an N-terminus Cys-peptide efficiently afforded the branched peptide. A branched cyclic peptide was successfully synthesized by side-chain ligation with a two-Cys-peptide and formation of a disulfide bond. This approach provides a new way for expeditious synthesis of branched peptides and facilitates the design of neopeptides as functional bio-mimics.     

高中生物教师现状的调查及分析——以玉林市为例

以玉林高中生物教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查法和个人访谈法对高中生物教师队伍的基本结构、生物教师配备、工作量、任职、收入、科研水平和进修培训等情况进行了调查,分析得出了影响高中生物教师发展的不利因素:(1)教师队伍结构不合理;(2)公立和私立学校、城市和乡镇学校,在师资配备、教师培养、待遇等方面的投入存在着较大的差距;(3)高中生物教师工作量较大、得到发展的机会较少;(4)教学资金投入不足,不利于教学工作的开展.文中结合新形势下对高中生物教师的要求,提出了一些促进高中生物教师发展的对策,以求为有关部门有效地优化高中生物教师队伍、合理利用和分配教师资源提供理论依据和实践参考.     

金属间化合物(Mg,Zn)_(12)Ce与(Mg,Zn)_(11)Ce的研究

对300℃时Mg-Zn-Ce系富镁侧化合物的成分特征、结构和相平衡关系进行了研究.结果表明,Mg-Zn-Ce富镁角存在一个Mg12Ce的二元置换固溶体(Mg,Zn)12Ce,还存在一个三元线性化合物(Mg,Zn)11Ce(τ相).(Mg,Zn)12Ce中Zn的范围为0~7.3%(原子分数),其晶体结构为体心四方晶格.三元线性化合物τ相含Zn为8.5%~43.5%(原子分数),其晶体结构为C底心正交晶格.(Mg,Zn)12Ce和τ相均与α(Mg)存在稳定的两相平衡,且在Mg-Zn-Ce系富镁角还存在三相平衡Mg+(Mg,Zn)12Ce+τ.     

图像增强技术在古籍图书电子化中的应用

为提高古籍图书电子化的处理质量,文章以带插图的书页和具有背景干扰的书页为处理对象,使用二值化法、直方图均衡法和对比度拉伸法对书页进行图像增强处理,并使用Visual Studio 2010软件和Open CV进行实验.结果表明:带插图的古籍书页适合采用对比度拉伸法处理,带背景干扰的书页适合采用二值化法处理.     

纳米接触点的位置和大小对磁涡旋核反转的影响

利用微磁模拟的方法研究了纳米接触点的位置和大小对坡莫纳米盘中磁涡旋核极性反转的影响.着重研究了纳米接触点的位置和大小对磁涡旋核反转的临界电流密度和反转时间的影响.微磁模拟结果表明,纳米接触点的大小对磁涡旋核反转的临界电流密度产生很大影响,而纳米接触点的位置对磁涡旋核的反转时间影响很大.     

基于数据库课程群的微课版教材的建设与应用

微课版教材是在传统的立体化教材建设的基础上,利用手机扫描印刷在教材上的二维码来播放微视频的新模式,这种方式对于数据库软件的教学和应用具有很高的契合度。针对数据库课程群的微课教材建设机制进行了探讨,并分析了选用微课教材对课堂教学的影响。传统数据库课程群的立体化教材建设也随着4G乃至5G时代的到来和智能手机的普及应用进入了一个新的阶段。     

沧口斜拉桥钢箱梁截面温度特性分析

通过地处北方海域的胶州湾大桥的长期监测系统,提取沧口斜拉桥主梁跨中截面各测点温度数据,建立概率分布模型,结合国内外相关规范探讨基于极值分析的温度基准值计算方法,对极值温度的重现期与重现期值进行分析.结果表明,极值温度的重现期值与温度原始样本分布函数及抽样样本容量有关,抽样样本容量取12时,50年重现期内同一测点温度极大与极小值可相差约65℃.研究结果可为钢箱梁截面设计与进一步研究温度应力影响提供依据.
