X-ray emission for Ar11+ ions impacting on various targets in the collisions near the Bohr velocity

X-ray emission from the collisions of 3 MeV Ar¹¹⁺ ions with V, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn is investigated. Both the x-rays of the target atom and projectile are observed simultaneously. The x-ray yield is extracted from the original count. The inner-shell ionization cross section is estimated by the binary encounter approximation model and compared with the experimental result. The remarkable result is that the Ar K-shell x-ray yield is diminished with the target atomic number increasing, which is completely opposite to the theoretical calculation. That is interpreted by the competitive consumption of the energy loss for the ionization of inner-shell electrons between the projectile and target atom.     

Strain Induced Nanopillars and Variation of Magnetic Properties in La_(0.825)Sr_(0.175)MnO_3/LaAlO_3 Films

To investigate the process of strain relaxation and resultant variation of microstructure and magnetic properties,low-doped La_(0.825)Sr_(0.175)MnO_3 epitaxial films with different thicknesses are deposited on LaAlO_3 substrates and strain induced nanopillars are discovered inside the La_(0.825) Sr_(0.175)MnO_3 film. Perpendicular oriented nanopillars mainly exist below 30 nm and tend to disappear above 30 nm. The distribution of nanopillars not only induce the variation of lattice parameters and local structural distortion but also lead to the deviation of easy magnetization axis from the perpendicular direction. Specifically, the out-of-plane lattice parameters of the film decrease quickly with the increase of the thickness but tend to be constant when the thickness is above 30 nm. Meanwhile, the variations of magnetic properties along in-plane and out-of-plane directions would also decline at first and they then remain nearly unchanged. Our work constructs the relationship between nanopillars and magnetic properties inside films. We are able to clearly reveal the effects of inhomogeneous strain relaxation.     

基于ZnO/NiO纳米异质结构紫外探测器的低温水溶液生长

利用低温水溶液方法制备了ZnO/NiO纳米异质结构,该异质结构主要由ZnO纳米阵列及NiO纳米片状结构层组成,ZnO和NiO纳米材料均由低温水溶液方法生长。同时基于ZnO/NiO纳米异质结构构建了简单的紫外探测器件。研究结果表明,基于上述结构的紫外探测器件具有非常好的紫外响应特性。该方法工艺流程简单、重复性好,具有广阔的应用前景。     

甘肃肃南1970名裕固族、汉族代谢综合征流行特征对比分析

目的:探讨甘肃省肃南县独有少数民族裕固族与当地汉族MS流行特征,进行相同居住环境下的裕、汉族MS对比分析,为我国不同民族人群MS的病因研究及防治奠定基础.方法:对相同居住环境下的裕固族、汉居民用统一的流行病学调查标准和模式,采用分层整群抽样的原则和S PSS 13.0软件统计.结果:甘肃省肃南县裕固族居民和汉族居民生活习惯有很大差别,特别是裕固族群众长期喜欢进食牛羊肉、奶酪、酥油等高蛋白、高脂肪食物,从而导致其居民血脂、血压等指标异常者水平明显高于相同居住环境下的汉族居民水平.结论:甘肃裕固族属MS易患人群,其MS发病因素与生活习惯有密切关系,裕固族居民MS相关指标异常者水平明显高于相同居住环境下的汉族居民水平.     

平煤四矿矿井通风阻力测定与系统分析

矿井通风系统阻力测定是煤矿安全生产和通风安全管理的重要内容,阻力的大小直接影响矿井通风的效果。为了了解平煤四矿矿井通风阻力的大小及其分布,优化矿井通风系统,选定主要测定路线,基于基点气压计法进行矿井阻力测定,并根据测定结果对矿井通风系统进行了分析。     

清代客家汉番界外合股移垦研究——以台中东势为例

清代以降政府限制台湾汉人进垦番界,在中部近山地区也不意外.在现今台中市石冈区东侧留有乾隆26年（1761）的“土牛界碑”,直到嘉庆20年（1815）官府解除禁令,大规模的汉人从此深入东势角及新社地区垦拓.这个界外的移垦有着合股、宗族合约式的开发形式,间接说明台湾客家地区的一种开发模式.     

咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血、尿镁离子浓度变化的临床意义

咳嗽变异性哮喘（cough variant asthma，CVA）是以咳嗽为主要表现的一种哮喘的潜在形式，占儿童慢性咳嗽的17.0%~40.1%[1]。相当部分CVA最终发展为典型哮喘，直接影响患儿的学习、睡眠和生活质量。但CVA的发病机制目前尚不清楚，给治疗带来一定困难。为探讨镁离子缺乏与CVA之间的关系，我们对CVA患儿血、尿镁离子浓度进行检测，并对其变化作一探讨，现将结果报道如下。
