空置率的定义：空置是指房屋没有投入使用,处于待出售或出租的状态。住宅空置率是一个反映住宅的供给与需求之间矛盾的指标,合理的住宅空置率能使这个矛盾最小化,使住宅的供给和需求达到均衡。如果房屋空置过多,说明需求量不足或购买力不够,国家或市场可作出相应调节。     

地形对莆田市气候的影响初探

气候是地理环境中最重要的构成因素。莆田市位于我国东南沿海地区,境内地形复杂,气候资源丰富。在影响气候的因素中地形是个重要因素,本文针对莆田市的地形,选取有气象观测资料的三地进行对比,分析地形对莆田市气候的影响,提出开发气候资源的见解。     

兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环中电子冷却性能

为了在兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环(HIRFL-CSR)上开展一维离子束序化的研究,在CSR主环上,对6.39 MeV/u的58Ni19+离子束进行了冷却累积实验。测量了离子束与电子束之间不同的水平、垂直夹角以及不同电子束剖面的情况下,束流累积及束流寿命变化情况;重点研究了离子束衰减过程中动量分散随离子数的变化规律,拟合计算得到了动量分散随离子数按照幂函数衰减的指数;在给定离子数的情况下,动量分散随夹角、电子束剖面的依赖关系,为下一步在CSR上获得纵向一维有序化离子束的研究做准备。在实验中观测到在较大的夹角情况下,离子束出现纵向振荡和中心频率移动。     

Optimization of the three-dimensional electric f ield in IH-DTL

The tuning process of the three-dimensional electric field near the beam axis is very important in the optimization of the Interdigital H-mode Drift Tube Linac (IH-DTL). The tuning of the longitudinal field distribution, the Kilpatrik (Kp) factor, and the transverse dipole field have been discussed in detail, combined with the radio-frequency tuning process of the 53.667 MHz short IH-DTL cavity, which was designed to accelerate ²³⁸U³⁴⁺ from 0.143 MeV/u to 0.289 MeV/u in the SSC-Linac injector project at the Institute of Modern Physics. The flatness criterion and the tube tuning method are discussed in order to meet the beam dynamics requirements. In the tube tuning process, the energy gain error in the cells should be reduced to less than ±2%, and the Kp factor should be reduced to 1.6. The transverse dipole field and the method that uses a "plunger" to dismiss this dipole field are evaluated. The experience gained from the first cavity optimization benefits the tuning process of the three remaining IH-DTL cavities in the SSC-Linac project.     

强夯法地基处理质量检验中动力触探方法的有效性

在山区工程建设过程中,会大量开挖山体和填沟,以平整场地。填土区地基性质不均匀,填土厚度变化大,后期沉降量大,沉降不均匀。为改善地基,通常采用强夯法对填土进行加固处理。强夯法地处理承载力检验除应用载荷试验外,尚应采用动力触探等有效手段查明加处理深度及承载力与密度随深度的变化。本文论述了强夯法地基处理质量检验中动力触探方法的有效性。     

有关毒品问题的解析与思考

毒品是一些能特异性地与体内受体结合并产生生理学效应的一些天然的或人工合成的化合物。由于毒品具有成瘾性和耐受性,吸食者往往深陷毒瘾之中,无法自拔,进而导致一系列社会问题。目前主要的戒毒方式是药物脱毒,能有效解除身体依赖,但治疗结束后复吸率依然很高,加之一些社会因素的影响,禁毒形势依然严峻。     

Critical entanglement and geometric phase of a two-qubitmodel with Dzyaloshinski--Moriya anisotropic interaction

We consider a two-qubit system described by the Heisenberg XY model with Dzyaloshinski--Moriya (DM) anisotropic interaction in a perpendicular magnetic field to investigate the relation between entanglement, geometric phase and quantum phase transition (QPT). It is shown that the DM interaction has an effect on the critical boundary. The combination of entanglement and geometric phase may characterize QPT completely. Their jumps mean that the occurrence of QPT and inversely the QPT at the critical point at least corresponds to a jump of one of them.     

Gray Envelope Solitons in Quantum Electron Plasmas

By using the traditional perturbation method, we obtain the nonlinear Sehrodinger equation for one-dimensional Schrodinger-Poisson system. Some of its solutions can explain previous results.     

重离子治癌装置研究

介绍了重离子治癌装置的最新发展状况 ,比较了两类典型的旋转机架的结构及光学特性 ,给出了离子光学的限制条件 .设计了一台桶形机架 ,为兰州重离子冷却储存环应用于医学治疗进行了预研. A simple plane rotating gantry is proposed at the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL), where a new project named Cooling Storage Ring is under construction. The gantry is 18 metre long, 5 metre high from upper beam axes to rotation axes. It consists of eight quadruples, two 45° and one large aperture 90° dipole magnets. It is equipped with a two direction magnetic raster scanning system. A beam spot of radii between 2 to 5 mm can be achieved at∶...     

DL-苏氨酸的化学合成

使用化学方法制备 DL-苏氨酸 ,再拆分制备 L-苏氨酸工业化 ,以降低瓶颈氨基酸 - L -苏氨酸的价格 ,主要原料有甘氨酸、乙醛等 ,采用的路线为甘氨酸铜路线。改进了操作工艺 ,并对产品及中间体进行了初步鉴别。红外光谱中有各自的特征峰 ,产物的熔点、红外光谱与苏氨酸的文献值相符 ,证实了产物为苏氨酸。
