文化现代化境遇下昌吉州少数民族文化发展的现实思考

党的十七届六中全会议定了《关于进一步加强文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决议》,在新疆地域文化中少数民族文化所占的比重很高,随着城市化进程的加快,新疆现代化步伐迈向了一个新的台阶,但少数民族文化在发展过程中受到外来文化的影响和冲击,理论指导不足和价值目标针对性不足等多种因素的干扰.文章在总结前人研究成果的基础上,分析了昌吉州少数民族文化发展的现状,目的是为了让人们了解、重视和保护少数民族文化,积极发展少数民族文化事业和文化产业,正视少数民族传统文化在现代化进程中面临的机遇与挑战.     

一类拟线性两点边值问题的存在唯一性

本文在f(t,x),f_x(t,x),η(t)连续,f_x(t,x)≥-η(t),η(t)≤π~2+A~2/4,η(t)π~2+A~2/4条件下,证明了拟线性两点边值问题 x″=Ax′+f(t,x),x(0)=α,x(1)=β, 对于任给实数A,α,β都有唯一解。     

微极各向同性弹性板中的Rayleigh-Lamb波

研究了无应力作用条件下，均匀、各向同性、圆柱形微极结构弹性板中波的传播．导出了对称和斜对称模式下波传播的特征方程．对短波这一极端情况，无应力圆板中对称和斜对称模态波的特征方程退化为Pmyle曲表面波频率方程．并得到薄板的计算结果．给出了位移和微转动分量，并绘制了相应图形．给出了若干特殊情况的研究结果及对称和斜对称模态特征方程的图示．     

Theoretical study of potential energy curves,spectroscopic constants,and radiative lifetimes of low-lying states in SeO molecule

The low-lying potential energy curves of SeO molecule are computed by means of ab initio multireference configuration interaction technique, taking into account relativistic (scalar plus spin-orbit coupling) effects. The spectroscopic constants of Ω states for X³Σ^-, a¹Δ, b¹Σ⁺, A³Π, A'³Δ, and A"³Σ⁺ states are obtained, and they are in good accordance with available experimental values. The Franck-Condon factors and transition dipole moments to the ground state are computed, and the natural radiative lifetimes of low-lying Ω states are theoretically obtained. Comparisons of the natural lifetimes of Ω states with previous experimental results and those of isovalent TeO molecule are made.     

磁-微极广义热弹性介质中轴对称变形的弹性动力学

在横向磁场中,表面受机械源或热源作用时,研究电磁.微极热弹性半空间中的轴对称问题.问题的求解用到了Laplace和Hankel变换技术.作为该方法的一个应用,采用了集中源/沿圆周分布作用源(机械源和热源).对积分变换的逆变换使用数值技术,得到物理域中的应力分量和温度分布,以及感应电场和感应电磁场.对于两种不同的广义热弹性理论(Lord-shulman(L-S)理论和Green-Lindsay(G-L)理论),给出了这些物理量的表达式,并用插图显示磁场的影响.还导出了一个感兴趣的特例.     

Large Decay Rate Variation of ^7Be in Pd and Au

Platinum and gold have the similar crystal structure but different electronic affinities, as well as different effective electron densities near the implanted ions. Both the differences favour larger decay rate of ^7 Be in Pd than that in Au. We measured the variation of the decay rate of ^7Be implanted in Pd and Au host materials. We have found that the decay rate of ^7 Be in Pd is larger than that in Au by 0.8%.     

高纯锗探测器的广泛应用和自主研制进展

以目前国际上极为活跃开展的暗物质探测、无中微子双 衰变研究为例,评述了高纯锗探测器的重要性及其广泛的应用前景。介绍了己开展的高纯锗单晶、探测器制备的关键技术研究进展:合作单位已研制出了用于高纯锗单晶材料制备的区熔炉、单晶炉;并制备出直径为20  50 cm、纯度为12N(< 41011  atoms/cm3)、位错< 5000 atoms/cm2 的锗单晶;掌握了高纯锗探测器(平面型、同轴型)制备的关键技术,用进口高纯锗单晶材料制备出的同轴型高纯锗探测器对射线的能量分辨率及探测效率均达到进口产品指标,使用自制的12N 高纯锗单晶材料己制备出平面型高纯锗探测器。呼吁加速高纯锗研制的自主创新步伐,尽早实现其国产化目标。The article reviews importance and wide applications of HPGe detector, especially the application on the dark matter search experiment and double beta decay experiment. The research progress on the Highpurity germanium single crystal and HPGe detector in China has been introduced. The cooperation partner developed new type zone-refining furnace and single crystal furnace. The ultra-purity germanium single crystal with 20~50 cm, purity up to 12N(net impurity concentration is less than 41011 atoms/cm3), and dislocation less than 5 000 /cm3 was prepared. The key technologies for preparing planar and coaxial HPGe detector were mastered. The coaxial detector, which has been made of imported ultra-purity germanium single crystal has excellent energy resolution and efficiency as the imported commercial detector. The planar detector using selfmade germanium single crystal was also successfully manufactured. The research group appeals for speeding up the pace of independent innovation on the high-purity germanium, and achieving the high-purity germanium localization as soon as possible.     

学分制下的开放式教学与学生预约系统的设计

推行学分制是近20年来我国高校实施教学管理改革的一项重要举措,学分制重在体现学生的个体差异,强调个性的发展,在学习内容、方式、进程以及培养人等方面给予学生选择的自由,有利于学生学习的主动性、积极性、创造能力的培养.实验室开放式教学是学分制教学体系中一个重要组成部分,本文从实验室开放式教学的方法和学生预约系统的设计提出了切实可行的办法.     

平凉市崆峒山景前区北部面山生态系统人工恢复技术

在黄土高原干旱半干旱、生态治理难度大的土石山区,从设计的原则、整地方式、造林密度、造林时间及方法、树种选择及质量要求入手,严把整地、苗木、栽植、浇水、覆膜关;综合应用针叶树带土球提早或延迟栽植,落叶树深栽深埋、截干造林,客土栽植及抗旱造林综合配套新技术(生根液、保水剂、地膜覆盖、控水袋的应用),使项目区一次性造林成活率达95%以上,保存率达到了92%,对项目区生态系统的恢复,提供了强有力的技术支持,也为今后同类地区抗旱造林提供了宝贵经验。
