电场对含高氯酸锂盐的互穿网络高分子快离子导体的电导的影响

研究了直流电场对含ＬｉＣｌＯ４的聚氧化乙烯（ＰＥＯ）４００与环氧树脂形成的液晶态互穿网络高分子忆禽子导体的电导率的影响。在室温至９０℃范围内，电导率随外加电压增加面降低。外加电压越高，对电导率变化的影响越大。     

气化型煤粘结剂的研究

在实验室研制成两系列三种气化型煤粘结剂。该粘结剂来源广、工艺简单、灰分增加量少,经工业成型及四次不同规格造气炉工业性气化试验表明,新开发粘结剂制成的型煤用于气化是成功的,它是石灰碳化煤球的理想替代粘结剂。     

长期口服小剂量胺碘酮对老年人甲状腺激素及糖、脂质水平的影响

观察长期口服小剂量胺碘酮对老年人甲状腺激素及糖,脂质水平的影响。对１８例需长期服用胺碘酮的老年心律失常患者,于治疗前及治疗期间定期测定甲状腺激素Ｔ３,Ｔ４,ｒＴ３,ＴＳＨ及血糖,血脂水平。结果;服胺碘酮１年后,Ｔ４,ｒＴ３,ＴＳＨ分别增加了１１％,４０．３％和１５．６％,而Ｔ３减少２８．２％,除ｒＴ３外均在正常范围内波动,无一例出现甲状腺功能异常的临床症状。     

乙基罗丹明B-磷钒钼杂多酸-PVA体系超高灵敏显色反应的研究及应用

研究了乙基罗丹明B 磷钒钼杂多酸 PVA体系超高灵敏显色反应的适宜条件、灵敏度和选择性 ,及在实际工作中的应用。缔合物的最大吸收波长为 5 86nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.4×10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1。方法用于钢铁、化学试剂和铬铁矿等中痕量磷的直接测定 ,结果满意     

Synthesis and Expression of a Gene From Kringle-2 Domain of Tissue Plasminogen Activator in E. coli

The DNA fragment corresponding to the tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) sequence 174-262 (Kringle-2 domain) has been synthesized by using the solid phase phosphotriester method. The Kringle-2 domain of human tPA was expressed in Escherichia colt by secretion into the periplasmic space using the Lpp-Lac promoter and PIN-Ⅲ OmpA2 signal sequence. About two thirds of the expression product was secreted into the periplasmic space , and purified with ammonium sulfate fractionation, affinity chro-matography on Lysine-Sepharose, and FPLC-Mono Q exchange chromatography. The amino acid composition observed from the Kringle-2 purified from E. coli is identical with that expected for the 174-262 fragment of human tPA. Radio binding assay shows that the recombinant Kringle-2 domain possesses the activity of fibrin binding.     

废弃线路板化学分析采样、制样及检测方法

介绍废弃线路板中有回收价值元素和有害物质分析的采样、制样及检测技术。样品经过分类采样、剪切破碎和高温灰化制样,采用样品全分析或副批混合样分析。通过提高称样量、多次测定求平均值的办法,火试金富集-重量法测定贵金属金、银。湿法王水溶解样品,碘量法测定主体元素铜。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定其它杂质元素,被测元素质量浓度在0~10μg/mL范围内与光谱强度呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9998。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于10%(n=5),加标回收率为97.0%~102.5%。该方法简单、快速,有效地解决了线路板样品不均匀而难采样,以及硬度、韧性强制样难,金属易包裹难分解的技术瓶颈,测定结果准确,具有代表性。该方法适用于废弃线路板化学成分分析,其它废弃电子产品检测可参考此方法。     

Physical and chemical properties of a durably efficacious ammonium bicarbonate as a fertilizer and its yield-increasing mechanism

A new fertilizer of cocrystal type,known as durably efficacious ammonium bicarbonate (DEAB),has been developed by adding a certain amount of dicyandiamide (DCD) as an ammonia-stabilizing agent to ammonium bearbenate(AB)during the process of its production.As compared with AB,DEAB was found to have a reduction of direct volatilization loss by 53%,a fertilizer availability period prolonged from 35-45 to 90-110 d,and an increase in the rate of nitrogen in fertilizer being utilized by 5.9%-10.2%,and a saving of the amount of fertilizer to be ap-phed by 20%-30% for the same level of yield,or an increase of the crop yield by over 10% for the same level of ni-tregen fertilization;in addition,it was found to show usually a function of promoting the crop to early mature.It can be apptied as basal dressing all in one time to soil and thus also used as a labour-saving and crop yield-increasing fertil-izer for is non-mtertillage,plastics film covering and water-saving agriculture     

抗活化血小板单克隆抗体与尿激酶杂合分子的纤溶作用

用双功能团试剂将尿激酶(UK)B链和抗人活化血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白GMP-140单克隆抗体(SZ-51)的Fab片段共价偶联。偶联的杂合分子UK-SZ-51保留了原抗体的结合专一性,它在体外的溶栓效率较尿激酶提高约5倍,其溶栓作用对血浆中纤维蛋白原的含量无影响。     

毛细管色谱－质谱法测定大气中挥发性有机物

兰州市西固区由于炼油厂、化工厂等十几个工厂的污染,大气中挥发性有机污染物种类繁多,含量较高,并且已发现可形成光化学烟雾。所以对西固区大气中挥发性有机物进行分析测定,有利于光化学烟雾形成机理的研究。     

(Me3Si)2NBCl2和(Me3Si)2NB(Cl)NHSiMe3的合成及其成环反应

自从氮化硼陶瓷纤维用聚合物先驱体法[1]合成以后,硼氮六元环化合物越来越为人们所重视[2],文中在制备氮化硼纤维先驱体的过程中,合成了其中间产物,通过热缩合成环反应,合成了含有硼氮六员环的化合物,并采用色-质联用技术对其进行了表征。1　实验部分参照文献[3],改用液氮和丙酮为冷冻剂,控制温度在-50到-40℃,搅拌下向三氯化硼的正戊烷溶液中缓慢滴加三乙胺的正戊烷溶液,滴完后Ｎ2气氛下-50℃加丙酮冷凝回流2ｈ,慢慢由-50℃升至室温,抽滤即得到白色产物Ｅｔ3ＮＢＣｌ3(Ａ)。将Ａ溶于适量苯中[4,5],加入等物质的量的三乙胺,加热回流搅拌…
