新建隧道下穿既有运营地铁施工的力学机理

依托某新建地铁隧道下穿既有运营地铁线,基于三维数值计算分析方法,与现场监测数据进行对比,验证了模拟的可靠性,研究了全断面法、上下台阶法和盾构法等3种地铁隧道施工方案对既有运营地铁结构的影响,进而提出了有效的变形控制措施.研究结果表明:相对于全断面法和上下台阶法,盾构法施工能够有效地降低地表和既有隧道结构的沉降,以及既有隧道管片的主应力,且沉降收敛所用时间短于全断面法和上下台阶法;通过采取有效的注浆加固措施,可以大幅度减小地表沉降、既有隧道的不均匀沉降和天然岩层的沉降;施工中,应结合实际情况,合理选取注浆加固区域,避免材料的浪费.     

重力稳定气驱判别模型和试验

通过室内试验,研究储层倾角、注入速率和原油黏度等因素对重力稳定注气提高驱油效率的影响,根据注采数据和管内残余油砂分布,分析其提高采收率原理。通过理论推导,建立简易量化的顶部注气重力稳定判别模型NGAGI,综合考虑储层倾角、渗透率、驱替液与被驱替液密度差异、原油黏度和注气速率等因素的影响。结果表明:增大地层倾角、减小注气速率和降低原油黏度,可延长重力稳定高效驱油时间,提高采收率,气驱后管内残余油砂分布显示,排除端部效应导致模型两端效果不好,模型中部重力稳定气驱后残余油饱和度低于10%;当NGAGI1时,可实现重力稳定气驱模式,并通过室内和矿场试验验证,可有效评价重力稳定气驱前缘稳定性,为油田矿场应用提供一定的决策依据。     

化学发光分析法在环境监测中的应用

目的:简要概述化学发光分析法在环境监测中的应用,为其开展深入研究和推广应用提供参考。方法:参考国内外化学发光分析法在环境监测中的应用研究已有成果,对其分析总结。结果:结合国内外化学发光分析法在环境监测中的应用研究已有成果78篇,主要综述了化学发光分析法的基本原理和特点,从环境监测中常用的化学发光体系以及化学发光分析法在环境监测中的实际应用两方面进行了综述,并简要概述了化学发光分析方法的发展前景。结论:化学发光分析法作为一种高效的微量和痕量分析技术,具有仪器设备简单、高灵敏度、线性范围宽以及可以实现自动化等诸多优点,在环境监测中有广阔的应用前景。     

预加轴力下内置加劲环K型管节点抗冲击性能有限元模拟

采用有限元软件Abaqus建立了主管一端固定一端滑动,支管铰接,同时对主管和支管预先施加轴力的内置加劲环K型管节点有限元分析模型.研究采用内置加劲环的加强方法对遭受横向冲击荷载作用的K型管节点抗冲击性能的影响.分析结果表明:加劲环的存在显著减小了主管的局部凹陷和主支管相贯线处凹陷变形;增大了主支管的线刚度比,使支管变形增大;同时加劲环的加强作用对节点的最终能量耗散影响很小.     

Two-dimensional electron gas characteristics of InP-based high electron mobility transistor terahertz detector

The samples of In_xGa_(1-x)As/In_(0.52)Al_(0.48)As two-dimensional electron gas(2DEG)are grown by molecular beam epitaxy(MBE).In the sample preparation process,the In content and spacer layer thickness are changed and two kinds of methods,i.e.,contrast body doping andδ-doping are used.The samples are analyzed by the Hall measurements at 300 Kand 77 K.The In_xGa_(1-x)As/In_(0.52)Al_(0.48)As 2DEG channel structures with mobilities as high as 10289 cm~2/V·s(300 K)and42040 cm~2/V·s(77 K)are obtained,and the values of carrier concentration(Nc)are 3.465×10~(12)/cm~2and 2.502×10~(12)/cm~2,respectively.The THz response rates of In P-based high electron mobility transistor(HEMT)structures with different gate lengths at 300 K and 77 K temperatures are calculated based on the shallow water wave instability theory.The results provide a reference for the research and preparation of In P-based HEMT THz detectors.     

Experimental demonstration of underwater optical wireless power transfer using a laser diode

We experimentally demonstrate an underwater optical wireless power transfer(OWPT) using a laser diode(LD)as a power transmitter. We investigate the characteristics of a solar cell and a photodiode(PD) as a power receiver. We optimize the LD, the PD, and the solar cell to achieve the maximum transfer efficiency. The maximum transfer efficiency of the back-to-back OWPT is measured as 4.3% with the PD receiver. Subsequently, we demonstrate the OWPT in tap and sea water. Our result shows an attenuation of 3 dB/m in sea water.

Geometrical optics-based ray field tracing method for complex source beam applications

Due to the fact that traditional ray field tracking approaches require a large number of geometrical optical(GO) ray tubes,they are very inefficient in many practical applications.An improved ray model scheme for a complex source beam(CSB) tracking technique is proposed in this paper.The source field can be expressed by a superposition of CSBs,then every CSB basis function has a Gaussian-type amplitude distribution and is suitable for replacing a GO ray tube in the ray tracing approach.The complex phase matching technique is adopted to find the reflected beam in the reflection point where local approximation is used to represent the curved surface in its neighborhood.A new solution to multiple reflections using the conventional right-handed reflected system is used to track the field easily.Numerical results show the accuracy of the proposed method.
