面向对象软件质量度量的研究与应用

为了提高软件质量,人们对于度量的需求越来越迫切 与此同时,由于面向对象软件自身独特的特征,一些传统的度量方法在面向对象领域就显得有些力不从心了。本文将提出一种新的方法来度量相同软件的不同版本之间的质量。

Synchronization of different chaotic systems via active radial basis functions sliding mode controller

This paper presents a new method to synchronize different chaotic systems with disturbances via an active radial basis function （RBF） sliding controller. This method incorporates the advantages of active control, neural network and sliding mode control. The main part of the controller is given based on the output of the RBF neural networks and the weights of these single layer networks are tuned on-line based on the sliding mode reaching law. Only several radial basis functions are required for this controller which takes the sliding mode variable as the only input. The proposed controller can make the synchronization error converge to zero quickly and can overcome external disturbances. Analysis of the stability for the controller is carried out based on the Lyapunov stability theorem. Finally, five examples are given to illustrate the robustness and effectiveness of the proposed synchronization control strategy.     

Effect of double AlN buffer layer on the qualities of GaN films grown by radio-frequency molecular beam epitaxy

This paper reports that the GaN thin films with Ga-polarity and high quality were grown by radio-frequency molecular beam epitaxy on sapphire （0001） substrate with a double A1N buffer layer. The buffer layer consists of a high-temperature （HT） A1N layer and a low-temperature （LT） A1N layer grown at 800℃ and 600℃, respectively. It is demonstrated that the HT-A1N layer can result in the growth of GaN epilayer in Ga-polarity and the LT-A1N layer is helpful for the improvement of the epilayer quality. It is observed that the carrier mobility of the GaN epilayer increases from 458 to 858cm^2/V.s at room temperature when the thickness of LT-A1N layer varies from 0 to 20nm. The full width at half maximum of x-ray rocking curves also demonstrates a substantial improvement in the quality of GaN epilavers by the utilization of LT-A1N layer.     

快速冷凝粉末冶金技术制备Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr合金的研究

用快速冷凝技术制备了一种铝-锂合金的微细粉末,粉末体经冷压、真空去气、真空热压致密化,之后在400℃挤压成材。研究了这种合金在不同热处理条件下的显微组织和力学性能。与成份相近但用铸锭冶金方法制备的铝-锂合金相比,快速冷凝-粉末冶金方法制备的铝-锂合金,其硬度、强度较高,但塑性偏低。文章讨论了塑性偏低的原因以及改善合金塑韧性的可能途径。     

非回转类零件计算机辅助工艺设计的信息描述

本文论述了非回转类零件计算机辅助工艺过程设计（简称ＣＡＰＰ）中，零件信息的描述和输入方法。在相似零件组的基础上，把ＣＡＰＰ系统所要处理的零件按其重要性和复杂性又划分为Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三类。本文提出了方位特征描述法、基准特征描述法，并采用特征图引导，菜单输入的方式，较好的解决了Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三类零件信息的输入。     

野紫苏中黄酮类化合物的研究

从野紫苏中分得6个黄酮类化合物,经理化性质和波谱数据分析,确定为5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧基黄酮1;5-羟基-7,4’-二甲氧基双氢黄酮醇2;山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙3;檞皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙4;5-羟基-3’-甲氧基双氢黄酮-7-O-芸香糖甙5;5-羟基-4’-甲氧基黄酮-7-O-芸香糖甙6。除化合物1和2外,其余4个黄酮类化合物为首次从该属植物中得到。
