复方单硝酸异山梨酯-阿司匹林双缓释微丸胶囊的研制(Ⅱ)

以乙基纤维素、丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ和丙烯酸树脂Ⅲ为骨架材料分别制备单硝酸异山梨酯和阿司匹林混合骨架缓释微丸，并通过包薄膜衣进一步控制药物的释放。通过测定微丸的释放度对处方工艺进行评价，选择最佳微丸灌装胶囊．胶囊中两种药物均达到良好的缓释效果。符合中国药典对缓释制剂的要求．其体外释放过程同时符合Higuchi方程和一级释药方程，R^2值均在0．995以上。     

Fluorescence Microscopy of Nanoscale Silver Oxide Thin Films

The experimental conditions for photoactivated intermittent fluorescence from nanoscale silver oxide were studied with fluorescence microscopy.Strong fluorescence was observed from the Ag2O particles with size of 10-20nm excited with both blue and green light .We observed the saturation of Photoexcitation with blue light and explained the experimental results using the model of agglomeration of silver atoms to form small clusters and the fluorescence of Ag2 and Ag3 clusters.     

甲烷部分氧化反应机理的键级守恒研究

用键级守恒－Ｍｏｒｓｅ势方法研究了甲烷部分氧化制合成气的反应机理，以Ｎｉ晶面为模型催化剂，应用ＢＯＣ－ＭＰ方法计算了甲烷在有氧与无氧参与下的解离反应及ＣＯ和ＣＯ２生成反应中各基元反应的活化能垒和反应热焓。计算结果表明，无表面氧参与下的ＣＨ４直接解离途径更可能发生；由ＣＨ（ｓ）生成ＣＯ比由Ｃ（ｓ）更易进行。     

济阳坳陷上第三系储层特征及天然气藏形成条件分析

济阳坳陷上第三系是胜利油田的主要产油气层段之一，也是今后进一步进行天然气勘探开发工作的主力目的层位。本文从上第三系储层的类型及其展布规律、岩性、储集物性、微观孔隙结构等方面，详细分析了天然气储层的特征。并在此基础上，讨论了天然气藏的形成条件及天然气富集规律。研究表明，天然气对储层储集物性的要求比石油更具广泛性；天然气藏的形成除必须具备一定的储层条件外，更重要的是受控于生成运移条件、盖层条件及一定构     

The moire topography based on optical logic operation

The optical logic-operated moire,which is proposed on the basis of optical logicoperation,is a new method to obtain specific moire beat pattern.Its advantages lie in the ca-pability to select carrier-free,sharpened fringes with high contrast.The experimental methodand results of the application of the optical logic-operared moire in moire topography are pre-sented in this paper.

毫微克DNA—DAPI复合物荧光法测定的研究

DAPI（4－6＝脒基－2－苯基吲哚）是检测微量DNA的专一性荧光染料，其最高灵敏度为0．1ng/ml,DNA浓度由微微克向毫微克增大时，峰位红移10－20nm。DNA浓度在1－100ug/ml时，DAPI的适宜浓度范围为30－100ng/ml。     

SYNTHESIS OF MACROPOROUS COPOLYMER OF VCA AND DVB

The reactivity ratios of vinyl acetate(VAc) and divinyl benzene (DVB) were calculated from the Q and e values.The possibility of the copolymerization of these two monomers was predicted and the copolymerization was carried out by suspension polymerization technique in the presence of pore producing agent (toluene and gasoine).The relative ratio of acetoxy group and benzene ring in the copolymer were monitored by IR measurement during the polymerization.The variation of pore properties,such as spectific surface area,porosity and average pore diameter,with polymerization time were determined.The copolymers at various polymerization time were alcoholyzed and thus the variation of the hydroxyl group content with polymerization time was studied.
