新型有机锗倍半氧化物及硫化物的合成

已先后合成的倍半氧化物类及倍半硫化物类化合物的前体,即有机锗三氯化物中只含1个锗原子。为了考查从含2个锗原子的前体合成的有机锗倍半氧化物及硫化物的药物活性,我们合成了1类化合物及相应的倍半氧化物(2类)及倍半硫化物(3类),并合成了酰基苯胺化合物1_e、2_e及3_e。结果见表1。     

Investigation of Aconitine-type Alkaloids from Processed Tuber of Aconitum carmiechaeli by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS~n

Introduction Aconitine-type alkaloids isolated from the roots of Aconitum carmiechaeli show a potential toxicity and a broad spectrum of bioactivity[1-4].On the basis of the C8-substituent of C19-diterpenoid skeleton,aconitine-type alkaloids can be divided into diester-diterpenoid alkaloids(DDAs),monoester-diterpenoid alkaloids(MDAs),and lipo-alkaloids(Fig.1).     

含羟基芳基或氨基芳基的磷酰胺酯衍生物的合成

采用均相反应的方法合成了6个含羟基芳基或氨基芳基的磷酰胺酯衍生物:[(ClCH_2CH_2)_2NP(O)(OPh)(XArY)](X:O,NH;Y:m或p-OH或NH_2).用元素分析、红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱及质谱证实了它们的组成及结构.     

智能型水凝胶

智能型水凝胶是一类具有广泛应用前景的功能高分子材料，但由于传统水凝胶存在一些缺点因而限制了其应用，因此近年来围绕提高传统水凝胶的性能做了大量研究工作。本文从四个主要方面综述了近年来智能型水凝胶改性的研究进展。     

铬天青S共振光散射法测定脱氧核糖核酸

介绍在阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下阴离子染料铬天青S(CAS)共振光散射(RLS)法测定脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的方法。在pH=5．27的六次甲基四铵一盐酸缓冲溶液中，研究了CAS—CT-MAB—yDNA体系的RLS光谱特征、影响因素和最佳反应条件。在最佳条件下，体系的RLS强度增加值△I与yDNA的浓度在50～800μg／L和1000～2000μg／L呈线性关系，其线性回归方程分别为△I=0．48c 2．56和△I=0．14c 17．86，相关系数分别为0．9997和0．9991，检出限为4．3ng／mL。该方法简便、快速，应用于合成样品中yDNA的测定，测定结果的相对标准偏差为2．93％～4．71％，回收率为97．8％～105．2％。     

Dy3+在Ba3La(BO3)3 中的光致发光

研究了Ba3La(BO3)3 基质中Dy3 的光致发光特性; 探讨了RE3 的电荷半径比(z/r)和Ce3 , Dy3 含量对Dy3 发光强度及发光颜色的影响; 分析了Ba3La(BO3)3 中Ce3 对Dy3 发光的敏化作用; 确定了Dy3 的 4F9/2→6H15/2及4F9/2→6H13/2跃迁发射的浓度猝灭机制均为电偶极-电四极相互作用.     

Adaptation of Cu/ZnO/Al_2O_3 to Temperature Change in Methanol Synthesis from CO_2 Hydrogenation

The induction behavior in CO2 hydrogenation was studied by varying the reaction temperature to investigate the adaptation of the Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalyst to the temperature change. The results indicated that a used catalyst had a tendency to keep the last running state in new reaction conditions for MeOH formation, and that this tendency was related to the difference in Cu/Cun+ ratio caused by CO2 and CO produced at different reaction temperatures. However, the reverse water-gas shift reaction (RWGS) induced at four temperatures was completely different from that of methanol synthesis. It implied that the two so-called competitive reactions in CO2+H2, RWGS and methanol synthesis, have different active centers.     

铜(Ⅱ)-4-(喹啉-8′-甲基)-1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十三烷-11,13-二酮-α-氨基酸或5-取代邻菲罗啉两类三元配合物的稳定性研究

用 p H法在 (2 5.0± 0 .1 )℃ ,I=0 .1 mol· dm-3 KNO3 条件下 ,测定 Cu( ) - 4 - (喹啉 - 8′-甲基 ) - 1 ,4,7,1 0 -四氮杂环十三烷 - 1 1 ,1 3-二酮 -α-氨基酸或 5-取代邻菲罗啉两类三元配合物的稳定常数 ;研究了带甲基喹啉侧基大环多胺配体与 Cu( )离子的配位能力、配位方式 ;发现这两类三元体系配合物有特殊的稳定性 ;而且它们的稳定性与配体α-氨基酸及 5-取代邻菲罗啉酸碱强度之间的直线自由能关系的变化趋势相反 ;探讨了 Cu( )和 5-取代邻菲罗啉之间的 d- p反馈π键及其取代基 Hammett诱导效应的关系。     

1—酰基—4—氯环己烷与取代芳烃的区域与立体选择性反应

从环己烯合成了１－酰基－４－氯环己烷，发现在其在ＡｌＣｌ３催化与苯，氯苯，溴苯等优先生成反式１－芳基－４－酰基环己烷，与联苯反应时选择性较差。
