Performance improvement of 10-Gb/s XGM wavelength conversion by using polarization control structure
By utilizing the cross polarization modulation effect in semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA), the extinction ratio of cross gain modulation (XGM) wavelength conversion was enhanced, the pattern effect was significantly reduced, and the power penalty of wavelength conversion was reduced by 5 dB simultaneously. Furthermore, by adjusting the settings of polarization controllers, both inverted and non-inverted wavelength conversion can be achieved right in the same wavelength converter. 相似文献

A novel control system is developed to improve the capabilities of robot hand performing tasks in a variety of environments. A joint impedance control strategy has been successfully implemented in the low level control of a highly integrated robot hand. At first, a real time controller with DSP&FPGA-based multilevel control architecture is built. Then a current sensor of the single direct current (DC) link is used to measure and reconstruct the three phase currents, and a stable current signal is measured by optimizing sample instant. The experimental results of the joint impedance control show that the proposed method not only improves the effectiveness of contact environment performance, but also provides compliant interaction of robot hand with a person, which is very important for the development of friendly human robot of the next generation. 相似文献

Theoretical study was performed to investigate how the hydration of cadmium ca-tion influences the structure and properties of guanine.The aqueous environment was simulated by both explicit solvent(1-5 water molecules) model and implicit solvent model.For complexes in which Cd2+ attached to the N(7) and O(6) sites of guanine,energy analysis together with the Natural Bonding Orbital(NBO) analysis were performed to elucidate the bonding characteristics in detail.The most stable structures are penta-coordinate complexes without aqua ligand located at the guanine site.Higher number of water ligands corresponds to higher stabilization energies.Average bonding energies of G-Cd increase with the number of water molecules.Bonding energies of water ligands depend on its position in the complexes.The charge distribution of guanine changed with increasing the number of water ligands,which may also influence the base-pairing pattern of guanine.There is positive charge transfer from guanine to aqua ligand as the number of the hydration waters increases.IEFPCM optimization has results comparable to the [CdG(H2O)5]2+ structure 5a. 相似文献

报道了利用电子束蒸发的Mg/B多层膜作为前驱体,然后退火制备MgB2薄膜的工作. 实验中发现,采用翻转膜面的退火处理方式可以有效地避免降温过程中Mg蒸气在薄膜表面形成的颗粒凝结,由此稳定地实现了面积为10 mm×10 mm,均匀、平整的超导薄膜的制备,Tc达35 K,转变宽度为0.8 K,在5 μm×5 μm的区域内薄膜的平均粗糙度小于10 nm. 为了便于后续器件制作过程中的微加工工艺,研究了膜厚小于1000 ?时薄膜的成相规律,发现当样品厚度减薄后,Tc会有明显降低. 通过调整前驱薄膜中的不同分层厚度,仍可实现转变温度达30 K以上、厚度约600 ?的MgB2薄膜,在20 K时的临界电流密度为2.4×106 A/cm2. 相似文献
