聚焦国际新兴科技城市——苏州高新区：凸现科技集聚效应

去年岁末，江苏省首批“333工程”产业化基地正式落户苏州高新区。东南大学、南京航空航天大学、南京理工大学、苏州大学等高校的“333工程”专家携一批高科技项目，联手高新区内的数家企业进行技术攻关，所签署的8个合作项目涉及电子信息、生物制药等高科技领域，合作项目总投资额累计达6109万元。据称，另有10个院企合作项目正在洽谈中。

14年的开发建设，14年的拼搏奋斗，14年的不懈耕耘，在苏州古城西侧，一座集现代化园林化新城区、开放型经济聚集区和高新技术产业开发区三大功能为一体的锦绣新城巍然屹立起来。这就是著名的国家级高新技术产业开发区——苏州高新区。1990年底，苏州高新区正式启动建设，如一个初生婴儿呱呱坠地，向世界发出它洪亮的第一声。成立伊始，高新区的工业基础和经济基础都比较薄弱，当年国内生产总值仅026亿元，工业销售收入05亿元，财政收入750万元。然而十余载春秋冬夏之后，小婴孩已经茁壮成长。     

Heat Transport Behaviour in One-Dimensional Lattice Models with Damping

We investigate the heat transport behaviours of two typical lattice models, the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam-β model and the Ф^4 lattice model, in the presence of damping which imitates the effect of the thermal radiation and the thermal diffusion to the surroundings through the sample boundary. It is found that the damping does not affect the thermal conductivity, but can change the heat nux dumped into the lattice chain. We also discuss possible applications under the heuristic guidance of our numerical results. In particular, we suggest a way to measure the thermal conductivity experimentally in the presence of large energy loss arisen from the radiation and the diffusion.

吴江盛泽．地处江苏的最南端．与浙江嘉兴接壤。盛泽自古以“日出万匹，衣被天下”闻名海内外。现年化纤生产能力150万吨、真丝绸及化纤绸40余亿米。其丝绸产量占全国的1/10、真丝出口量占全国的1／6。为中国丝绸纺织重镇。     

AN EFFECTIVE METHOD TO IMPROVE THE WET STRENGTH OF POLY(DIALLYLDIMETHYL-AMMONIUM CHLORIDE)HYDROGELS

New IPN hydrogels composed of diallyldimethylammonium chloride (DADMAC) and natural macromolecule,kappa-carrageenan (KC) were prepared by gamma irradiation and their properties were studied. The results show that boththe gel strength and the swelling capacity of the IPN hydrogels were enhanced significantly as compared with those of thepure hydrogels of PDADMAC.     

聚吡咯葡萄糖氧化酶电极的生物电化学响应

采用分步骤合过程，制备了以聚吡咯膜为载体的葡萄糖氧化酶电极，探讨了其生物电化学响应特性，计算了酶催化反应的有关动力学参数。与溶解态酶相比，该电极表现出良好的生物电化学特征，而且酶蛋白对溶液温度的稳定性有显著提高。     

砷化镓半导体外延层的电子声成像

本实验利用扫描电子声显微镜对ＣａＡｓ半导体外延片生长缺陷进行了电子声成像。通过分析不同条件下获得的电声图像，讨论了ＣａＡｓ半导体外延片在电声成像中其电声信号的产生机制。实验结果显示这种成像技术在半导体材料微观分析与评价中具有巨大的应用前景。     

THE EFFECT OF POLAR ADDITIVES ON THE γ RADIATION INDUCED POLYMERIZATION OF STYRENE*

The γ induced polymerization of styrene in the presence of polar additives such as tributylphosphate, triethyl amine and ethanol was studied at dose rate of 5.0×10~(17) eV/ml. min. The re-sult shows that radiation induced polymerization of styrene was sensitized by the three kinds ofadditives at the approximate same rate and the experimental results were in agreement with thetheoretical calculation of WAS equation. The cause of sensitization is due to the proton transfer.     

乙醇-苯乙烯体系的辐解及α-羟乙基自由基反应动力学

γ射线辐照乙醇,通过苯乙烯抑制其辐解产物的研究,证明在乙醇介质中α-羟乙基自由基只进行重合反应,而无歧化反应;苯乙烯可与α-羟乙基自由基反应,其竞争反应为Sl+CH_3 CHOH→P 2CH_3CHOH→(CH_3CHOH)_2求得动力学方程为G'=G_0 k_6/2(k_7) 1/2 (G'/Dk')[Sl] G_0为纯乙醇γ射线辐照时2、3-丁二醇的产额,G_0=2.1,k_6/(k7)~(1/2)=0.53.假定k_7为扩散反应速率常数,则α-羟乙基自由基与丰乙烯加成反应的速率常数为k_6=4.0×10~4 L.mol~(-1).s~(-1).
