紫荆花红色素开发利用的研究

首次报道紫荆花红色素的提取纯化方法及红色素的理化性质，并与玫瑰茄红色素作对比研究，证实同属于花青甙类化合物，又经急性毒性试验证明其毒性极低，故紫荆花天然红色素具有开发利用的价值。     

In vitro TRANSFORMATION OF RAT ESOPHAGEAL EPITHELIAL CELLS BY FUSARIN C

Fusarin C (FC) is a mutagenic and carcinogenic mycotoxin which was isolated from Fu-sarium moniliforme culture extracts. The Fusarium moniliforme is one of most prevalent fungi found on corn in Linxian, a high risk area for esophageal cancer. This paper reports, for the first time, the malignant transformation of rat esophageal epithelial cells induced by FC. The transformed cells showed several characteristics of transformation. Colonies were formed after seeding these transformed cells either into selective medium free of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and serum, or on semi-solid agar; there was an increase in chromosome number; the expression of c-myc and v-erb-B oncogenes was enhanced in the cells; and squamous cell carcinomas arose after inoculating the cells into nude mice. The results demonstrated transforming effect of FC on rat esophageal epithelial cells, and indicate that the abnormal expression of some oncogenes could serve as a hew property of transformed cells.     

基于GA-BP神经网络的信息技术业上市公司的成长性预测

文章针对民营企业中的信息技术业,建立包含盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力、扩张能力、创新能力与公司规模6个方面的指标体系,采用整合改进遗传算法和神经网络的GA-BP算法,对企业的成长性建立模型进行预测与分析.进一步,为验证模型性能,从WIND金融数据库获取数据并进行预处理后,测试集上可决系数R2为0.9990,性能优于其他五种机器学习算法.通过公司市值增长率进行相关系数分析,对建立的模型进行有效性检验,结果表明所选特征的有效性与合理性.最后通过随机森林进行封装特征重要性排序,对指标模型进行简化,选出的8个特征在测试集上改进GA-BP算法的R2为0.8927,再次证明了最初指标选择的合理性.     

稀土高分子发光材料研究的新进展

介绍了稀土高分子发光材料的发光机理及其发展历程，对其合成方法以及研究方向进行了综述，着重阐述了掺杂型和键合型稀土高分子发光材料研究的最新进展，并对其发展方向和应用前景作了展望。     

中国南海软珊瑚Sinularia microclavate 化学成份的研究

本文报导, 中国南海小棒短指软珊瑚的乙醇提取物经分配, 柱层析高压液相层析和气相层析等手段分离纯化得到11个化合物, 为弄清它的生理活性的起源, 本文对它的化学成份进行了研究。     

OP存在下苯基萤光酮光度法测定多金属矿物中微量锗

在阳离子表面活性剂存在下,应用苯基萤光酮光度测定锗的方法已日益增多,而非离子表面活性剂OP在测定矿石中锗方面的应用尚未见报导。本实验结果表明,OP同样能显著提高苯基萤光酮(PF)-锗的显色反应的灵敏度。在25毫升显色液中维持酸度为0.08—2.5NHCl,1—4毫升10%OP和0.5—6毫升0.06%PF时,络合物吸光度最大且恒定,在505nm处有最大吸收,在0—10微克锗/25毫升范围内遵守比尔定律,络合物的摩尔吸光系数ε_(505)=1.3×10~5,组成比为Ge:PF=1:2。显色后5分钟即达完全并可     

KINETICS OF POLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLONITRILE INITIATED BY VANADIUM(V)-THIOUREA REDOX SYSTEM

The kinetics of polymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) initiated by quinquevalent vanadium (V~(5+))-thiourea (TU) redox system has been investigated in aqueous nitric acid in the temperature range from 30 to 50℃. The polymerization rate (R_p) can be expressed as follows: In the copolymerization of acryionitrile with methyl acrylate (MA), the reactivity ratios were found to be 1.0 and 1.1, respectively. The experimental observations suggest that the initiating species is probably a complex consisting of a central ion of Lewis acid-VO_2~+ and the ligands of Lewis bases-acrylonitrile, thiourea, and nitrate anions, while the initiating system in lower concentration, the polymerization of acrylonitrile does not occur if the thiourea is acidified prior to its reaction with quinquevalent vanadium. This indicates that the primary radicals (or the monomeric radicals in the present article) are produced by associated thiourea rather than isothlourea.     

杨梅型聚丙烯基亚氨二乙酸钒(Ⅳ)—硫脲体系引发丙烯腈聚合的研究

研究了杨梅型聚丙烯基亚氨二乙酸钒(PIDA/VO)—硫脲(TU)体系在硫酸溶液中引发丙烯腈聚合动力学。表观聚合速度(Rp)和聚合物分子量(Mn)可分别表示为: Rp=2.2×10~5e~(-0860)/RT[AN]~1.0[PV]~0.50[TU]~1.5[H_2SO_4]~2.0 Mn=K·1/T·[AN]/[PV]~0.50[TU]~1.5[H_2SO_4]~2.0其中([PV]~0.05[TU]~1.5[H_2SO_4]~2.0)~2是正比于引发种浓度。由此可见,链自由基是以双基反应终止,伯基终止及链转移终止的可能性较少。和聚羧酸钒(Ⅳ)—硫脲体系引发丙烯腈聚合的机理相同,杨梅型聚丙烯基亚氨二乙酸钒(Ⅳ)也表现出强烈的羧基间协同作用和大分子场效应。     

环抱式接骨板内固定治疗尺桡骨骨不连

我院2000年6月～2004年5月利用环抱式接骨板内固定治疗尺桡骨骨不连取得了较好的效果，现报告如下。     

锡铅合金中高含量锡,铅的火焰原子吸收测定

提出了用混合酸（盐酸＋硝酸）溶解样品，在混合酸介质中，于同一份溶液里，用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定锡铅合金中主含量元素锡、铅。该法简便。快速，实用，共存离子不相互干扰，回收率在９８％￣１０２％间，所测样品和国家标准样品均获得令人满意的结果。
