无需重新初始化水平集的多相水平集图像分割方法

笔者提出了一种无需重新初始化水平集函数的多相变分水平集图像分割方法.根据Vese -Chan提出的多相模型的区域竞争思想,结合图像区域全局信息的能量函数作为模型的外部能量项,引入内部变形能量约束水平集函数来逼近符号距离函数,避免了重新初始化水平集函数的过程,提高了计算速度和分割效果.实验结果表明,笔者提出的模型有效地克服了传统模型需重新初始化和构造符号距离函数计算量大的缺点,而且具有全局最优分割能力和较强的抗噪性能.     

Effect of Zn Interstitials on Enhancing Ultraviolet Emission of ZnO Films Deposited by MOCVD

ZnO films are grown on Si （111） substrates by a metal organic chemical vapor deposition method. Samples with different stoichiometric composition of Zn and 0 are obtained by varying Ⅱ/Ⅵ molar ratio between 3 and 1/3 in precursors. The x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and photoluminescenee results show that the ultraviolet emission enhances with the increasing Zn/O composition ratio of the samples. It is suggested that the supertfluous Zn atoms pile up at interstitial positions to form Zn interstitial defects. The radiated recombination of the coupling of free exeitons with donor Zn interstitial enhances the ultraviolet emission of the samples.     

Stochastic Simulation of Turing Patterns

We investigate the effects of intrinsic noise on Turing pattern formation near the onset of bifurcation from the homogeneous state to Turing pattern in the reaction-diffusion Brusselator. By performing stochastic simulations of the master equation and using Gillespie＇s algorithm, we check the spatiotemporal behaviour influenced by internal noises. We demonstrate that the patterns of occurrence frequency for the reaction and diffusion pro- cesses are also spatially ordered and temporally stable. Turing patterns are found to be robust against intrinsic fluctuations. Sfochastic simulations also reveal that under the influence of intrinsic noises, the onset of Turing instability is advanced in comparison to that predicted deterministically.     

两类异质混沌系统的同步研究

混沌系统的同步问题是非线性科学的研究热点问题之一.本文利用不连续动力系统理论研究了具有非线性控制约束的单摆系统与陀螺仪系统间的同步问题,给出了两个系统保持完全同步的条件,并通过建立同步开始或消失的转换条件,进一步讨论了两个系统的部分时间同步状态.最后通过数值模拟说明结论的有效性.

针对消费者关心的转基因食品的安全问题,以转基因果蔬产品为例,通过介绍转基因食品的相关概念,法律法规和国内现状,希望消费者借此对转基因食品有客观公正的认识,减少争论,回归理性.

主要利用变分Lyapunov函数方法,通过建立一个变分比较原理,得到了关于脉冲控制系统两个测度实际稳定的比较结果.     

Rosenau-RLW方程的拟紧致C-N守恒差分格式

本文对Rosenau-RLW方程的初边值问题进行了数值研究,提出了一个隐式拟紧致C-N差分格式,该格式很好地模拟了问题的守恒性质.通过Brouwer不动点定理,本文得到了差分解的存在性,给出了解的先验估计和误差估计,并通过离散能量法分析了该格式的稳定性、二阶收敛性和解的唯一性.数值算例表明,该格式是可行的,且相对于一般的二层格式具有更好的计算精度.
