Photoluminescence of Self－Assembled InAs／GaAs Quantum Dots Covered by InAlAs and InGaAs Combination Strain－Reducing Layer

Self-assembled lnAs/GaAs quantum dots covered by the 1-nm InxAI(1-x)As (x = 0.2, 0.3) and 3-nm In0.2Ga0.8As combination strain-reducing layer are fabricated, whose height can take up to 30-46 nm. The luminescence emission at a long-wavelength of 1.33μm and the energy separation between the ground and the first-excited state of 86meV are observed at room temperature. Furthermore, comparative study proves that the energy separation can increase to 91 meV by multiple stacking.     

短波跳频图案构造的研究

地理信息系统在城镇土地定级估价中的应用

城镇土地定级估价工作数据量大,过程繁琐,数据类型多样,既有图形数据又有大量的属性数据,常规作业方法易错、效率低.本文根据GIS的技术特点,结合淄博市城镇土地定级估价的实践,给出了土地定级估价的空间数据库和属性数据库模型,探讨了缓冲区分析、叠置分析、拓扑分析等GIS空间分析模型在土地定级估价中的具体应用.     

氮氧杂大环—N—乙酸配体及其镧系元素配合物的合成与研究

本文报道了两种新型-N-乙酸取代氮氧杂大环的合成,并制得了它们的三价镧系离子的固体配合物(P_m除外),所有这些配合物都进行了元素分析,红外光谱,电导测定以及热分析等手段的表征。     

低浓度NdCl3提高家兔小肠线粒体膜的流动性

低浓度的NdCl3(0.1～0.6μmol·L-1)对兔小肠收缩具有明显促进作用,当NdCl3浓度高于1.2μmol·L-1时,则产生抑制作用。用两种荧光探剂ANS和DPH标记线粒体,测定线粒体膜流动性,发现在促进小肠收缩的浓度范围内,NdCl3均可提高线粒体膜的流动性,此结果与NdCl3对ATPase活性影响测定结果相符。进一步还证明0.3μmol·L-1NdCl3降低了组织中MDA的水平,表明NdCl3对线粒体膜有一定的保护作用。

中世纪，英国的封建等级代表权力机关——议会，在其产生后职能不断增多，不仅成为国家机器中一个相对独立的权力实体，在政治实践中发挥切实有效的作用，而且成为新兴政治力量活动的政治舞台和对抗王权的阵地，并且经过资产阶级革命的洗礼后，演变成为近代民主权力机构。英国议会之所以能完成如此演变，是英国议会本身固有的特点、英国早期的自由民主传统、中世纪末期英圆阶级关系的变化厦百年战争、宗教改革等重大历史事件等多种因素共同作用的结果。     

Simultaneous Elastic Recoil Detection Analysis of H and Other Elements in Foils

Hydrogen and other elements in SixNyHz foils have been simultaneously measured by using a single E（gas）- E（PSD） telescope and heavy ^127I ion beam in elastic recoil detection analysis （ERDA）. Hydrogen is measured in the non-coincidence spectrum of E（PSD）, and other elements from the △E - E coincidence spectrum. The composition and depth profiling of the foils are obtained from the simulated spectra.     

Enhancement of Photoluminescence Intensity of GaInNAs/GaAs Quantum Wells by Two-Step Rapid Thermal Annealing

We investigate the effect of rapid thermal annealing on InGaNAs/GaAs quantum wells. At optimized annealing temperatures and times, the greatest enhancement of the photoluminescence intensity is obtained by a special two-step annealing process. To identify the mechanism affecting the material quality during the rapid thermal annealing, differential temperature analysis is applied, and temperature- and power-dependent photoluminescence is carried out on the samples annealed under different conditions. Our experiment reveals that some composition redistribution or other related ordering processes may occur in the quantum-well layer during annealing. Annealing at a lower temperature for a long time primarily can remove defects and dislocations while annealing at a higher temperature for a short time primarily homogenizes the composition in the quantum wells.     

TL法和UL法对刚架弹性大位移分析的适用性

本文分别基于Total Lagrange(TL)和Updated Lagrange(UL)描述分别导出了适用于刚架问题几何非线性分析的有限元公式系统，并研制了相应的计算程序，文中从量化的角度讨论了上述两种列式方法在通常情况下的适用性，并研究了诸如有限单元划分、杆件中轴向力的大小以及采用通常积分方法或积分平均化方法时等多种因素对于有限单元TL法和UL法适用性方面的影响，本文得出了一些相对量化的结论，对于非线性有限元方法的实际工程应用具有一定的指导意义。     

CFEL混合型波荡器的研制

波荡器是相对论性电子束与光场换能的区域，在自由电子激光（FEL）研究中起着至关重要的作用。当电子束品质（能散、发射度、流强等）一定的情况下，波荡器的性能参数，如峰值场强、好场区大小等将直接决定FEL增益。
