Ground-State Properties of Ca Isotopes and the Density Dependence of the Symmetry Energy

A relativistic mean field model is used to study the ground-state properties of neutron-rich nuclei in Ca isotopes. An additional isoscalar and isovector nonlinear coupling has been introduced in the relativistic mean field model, which could soften the symmetry energy, while keep the agreement with the experimental data. The sensitivity of proton and neutron density distributions and single particle states in Ca isotopes to the additional isoscalarisovector nonlinear coupling term is investigated. We found that the binding energies, the density distributions of single particle levels are strongly correlated with the density dependence of the symmetric energy in nuclear matter.     

系列退火条件下Bi2201相超导电性的进化

通过对Pb掺杂Bi2201相超导样品进行系列条件下的真空退火处理，固定退火时间，调节退火温度，使得样品氧含量随退火温度升高而降低，从而使样品载流子浓度随退火温度升高而依次降低，进而影响样品超导电性．我们系统研究了退火条件、正常态电阻率和超导电性之间的关联，确定了样品最高超导转变温度的退火条件，讨论了Bi2201相超导样品在系列退火条件下其超导电性的进化，并获得了该体系最高超导转变温度Tc^cnset=43K．     

广西融水北高村人的遗传学和体质人类学特征

本研究用适合民族研究的Y染色体非重组区单核苷酸多态(SNP)单倍型分析方法检测了北高村人和广西已定水族男子的遗传学特征，并对北高村人的男女都进行了体质特征观测分析。两种方法都得出了北高村人与水族相当一致，而与汉族较远，综合地证实了北高村人与水族的血缘关系，鉴于民族不是简单的遗传概念，民族成分的正式确认还要解决各方面问题，仍须慎重进行。     

银基Bi系2223相带材临界电流比对循环测试（RRT）的实验结果和分析

在国家超导中心主持下，国内六个实验室成功的开展了银基Ｂｉ系２２２３相带材临界电流循环比对测试实验。有２４个样品在各实验室间进行了并联循环测试，４个样品进行了串联循环测试。在零磁场，液氮温度和１μＶ／ｃｍ判据下，样品临界电流Ｉｃ测量的最大变化系数小于２．５％。液氮温度是影响ＩＣ测但值     

Mechanical Properties of Breast Cancer Cell Membrane Studied with Optical Tweezers

Membrane tethers are extracted from breast cancer cells using a force generated by an optical trap. It is experimentally obtained that the radius of tether is about 0.1μm and the static tether force is about 8.5 pN. Calculations based on the experimental measurements give a bending modulus for the tether of 1.35 x 10^-19 N.m and a surface membrane tension of 6.76 x 10^-6 N/m in the breast cancer cell. The treatment with cytochalasin D results in the decreasing bending modulus and decreasing apparent surface tension. When the membrane protein caveolin is over-expressed, similar cases occur in bending modulus and apparent surface tension. In addition, the viscous resistance coefficient of the membrane is calculated to be 1.15pN.s/μm according to the dynamic tether forces obtained under different pulling velocities.     

培养学生创造性思维的尝试

为培养创造性的人才,在化学教学中设计有效的发展学生创造性思维的途径,把培养学生创造性思维的目标转化为可操作的具体的物化形态,是一项比较巨艰而系统的工作。本文拟就笔者的点滴体会淡点一管之见。一、创造良好的环境1.培养学生良好的心理素质。在教学过程中揉进一些名人故事或日常生活中的事物鼓励同学们,如司光先打破缸的故事、电磁感应现象的发现、高橙瓶的多用等,在心理上消除学生对创造性思维的神秘感。讲清楚“特殊才能的创造力”和“自我实现的创造性”的区分以及创造性思维的两种主要形式,即发散性思维(求异思维)和复合思维(求同思维)的含义,     

普通小麦过氧化物酶特异表达与基因定位

利用普通小麦ＣＳ＋Ｈ＇＇和ＣＳ＋Ｒ＇＇异源染色体双体附加系对过氧化物酶的特异表达和基因定位进行了研究，结果初步表明：不同的过氧化物酶间具有一定的表达频率和表达顺序的差别，并具有一定的发育时期和组织器官特异性，染色体互作在过氧化物酶的特异表达过程中具有重要的遗传调控功能，其中在ＣＳ＋Ｈ＇＇系统中，Ｐｘ－ｅ４基因位于２Ｈ，３Ｈ和５Ｈ染色体上，Ｐｘ－ｄ３和Ｐｘ－ｂ８基因位于５Ｈ染色上，Ｐｘ－ａｌ和Ｐｘ－
