淮南矿区深部岩巷典型围岩参数反分析研究!

基于典型巷道的表面收敛位移,通过进化神经网络方法进行了淮南矿区典型围岩类型的物性参数反分析研究.采用反分析得到的参数,通过数值正分析得到了和实测基本吻合的深部位移结果.表明通过反分析研究,基本得到了反映典型围岩类型的物性参数.     

Radiation Induced Optical Absorption of Cubic Lead Fluoride Crystals and the Effect of Annealing

Transparent and colorless lead fluoride crystals with sizes of 20 × 20 × 20 （ram3） are irradiated with several doses of γ-rays from a ^60Co source. Their transmittance spectra before and after irradiation are measured, and a new parameter ΔT = Tb - Ta is defined to evaluate the irradiation damage. Three optical absorption bands peaking at 27Onto, 37Onto and 50Onto are found in the plots of AT versus wavelength, and their intensities increase with the irradiation dose. These optical absorption bands, except the one at 27Onto, can recover spontaneously with time. Thermal annealing treatment can enhance this recovery of the transmittance, while the optimum annealing temperature for different samples depends on the irradiation dose.     

丙酮酸(盐)的液体发酵及其产物提取工艺优化的研究

采用TTC-CaCO3复合平板法筛选丙酮酸(盐)高产菌株,并采用正交实验优化丙酮酸(盐)的液体发酵条件及其产物提取工艺,结果表明:丙酮酸(盐)液体发酵培养的最优维生素组合为盐酸硫胺素0.015 mg/L,烟酸9 mg/L,生物素0.020 mg/L,盐酸吡哆醇0.35 mg/L;最优提取条件组合为:萃取剂种类为磷酸三正丁酯,发酵液与萃取液体积比为1:2,提取温度为20℃,其中萃取剂种类、发酵液与萃取液体积比对提取率的影响显著(P<0.05)丙酮酸(盐)发酵产物浓度及提取率均基本达到国内研究水平。     

Charge ordering modulations in a Bi_0.4Ca_0.6MnO₃ film with a thickness of 110 nm

The low temperature sample stage in a transmission electron microscope is used to investigate the charge ordering behaviours in a Bi 0.4 Ca 0.6 MnO 3 film with a thickness of 110 nm at 103 K.Six different types of superlattice structures are observed using the selected-area electron diffraction(SAED) technique,while three of them match well with the modulation stripes in high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) images.It is found that the modulation periodicity and direction are completely different in the region close to the Bi 0.4 Ca 0.6 MnO 3 /SrTiO 3 interface from those in the region a little further from the Bi 0.4 Ca 0.6 MnO 3 /SrTiO 3 interface,and the possible reasons for this are discussed.Based on the experimental results,structural models are proposed for these localized modulated structures.

预氧丝原位炭化无粘结剂C／C复合材料工程研究

从简化工艺、降低成本的目的出发,研究了以生石油焦为基体材料,以廉 ＰＡＮ－ＯＦ（聚丙烯腈预氧丝）代替ＣＦ作为增强纤维,不加粘结剂直接成型再原位炭化制备高性能Ｃ／Ｃ复合材料的可行性。实验表明,这种新工艺具有原材料便宜,工艺流程短操作简单等特点,有大幅度降低Ｃ／Ｃ复合材料制造成本的潜力。     

热处理对环境半导体材料β-FeSi2形成的影响

作者对采用非质量分离离子束注入沉积法(IBD)在Si(100)上制备的β-FeSi2薄膜进行了研究,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)以及原子力显微镜(AFM)分析表明:当退火温度在600℃和700℃附近时有利于β-FeSi2的形成。     

栀子黄色素多级浸提过程的研究

研究了天然栀子黄色素的浸提过程，指出在决策了最优工艺条件基础上，利用多级逆流浸提过程，将得到理想的结果，并介绍了浸提过程的级数的计算
