Thermodynamic and Structural Trends in Hexavalent Actinyl Cations: Complexation of Dipicolinic Acid with NpO22+ and PuO22+ in Comparison with UO22+

The complexation of NpO₂²⁺ and PuO₂²⁺ with dipicolinic acid (DPA) has been investigated in 0.1 M NaClO₄ by spectrophotometry, microcalorimetry, and single crystal diffractometry. Formation of 1:1 and 1:2 (metal/ligand molar ratio) complexes of DPA with NpO₂²⁺ and PuO₂²⁺ were identified and the thermodynamic parameters were determined and compared with those of UO₂²⁺. All three hexavalent actinyl cations form strong 1:1 DPA complexes with slightly decreasing but comparable stability constants from UO₂²⁺ to PuO₂²⁺, whereas the stability constants of the 1:2 complexes (log β₂) decrease substantially along the series (16.3 for UO₂L₂^2?, 15.17 for NpO₂L₂^2?, and 14.17 for PuO₂L₂^2? at 25 °C). The enthalpies of complexation for the 1:2 complexes become less exothermic from UO₂L₂^2? (?28.9 kJ mol^?1), through NpO₂L₂^2? (?27.2 kJ mol^?1), and to PuO₂L₂^2? (?22.7 kJ mol^?1). The trends in the thermodynamic parameters are discussed in terms of the effective charge of the cations and the steric constraints in the structures of the complexes. In addition, the features of the absorption spectra, including the wavelength and intensity of the absorption bands, are related to the perturbation of the ligand field and the symmetry of the actinyl complexes.

本文研究了具有变时滞和马尔可夫切换的随机递归神经网络的弱收敛,通过运用Lyapunov函数、随机分析技巧和推广了的Halanay不等式,得到了上述模型为弱收敛的充分性条件,并且我们揭示了对上述递归神经网络模型所确定的segment过程的转移概率的极限分布是此模型的解过程的唯一的遍历不变概率测度.此外,我们还给出了例子和数值模拟来说明我们结论的正确性.     

Self-calibration method for cerium-doped lanthanum bromide scintillator detector in the 0.1–2.0 MeV energy range

In recent years, the cerium-doped lanthanum bromide, LaBr₃ (Ce = 5 %) detector is increasingly playing an important role in radiation measurements because of its higher energy resolution (~3 % at 662 keV), faster luminescence decay time (~35 ns) and higher detection efficiency compared to 7.65 cm × 7.65 cm NaI(Tl) detector. Intrinsic spectra between 1,800 and 3,000 keV derived from internal radioactivity within LaBr₃(Ce) scintillators have been investigated in some literatures, and these results are confirmed by the experiments in this work. In this paper, a new method for LaBr₃(Ce) detector energy calibration from 100 to 2,000 keV is proposed using the intrinsic spectra (self-calibration) instead of the standard gamma sources. Proof-of-concept experiment results show that self-calibration can guarantee energy accuracy of better than 0.815 % and can be applied outside the laboratory. The stability and applicability of this method are also investigated systematically.     

Interplay of Ehrenfest and dephasing times in ballistic conductors

Quantum interference corrections in ballistic conductors require a minimal time: the Ehrenfest time. In this Letter, we investigate the fate of the interference corrections to quantum transport in bulk ballistic conductors if the Ehrenfest time and the dephasing time are comparable.     

An Unusual Triphenylphosphine Oxide Catalyzed Stereoselective 1,3‐Dichlorination of Unsaturated Ketoesters

An unusual Ph₃PO‐catalyzed stereoselective 1,3‐dicholorination of an unsaturated ketoester has been developed. The novel activation mode involved in this cascade reaction can promote consecutively elusive transformations. The products were obtained with good yields and excellent stereoselectivities. This reaction makes important complementation to the limitations associated with the field of dichlorination.     

Complex three-dimensional microparticles from microfluidic lithography

Complex 3D microparticle, as an emerging and attractive field, has attracted more and more attention due to its versatile morphologies and broad range of applications. In this review, we provide an overall recent progress in 3D microparticles fabricated by microfluidic lithography. This review will focus on the synthesis mechanisms, synthesis process, the resultant 3D microparticles, and their applications. Finally, we will look into the future trends in complex 3D microparticles. This review will be beneficial for researchers in numerous fields, including functional materials, sensors, encryption, and biomedical engineering.     

Divergent Biomimetic Total Syntheses of Ganocins A–C,Ganocochlearins C and D,and Cochlearol T

A divergent synthetic approach to six Ganoderma meroterpenoids, namely ganocins A–C, ganocochlearins C and D, and cochlearol T, has been developed for the first time. This synthetic route features a two‐phase strategy which includes early‐stage rapid construction of a common planar tricyclic intermediate followed by highly selective late‐stage transformations into various Ganoderma meroterpenoids. Key to the strategy are a bioinspired intramolecular hetero‐Diels–Alder reaction and Stahl‐type oxidative aromatization, allowing efficient formation of the common tricyclic phenol intermediate. A nucleophilic dearomatization of the phenol unit, combined with a regioselective 1,4‐reduction of the resulting dienone, enabled rapid access to ganocins B and C. Additionally, site‐selective Mukaiyama hydration, followed by an intramolecular oxa‐Michael addition/triflation cascade, served as a key strategic element in the chemical synthesis of ganocin A.
