多处理器芯片体系结构研究

随着超大规模集成电路工艺和超级计算技术的发展，作者认为在单个芯片内集成多处理器系统将成为可能。本文详细讨论了多处理器芯片的分类和结构，着重阐述了同构型多处理器芯片的主要研究方向，并对同构型多处理器的可行性作出了分析。     

Self-aligned offset gated poly-Si TFTs with a floating sub-gate

We have fabricated a self-aligned offset-gated poly-Si thin film transistor (TFT) by employing a novel photoresist reflow process. The gate structure of the new device is consisted of two unique patterns: A main-gate and a sub-gate. The new fabrication method extends the gate-oxide over the offset region. With the assistance of the sub-gate and reflowed photoresist a self-aligned offset region is successfully obtained due to the offset oxide acting as an implantation mask. The poly-Si TFT with symmetrical offsets is easily fabricated and the new method does not require any additional offset mask step. Compared with the misaligned offset gated poly-Si TFTs, excellent symmetric electrical characteristics are obtained     

激光扫描共焦荧光显微镜的电子控制系统研究

介绍了激光扫描共焦荧光显微镜的电子控制系统，为了提高激光扫描器的定位精度，在系统中提出采用基于闭环象素时钟发生器的检流计振镜所固有的扫描非线性失真补偿方案，减少输出图象的枕形畸变，实现行扫描空间位置的均匀性。在以细分梯形波电流驱动反应式步进电机情况下，根据实测θｉ曲线，用反插法求得与步进电机运行非均匀性相补偿的相电流波，从而获得在小电流情况下高角度均匀的步进电机细分运行特性。     

利用锁模光纤激光器做时钟提取器的OTDM通信系统

简短评述了大容量和超大容量光通信系统的ＷＤＭ和ＯＴＤＭ技术，提出了一个在ＯＴＤＭ通信系统中用锁模光纤激光器做时钟提取器的新方法，给出了一个利用设置波分预标时钟脉冲方案构成的新的全光型ＯＴＤＭ通信实验系统结构。     

双波长医用Nd:YAG固体激光器自动控制系统的设计

本文阐述了双波长医用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ固体激光器的自动计时，自动恒温控制系统。     

Optical gain of interdiffused InGaAs-As and AlGaAs-GaAs quantumwells

We have analyzed theoretically the effects of interdiffusion on the gain, differential gain, linewidth enhancement factor, and the injection current density of In_0.2Ga_0.8As-GaAs and Al_0.3Ga_0.7As-GaAs quantum-well (QW) lasers. We have calculated the electron and hole subband structures including the effects of valence band mixing and strains. The optical gain is then calculated using the density matrix approach. Our results show that the gain spectrum can be blue-shifted without an enormous increase in the injected current density. Imposing an upper limit (416 A·cm^-2) on the injection current density for a typical laser structure, we find that the InGaAs-GaAs and AlGaAs-GaAs QW lasers can be blue-shifted by 24 and 54 mn, respectively. Our theoretical results compare well with the tuning ranges of 53 and 66 meV found for AlGaAs-GaAs QWs in some experiments. This indicates that the interdiffusion technique is useful for the tuning of laser operation wavelength for multiwavelength applications     

光孤子相互作用对压缩态的影响

几何位相非线性变化的实验研究

本文报道了Pancharatnam位相非线性变化的实验研究，实验结果与理论预言符合得很好。Pancharatnam位相的这种非线性可能在光开关中得到应用。     

Study on the dispersion characteristic of the plasma-loaded relativistic BWO

The dispersion characteristic of the plasma-loaded relativistic backward wave oscillator has been analyzed. The theoretical model has been established and the numerical calculations accord with the experimental results, which provides some useful suggestions on the designing of slow-wave structure of BWO.
