This paper describes a new method for the direct separation of paraquat and diquat by CZE with ionic liquid 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate employed as reliable electrolyte. Several factors that affect the separation efficiency were investigated in detail. The experimental results indicated that the optimal running buffer consisted of 50 mM 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate and 10% ethanol (pH 5.0), applied voltage was 15 kV, and temperature was kept at 30°C and baseline‐separation was achieved within 18 min for the analytes. The proposed method would be very useful and have wide use to monitor the residual level of such pollutants when combined with high‐sensitive detector and an excellent sample preconcentration technique with high enrichment factor in the future. 相似文献

Selecting the most appropriate algorithms for detecting small targets in varied infrared image scenes is frequently needed, since the relative characteristics between small targets and backgrounds in varied scenes are disparate. To solve that problem, a novel criterion is proposed in this article to measure the difficulty in distinguishing small targets from infrared images, which is named detectability of infrared small targets (DIST). Then a new method to detect small targets based on it was introduced. Detection probability and false alarm probability were employed to evaluate the performance. A series of Cr doped TiO2 films were prepared by micro arc oxidation (MAO) using an electrolyte of Na3PO4+K2Cr2O7. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy revealed that the films mainly consisted of anatase phase with a porous surface morphology. The films have an excellent photocatalytic effect for degradation of methylene blue and decomposition of water under visible light illumination. This arises from the formation of Cr3+/Cr4+ and oxygen vacancy energy levels owing to Cr doping. The former reduces the electron-hole recombination chance, while the latter generates a new gap between the conduction band (CB) and valence band (VB) of TiO2, which lowers the photo energy of the excited electron in the VB to the oxygen vacancy states. The mechanisms for film synthesis during the MAO process are also presented. 相似文献

Frequency-Thermal Characterization of On-Chip Transformers With Patterned Ground Shields 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Extensive studies on the performance of on-chip CMOS transformers with and without patterned ground shields (PGSs) at different temperatures are carried out in this paper. These transformers are fabricated using 0.18-mum RF CMOS processes and are designed to have either interleaved or center-tapped interleaved geometries, respectively, but with the same inner dimensions, metal track widths, track spacings, and silicon substrate. Based on the two-port S-parameters measured at different temperatures, all performance parameters of these transformers, such as frequency- and temperature-dependent maximum available gain (Gmax), minimum noise figure (NFmin), quality factor (Q1) of the primary or secondary coil, and power loss (Ploss) are characterized and compared. It is found that: 1) the values of the Gmax and Q1 factor usually decrease with the temperature; however, there may be reverse temperature effects on both G max and Q1 factor beyond certain frequency; 2) with the same geometric parameters, interleaved transformers exhibit better low-frequency performance than center-tapped interleaved transformers, whereas the center-tapped configurations possess lower values of NFmin at higher frequencies; and 3) with temperature rising, the degradation in performance of the interleaved transformers can be effectively compensated by the implementation of a PGS, while for center-tapped geometry, the shielding effectiveness of PGS on the performance improvement is ineffective 相似文献
