激光调Q CAI

从激光调Q速率方程出发,分析推导了激光调Q过程中,腔内光子数与工作物质内反转粒子数间的关系.再根据激光调Q的过程中,对腔Q值控制方式不同,将激光调Q技术分为:转镜调Q、声光调Q、电光调Q、饱和吸收调Q和脉冲透射式调Q.用C语言进行了激光调Q CAI软件的开发研制,获得了将文学、图形、动画和计算融为一体的,直观而生动地将调Q的理论和过程再现于屏幕的CAI课件.介绍了课件的内容、结构及其特点.     

Interdiffusion behavior of Hg in HgTe/CdTe superlattices grown on Cd0.96Zn0.04 Te (211)B substrates by molecular beam epitaxy

Double-crystal x-ray rocking curve (DCRC) and secondary-ion mass-spectroscopy (SIMS) measurements have been performed to investigate the effect of rapid thermal annealing on the interdiffusion behavior of Hg in HgTe/CdTe superlattices grown on Cd_0.96Zn_0.04Te (211)B substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. The sharp satellite peaks of the DCRC measurements on a 100-period HgTe/CdTe (100Å/100Å) superlattice show a periodic arrangement of the superlattice with high-quality interfaces. The negative direction of the entropy change obtained from the diffusion coefficients as a function of the reciprocal of the temperature after RTA indicates that the Hg diffusion for the annealed HgTe/CdTe superlattice is caused by an interstitial mechanism. The Cd and the Hg concentration profiles near the annealed HgTe/CdTe superlattice interfaces, as measured by SIMS, show a nonlinear behavior for Hg, originating from the interstitial diffusion mechanism of the Hg composition. These results indicate that a nonlinear interdiffusion behavior is dominant for HgTe/CdTe superlattices annealed at 190°C and that the rectangular shape of HgTe/CdTe superlattices may change to a parabolic shape because of the intermixing of Hg and Cd due to the thermal treatment.     

X波段及DBS接收用PHEMT单片低噪声放大器

报道了X波段及DBS接收用单片低噪声放大器的研制结果。利用CAD软件对单片电路进行优化设计，设计工作包括MBE材料、PHEMT器件和单片电路三部分。在研制过程中，开展了关键工艺的专题研究。研究结果为：单级单片放大器在10：5－11．6GHz范围内，NF≤1．82dB，G≥7.72dB；在11．7－12．2GHz范围内，NF≤1．80dB，G≥6．8dB；双级放大器在10．4－11．1GHz范围内，NF≤1．96dB，G≥15．3dB，最低噪声系数为1．63dB，最高增益为16．07dB。     

DISTORTION THEOREM FOR BIHOLOMORPHIC MAPPINGS IN TRANSITIVE DOMAINS (III)

The distortion theorem for biholomorphic convex mappings in bounded symmetric domains are considered. Especially the distortion theorem for biholomorphic convex mappings in classical domain of type IV and two exceptional domains are given.     

Study on the dispersion characteristic of the plasma-loaded relativistic BWO

The dispersion characteristic of the plasma-loaded relativistic backward wave oscillator has been analyzed. The theoretical model has been established and the numerical calculations accord with the experimental results, which provides some useful suggestions on the designing of slow-wave structure of BWO.     

激光辐照对不同饵料微藻生长的影响

利用Nd:YAG激光(波长1.06μm,功率5W,照射时间0.5-3min)和Ar 激光(波长:488nm,功率70mw,照射时间5-20min)分别照射角毛藻和叉鞭金藻,辐照后进行细胞增殖和生长速率的测定。实验结果表明:照射剂量为1min的Nd:YAG激光及剂量为5min的Ar 激光对叉鞭金藻有较明显的促长效果,这两种激光处理组的细胞增殖量在辐照后的两天内较对照组分别高42.9%和48.1%,但这种促长效果随时间的推移逐渐消失。不同剂量的两种激光辐照角毛藻后,在延滞期均出现生长抑制现象,但进入指数生长期或传代培养后,剂量为1min的Nd:YAG激光及剂量为10min的Ar 激光对角毛藻有明显的促长效果,其中在指数生长期1min剂量的Nd:YAG激光处理可促长27.0%,传代培养后10min的Ar 激光处理组生长速率提高达51.2%。本文对不同激光及不同激光参数条件下,两种饵料藻的耐受性及生长特性的差异也进行分析探讨。本实验结果不仅证实了已有研究的推论,还展示出激光技术在饵料藻种选育中的应用前景。     

函数模拟法求解锥形模超塑挤压的力学场——超塑挤压解析理论之一

本文首次用模拟位移函数的方法,给出锥形模超塑挤压力学场的解析式以及应变、应变速率和应力的约束方程。由于实验选用的是典型超塑性合金ZnAl₅,所以结果有相当的包络性。即使对于非典型超塑性材料,这种方法亦有普遍意义。     

PMD Measurement of Hollow-Core Photonic Bandgap Fiber by Investigating Power Penalty of Optically Generated Microwave Signals

A simple method based on carrier suppression modulation for measuring first-order polarization-mode dispersion of hollow-core photonic bandgap fiber (HC-PBGF) is proposed and investigated. By adjusting the incident optical wavelength and measuring the power penalty of optically generated microwave signals, the wavelength-dependent differential group delay (DGD) in HC-PBGF can be obtained. Moreover, this proposed method is chromatic-dispersion-insensitive. The experimental results indicate that a segment of 20-m HC-PBGF exhibits highly birefringent DGD of 25, 59, and 84 ps with measurement error less than 2 ps for the incident optical wavelength of 1560, 1575, and 1580 nm, respectively     

p+209Bi核反应微观数据的理论计算

利用光学模型、激光模型、蒸发模型及扭曲波玻恩近似理论,对入射能量从阈能到300MeV,p+²⁰⁹Bi的中子反应截面、剩余核截面、出射粒子的多重数进行了理论计算及分析,并将计算结果与实验数据进行了比较.同时得到一组能量到50?0MeV与实验数据符合很好的光学势参数.     

BEPC中电子云导致的束团横向尺寸增长研究

多束团正电子储存环中可能发生电子云不稳定性. 由于电子云导致的束团横向尺寸增长已经成为提高对撞机对撞亮度的主要限制因素之一. 介绍了在BEPC储存环中, 利用条纹相机直接测量由于电子云导致的束团横向尺寸增长结果, 并与模拟计算进行了比较.
