在自制的仪器上,以脉冲激光束在高真空中溅射适当的样品,产生了一系列合有1个VA族原子(N、P、As)或ⅢA族原子(B、Al)及13个以下碳原子的原子簇负离子。在实验记录的飞行时间质谱中,这些簇离子的信号强度均因其碳原子数的奇偶而发生交替变化.对实验结果的分析研究显示:这些簇离子均为直链构型.VA或ⅢA族原子位于链的一端,所有成簇原子的价键均得到满足.  相似文献

The cover picture shows that sequential 1,1‐dihydrosilylation of terminal aliphatic alkynes with primary silanes enabled by one earth‐abundant cobalt catalyst has been developed. This protocol is operationally simple using readily available aliphatic alkynes, including simple acetylene and complex drug derivative, for efficient access to valuable gem‐bis(dihydrosilyl)alkanes in highly regioselective and atom‐economic manners. Corresponding asymmetric transformations are achieved with excellent enantioselectivities. More details are discussed in the article by Lu et al. on page 457–461.

槲皮素是具有丰富生物活性的黄酮类化合物,药理活性显著。本文以槲皮素为先导物,选择性对C环3位羟基进行修饰,以廉价的芦丁为原料,经苄基保护、Williamson成醚反应,再经Pd/C催化加氢脱苄基得到28个未见文献报道的槲皮素-3-O-丙基衍生物,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、ESI-MS进行确证。采用MTT法考察了所合成化合物对人食管鳞癌(EC109)、人胃癌(HGC27)、人乳腺癌(MCF-7)、小鼠黑色素瘤(B16-F10)的增殖抑制作用。结果显示,通过化学方法对槲皮素结构进行修饰后,其体外抗肿瘤活性增强。其中,化合物F3(IC50=5.23±0.37μmol/L)、F5(IC50=2.63±0.09μmol/L)对小鼠黑色素瘤(B16-F10)抑制作用比5-氟尿嘧啶(IC50=14.38±0.27μmol/L)好,值得进一步研究。  相似文献

The electro-responsive transdermal drug delivery system was prepared by electrospinning of poly(vinyl alcohol)/poly(acrylic acid)/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) nanocomposites. The surface modification of MWCNTs was carried out by oxyfluorination to introduce the functional groups on the hydrophobic MWCNTs. The dispersion of MWCNTs and the compatibility with polymer matrices were improved by oxyfluorination. The MWCNT content and oxyfluorination condition played important roles in the swelling and drug release characteristics of nanofibers. The conductivity of nanofibers increased by increasing the content of MWCNTs and performing oxyfluorination with higher oxygen content. Uniform distribution of the oxyfluorinated MWCNTs in the nanofibers was crucial to the electro-responsive swelling and drug releasing behaviors of nanofibers.  相似文献

A MALDI TOF-TOF instrument was optimized and evaluated for intact protein analysis by tandem mass spectrometry. Ion source voltages and delay times were adjusted to affect an up to a 10-fold improvement in fragment ion yield compared to data obtained using default settings employed in peptide analysis. For large peptides (3-4.5 kDa), up to 90% of all possible b- and y-fragment ions were observed, which provides sufficient information for de novo sequencing and unambiguous protein identification. Product ion signals associated with preferential cleavages C-terminal to aspartic acid and glutamic acid residues and N-terminal to proline residues became dominant with increased protein molecular weight. Matrix effects were also evaluated and, among the eight matrices examined, alpha-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid (CHCA) was found to produce the best intact protein tandem mass spectra for proteins up to 12 kDa. Optimized performance yielded detection limits of 50-125 fmol for proteins of 4 and 12 kDa, respectively. This improved performance has yielded an instrument with potential to be a useful tool in proteomic investigations via analysis of intact proteins.  相似文献

Globally, efficient oil‐water separation for surfactant‐stabilized oil‐water emulsions has been in urgent demand. The current options available for separation are neither sustainable nor resistant to fouling. Herein, we introduce a hierarchically nanostructured TiO2/Fe2O3 composite membrane, which is capable of separating surfactant‐stabilized oil‐water emulsions with high separation efficiency. The high oil rejection rate is contributed by the acquisition of an interconnected delicate network and underwater superoleophobic interface. Meanwhile, its self‐cleaning function promote the facile recovery of the contaminated membrane. Furthermore, the mechanical flexible characteristic of the TiO2/Fe2O3 composite membrane widens its applicability in industrial employment. Thanks to these properties, this novel membrane can be considered as a practical option for treating surfactant‐stabilized oil‐water emulsions.  相似文献

We demonstrate the coexisting four-wave mixing (FWM) signal and six-wave mixing (SWM) signal which can be enhanced both by electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) and optical pumping effect in a common three-level and open four-level inverted-Y type systems of 85Rb. We also analyze the effect of optical pumping in different energy level systems by arranging laser beams and comparing the strength of the increased and reduced absorption caused by optical pumping.  相似文献

通过对双酚A型苯并嗪中间体 (BOZ A) 蛭石插层纳米复合物固化过程的分析表明长链烷基铵阳离子对BOZ A的热开环聚合反应没有表现出催化作用 ,也不影响纳米复合物的结构形态 .不同蛭石含量的插层纳米复合物 ,在形成不同纳米分散状态的纳米复合物的过程中 ,蛭石晶片对BOZ A的热开环聚合具有明显不同的阻碍作用 ,蛭石含量为 3%的插层纳米复合物 16 0℃的凝胶化时间较纯树脂延长约 7min ,活化能升高约8kJ mol,固化反应热焓降低约 14J g ,使得固化物的固化程度较纯树脂降低约 7%~ 10 % ,阻碍作用最大 ,其它含量的次之  相似文献

ε-Poly-l-lysine (ε-PL) is a natural preservative for food processing industry. A thermo-responsive polymer, attached with Cu2+ or Ni2+, was prepared for metal-chelate affinity precipitation for purification of ε-PL. The low critical solution temperatures (LCSTs) of these polymers were close to the room temperature (31.0–35.0 °C). The optimal adsorption conditions were as follows: pH 4.0, 0 mol/L NaCl, ligand density 75.00 μmol/g, and 120 min. The ligand Cu2+ showed a stronger affinity interaction with ε-PL and the highest adsorption amount reached 251.93 mg/g polymer. The elution recovery of ε-PL could be 98.42% with 0.50 mol/L imidazole (pH = 8.0) as the eluent. The method could purify ε-PL from fermentation broth and the final product was proved as electrophoretic pure by SDS-PAGE. Moreover, these affinity polymers could be recycled after the purification of ε-PL and the recoveries were above 95.00%.

In the joint multiview video model (JMVM) proposed by JVT, the variable block-size motion estimation (ME) and disparity estimation (DE) have been employed to determine the best coding mode for each macroblock (MB). These give a high coding efficiency for multiview video coding (MVC), however, they cause a very high computational complexity in encoding system. This paper proposes to reduce the complexities of the ME and DE processes with an early SKIP mode decision algorithm based on the analysis of prediction mode distribution regarding the corresponding MBs in the neighbor view. In this method, the mode decision procedures of most of MBs can be early terminated, and thus much of computation for ME and DE can be greatly reduced. Simulation results demonstrate that our algorithm can achieve computational saving of 46–57% (depending on the tested sequences) with no significant loss of rate-distortion performance.  相似文献
