采用微波处理打断废胶粉(WRP)的三维网状结构用来提高WRP在有机溶剂中的溶胀性,然后采用溶胶凝胶法,将微波改性后的WRP浸入正硅酸乙酯中,通过水解反应和缩合反应,在WRP表面原位生成SiO2网络,从而制得改性废胶粉(MWRP).将制得MWRP与天然橡胶(NR)共混,制备了NR/MWRP复合材料,研究了NR/MWRP复合材料的性能.通过热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪和力学分析表明微波处理最佳时间是20 s.由于微波处理提高了NR与WRP的相容性,原位生成的SiO2粒子起到了补强作用,所以所制备的NR/MWRP复合材料拥有较好的力学性能;随着Si69的加入,抑制了SiO2粒子聚集,提高了SiO2粒子的分散性,从而进一步提高复合材料的力学性能并降低复合材料的Payne效应;在进行频率扫描时,硫化胶的储存模量随频率的增大而增大;硫化胶的温度扫描结果表明,随着温度的升高,复合材料中SiO2粒子聚集程度加剧并且复合材料出现老化的现象.为了提高复合材料的耐老化性能,N,N-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(BMI)作为一种防老剂加入复合材料中,BMI利用Diels-Aider反应补偿橡胶在老化过程中所损失的交联键并提高NR与WRP的界面相容性,从而提高复合材料的耐老化性能.  相似文献

采用巯基-过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)氧化还原引发体系,先实现了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)在微米级硅胶微粒表面的引发接枝聚合,制得接枝微粒PGMA/SiO2.使接枝大分子PGMA的环氧基团与5-氨基水杨酸(ASA)发生开环反应,将水杨酸基团键合在接枝大分子侧链,制得功能接枝微粒SA-PGMA/SiO2,并对其化学结构与表面电性能进行了表征.考察研究了功能微粒SA-PGMA/SiO2与咖啡因替代物茶碱分子之间的相互作用力.研究表明,微粒SA-PGMA/SiO2与茶碱分子之间存在有强的次价键力(静电和氢键相互作用).在此基础上,采用本课题组建立的新型分子表面印迹技术,以咖啡因替代物茶碱为模板分子,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EGDE)为交联剂,对接枝在硅胶表面的功能大分子链SA-PGMA进行了交联印迹,制备了茶碱分子表面印迹材料MIP-SAP/SiO2,深入考察研究了其分子识别特性.实验结果表明,相对于两种对照物甘油茶碱和苦参碱,印迹材料MIP-SAP/SiO2对茶碱分子具有特异的识别选择性与优良的结合亲和性,相对于甘油茶碱,印迹材料对茶碱的识别选择性系数为7.72.  相似文献

在无和有S源(Na2S或硫脲)存在的条件下,采用十二胺辅助的醇-水热法制备了多孔单斜晶相结构的BiVO4和不同含量S掺杂的BiVO4光催化剂.利用多种手段表征了催化材料的物化性质,评价了它们在可见光照射下催化降解亚甲基蓝或甲醛的反应活性.结果表明,所制光催化剂为单斜白钨矿晶相结构,具有多孔橄榄状形貌,比表面积为8.4-12.5m2/g,带隙能为2.40-2.48eV.在S掺杂BiVO4表面同时含有Bi5+,Bi4+,V5+和V4+物种.S掺杂对BiVO4光催化剂的活性影响很大.在可见光下照射下,BiVO4S0.08光催化剂对亚甲基蓝和甲醛降解反应显示出最高的光催化活性,这与其较高的表面氧物种浓度和较低的带隙能相关.  相似文献

This research aimed at the investigation of the effect of different metallic additive on the combustion and kinetic behavior of crude oil. For this purpose, the thermal behavior of the oil-only and oil–metallic salts mixtures were studies by the thermogravimetry (TG)/derivative thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) on heating rate at 10 °C min?1. The result shows that Dagang crude oil exhibited apparent low temperature oxidation (LTO), fuel deposition, and high temperature oxidation processes. With the addition of metallic salts, the LTO process has been shortened and samples added CuSO4, CrCl3·6H2O, and AlCl3·6H2O achieved a much lower peak temperature than that of oil. Based on the Arrhenius model, metallic additives were proven to have obvious influence on the combustion activation energy. And, by comprehensive analysis of TG/DSC profile and activation energy, ZnSO4 exhibited a positive influence on light crude oil combustion during the high pressure air injection process.  相似文献

A vacuum topped Canadian oilsands bitumen (VTB) was subjected to solvent precipitation and subsequently characterized by elemental analysis, gel permeation chromatograph (GPC), 1 H-NMR spectroscopy and negative-ion electrospray ionization (ESI) Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR MS). Effects of experimental conditions such as solvent types (n-C5 , n-C6 , and n-C7 ), solvent purity, and solvent washing time on asphaltenes yields, bulk composition, and molecular composition of detectable heteroatom compounds in ESI source were determined. Elemental nitrogen and sulfur were enriched in asphaltenes while elemental oxygen had comparable content in maltenes and asphaltenes. Molecular composition of asphaltenes varies with separation conditions. The N1 and O1 species identified by ESI FT-ICR MS were enriched in maltenes. The O2 species exhibited two different double bond equivalents (DBE) distributions and solubility in normal paraffin solvents, indicating two types of molecular structures. Multi oxygen atom containing compounds mainly detected in asphaltenes. Compound class distributions are similar for maltenes derived from n-C5 , n-C6 , and n-C7 , as well as for asphaltenes. The cyclic paraffin impurities in normal paraffin solvents had a significant influence on asphaltenes yields and heteroatom molecular composition. A portion of neutral N1 species and acidic O2 species adsorbed on asphaltenes could be dissolved by increasing washing time. Cautions should be exercised when interpreting the properties and composition of asphaltenes obtained with different experimental conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, a simple sol–gel route has been adopted in developing substrate surface for the first time. Only by adjusting the concentration of precursor solution, LaAlO3 (LAO) nanodot arrays were directly obtained on LAO single crystal substrate, without incorporating additional processing steps. Subsequently, YBa2Cu3O7?x (YBCO) superconducting films were prepared on the nanodot arrays using a low-fluorine solution process. In contrast, J c of YBCO films grown on the substrate developed with nanodot arrays is almost three times as large as that of YBCO films grown on undeveloped substrate in an applied magnetic field with the strength of 3 Tesla. The pinning force density (F p ) of YBCO film on the nanodot arrays developed substrate is 2.7 GN/m3 which exceeds that (1.8 GN/m3) of YBCO films on undeveloped substrate. The results of cross-section transmission electron microscope (TEM) images show that the extended defects along the ab planes of YBCO, induced by the developed substrate with nanodot arrays, should be the origin of the J c enhancement.  相似文献

The Li-rich cathode material Li1.2Co0.4Mn0.4O2(=0.5Li2MnO3·0.5LiCoO2) was prepared by an improved molten salt method. The effects of sintering temperature and time on the physical and electrochemical properties of Li1.2Co0.4Mn0.4O2 were investigated. With increasing sintering temperature, excellent crystallinity and a stable structure are obtained, which lead to excellent electrochemical properties. However, the sample sintered at 900 °C has poor performance because its large powder diameter prolongs the transportation length of Li+ ions. Higher specific surface areas are obtained when samples are sintered at 850 °C for a shorter time, which leads to more activity and excellent charge/discharge capacity. The evolution of a derivative peak at about 3.0 V in the differential capacity (dQ/dV) curves is observed along with the formation of a spinel-like phase, which is verified by analysis using a high-resolution transmission electron microscope. Therefore, it is a simple and quick method to characterize the structure evolution upon cycling of Li-rich cathode materials by means of analysis of the derivative peak.  相似文献

The orientational control of liquid crystal (LC) molecules is essential for high-quality liquid crystal displays, and the photo-induced surface relief grating (SRG) is a facile and effective non-contact process. Here, SRGs with different period and depth were prepared with a photocross-linkable organic monomer 4-propyldiphenylacetylenecarboxylic acid cinnamyl ester (PDACE), and the LC alignment induced by SRG was studied. It is found that both the surface topography and the chemical nature of the surface are responsible for the LC alignment, which is strongly dependent on the groove geometry of the gratings. Furthermore, the patterned LC cell was fabricated with the patterned SRG surface. These results demonstrate that the planar, perpendicular and patterned orientations of LC can be easily photo-controllably obtained with PDACE, which have important applications in optical devices.  相似文献

The wrinkling of phase-separated binary polymer blend film was studied through combining the Monte Carlo (MC) simulation for morphologies with the lattice spring model (LSM) for mechanical properties. The information of morphology and structure obtained by use of MC simulation is input to the LSM composed of a three-dimensional network of springs, which allows us to determine the wrinkling and the mechanical properties of polymer blend film, such as strain, stress, and Young’s modulus. The simulated results show that the wrinkling of phase-separated binary polymer blend film is related not only to the structure of morphology, but also to the disparity in elastic moduli between polymers of blend. Our simulation results provide fundamental insight into the relationship between morphology, wrinkling, and mechanical properties for phase-separated polymer blend films and can yield guidelines for formulating blends with the desired mechanical behavior. The wrinkling results also reveal that the stretching of the phase-separated film can form the micro-template, which has a wide application prospect.  相似文献

Modulated-temperature differential scanning calorimetric and dynamic mechanical analyses and dielectric spectroscopy were used to investigate the glass transition of hydrated wheat gliadin powders with moisture absorption ranged from 2.30 db%to 18.21 db%.Glass transition temperature(I_g)of dry wheat gliadin was estimated according to the Gordon Taylor equation.Structural heterogeneity at high degrees of hydration was revealed in dielectric temperature and frequency spectra.The activation energies(E_a)of the two relaxations were calculated from Arrhenius equation.  相似文献
