Theoretical Study on the Isomerization Mechanism of Enol Ester from 2-Acyl-1, 3-cyclohexanediones

The present paper employed density function theory to investigate two reaction pathways for isomerization of enol ester proposed by Yang(path a) and the present authors(path a), respectively. The base catalytic effects of solvent triethylamine on these two reactions were also evaluated. It is demonstrated that path B is more preferable than path a due to low barrier height for the rate-determining step.     

(R)-1，1′-联萘手性单元通过溶胶凝胶法合成杂化硅干凝胶(英)

Precursor molecule (R)-6,6′-bis(triethoxysilylethen-2-yl)-2,2′-di(methoxyethoxymethyloxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl (R-2) was synthesized by Pd-catalyzed Heck reaction of (R)-6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-di(methoxyethoxymethyloxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl (R-1) intermediate with vinyltriethoxysilane. The hydrolysis and polycondensation of the precursor R-2 produced the corresponding xerogel. Both precursor and xerogel were analysed by NMR, FTIR, UV, CD spectra, fluorescent spectroscopy, polarimetry and elemental analysis. The precursor and xerogel can emit strong blue fluorescence and are expected to have a potential application in the separation of chiral molecules as fluorescent sensor. The precursor exhibits strong Cotton effect in its circular dichroism (CD) spectrum indicating a highly rigid structure.

Two spirostanol saponins(gracillin and dioscin)which have the typical sugar moieties were synthesized facilely by a general approach.     

Preparation and Characterization of Microencapsulated Hexadecane Used for Thermal Energy Storage

Polyurea microcapsules about 2.5μm in diameter containing phase change material for thermal energy storage application were synthesized and characterized by interfacial polycondensation method with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and ethylenediamine as monomers in an emulsion system. Hexadecane was used as a phase change material and OP, which is nonionic surfactant, and used as an emulsifier. The chemical structure and thermal behavior of the microcapsules were investigated by FTIR and thermal analysis respectively. The results show encapsulated hexadecane has a good potential as a solar energy storage material.     

联萘衍生物的磺化反应研究

研究了1-和2-苯基萘, 1, 1'-和2, 2'-联萘, 2, 2-二羟基-, 2, 2'-二甲氧基和-2, 2'-甲基磺酰氧基-1, 1'-联萘等七种萘衍生物和三氧化硫的磺化反应。1-苯基萘和1, 1'-联萘的磺化先发生在4位上, 第二取代位置为6和7位。2-苯基萘和2, 2'-联萘均首先得到8位磺酸取代物, 进一步磺化得到8, 4'-和8, 8'-二磺酸取代物。2, 2'-二甲氧基-1, 1'-联萘以13:87的比例得到3位和6位磺酸取代物。2, 2'-二甲磺酰氧基-1, 1'-联萘以58:42的比例得到5位和6位磺酸取代物。2, 2'-二羟基-1, 1'-联萘的等摩尔磺化得到比例为35:65的5位和6位磺酸取代物, 和大于6摩尔的SO~3反应则以62:38的比例得到5位和6位磺酸取代物。     

乙酰基硫代甲酰芳胺合成二氢吡嗪的研究

报道了一种合成乙酰基硫代甲酰芳胺的方法. 合成的乙酰基硫代甲酰芳胺与1,2-乙二胺缩合生成5-(4'-取代苯胺基)-6-甲基-2,3-二氢吡嗪类杂环化合物.

数字电视多频道延时直播系统的设计和实现

基于DVB标准设计直播系统,通过视频服务器方式进行延时直播,通过软件方法从多节目复用流中提取出多个单独的节目传输流,从而支持多个频道同时进行直播.可与硬盘播出系统进行系统集成.初步实现系统基本功能,按照相关标准进行传输流的技术指标检测,并对测试结果进行分析.     

Phishing attacks discovery based on HTML layout similarity

Based on the similarity of the layout structure between the phishing sites and real sites,an approach to discover phishing sites was presented.First,the tag with link attribute as a feature was extracted,and then based on the feature,the page tag sequence branch to identify website was extracted,followed by the page layout similarity-HTMLTagAntiPhish,the alignment of page tag sequence tree into the alignment of page tag sequence branches was converted,this converted two-dimention tree structure into one-dimention string structure,and finally through the substitution matrix of bioinfor-matics BLOSUM62 coding,alignment score quickly to improve the phishing sites detection efficiency was computed.A series of simulation experiments show that this approach is feasible and has higher precision and recall rates.     

不对称催化氧化制备(S)-泮托拉唑

以(2S,3S)-N,N’-二苄基-酒石酸二酰胺和Ti(O-Pri)4形成的手性络合物为催化剂,枯烯过氧化氢为氧化剂,不对称催化氧化制备了(S)-泮托拉唑,转化率87%,纯化后的化学纯度>99.5%,光学纯度99.5%,硫醚含量<0.1%,砜含量<0.1%,其结构经1H NMR确证。
