两个包含醚氧桥联三羧酸配体的锌(Ⅱ)配位聚合物的合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

选用2种醚氧桥联三羧酸配体(H_3cpta和H_3dbba)和4,4′-联吡啶(4,4′-bipy)或菲咯啉(phen)与ZnCl_2进行水热合成反应,构筑了2个一维链状配位聚合物[Zn(μ-Hcpta)(4,4′-bipy)(H_2O)]_n(1)和{[Zn_3(μ_3-dbba)_2(phen)_3]·6H_2O}_n(2),并对其结构和荧光性质进行了研究。结构分析结果表明2个配合物分别属于单斜晶系,P2_1和I2空间群。配合物1和2具有两种不同的一维链结构。     

Determination of Cr,Mn, Fe,Cu, Zn,As, Se,Cd, Hg and Pb in Ginseng by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectroscopy

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy (ICP-MS) has become an established technique of multi-element trace analysis, and it has been used for the analysis for the variety of samples,especially the samples of traditional Chinese medicine.     

Direct Electrochemistry of Cytochrome C on the Glassy Carbon Electrode Modified with 1-Pyrenebutyric Acid/MWNTs

With 1-Pymnebutyric acid （PBA） and multiwalled carbon nanotubes （MWNTs）, glassy carbon electrode modified was successfully prepared. In phosphate buffer solution （pH 7,0）, the direct electrochemistry of cytochrome C （Cyt C） was realized. In the cyclic voltammetry experiment two pairs of redox peaks ofCyt C were observed at 0.018 V and -0.314 V （vs. SCE）, respectively. The redox reaction at 0.018 V was diffusion controlled, while the redox reaction at -0.314 V was adsorption controlled.     

一种新型双吖啶核酸探针的合成及应用

首次成功地合成了一种新型的双吖啶DNA荧光探针,其结构经^1H NMR,IR及元素分析确证。用光谱法研究了该探针与DNA的作用方式,发现两者之间存在嵌插作用。     

5''''-鸟苷酸与茜素红S的反应及其在分析化学中的作用

采用UV-Vis光谱法研究了茜素红S(ARS)与5'-鸟苷酸(5'-GMP)在pH 4.80的弱酸性缓冲溶液中生成络合物的结合反应.与试剂比较,络合物的最大吸收峰红移92 nm,测得络合物和表观摩尔吸光系数为ε＝1.3×104 L·mol-1·cm-1;最大结合数n=10;浓度线性范围0.2～16 mg/L;检出限为6.1×10-8 mol/L.研究了ARS与5'-GMP是分子间作用力的结合反应,并对时间、温度、离子强度对结合反应的影响,以及无机物、生物物质对反应体系的干扰情况进行了初步研究.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Luminescence Property of [Ag2(dppm)2(NMP)2](SbF6)2·4H2O·3CH2Cl2

The silver-dppm complex, [Ag2(dppm)2(NMP)2](SbF6)2·4H2O·3CH2Cl2 1 (NMP = 2- (4-dimethylaminophenyl)imidazo(4,5-f)(1,10)phenanthroline, dppm = diphenylphosphinomethane), was synthesized and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to mono- clinic, space group C2/c, Mr = 2461.61, a = 21.57(10), b = 22.48(6), c = 22.53(6) (A), β = 101.29(2)o, V = 10713(64) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.526 g/cm3, μ = 1.141 mm-1, F(000) = 4920, R = 0.0664 and Wr = 0.1774 for 8524 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Complex 1 exists as a centrosymmetric dimmer. The two dppm molecules bridge two AgNMP moieties to form an eight-membered Ag2P4C2 metal- lacyclic ring with ligand NMP chelating to each Ag. It appears photoluminescence λ(max = 625 nm) at room temperature and makes red shift compared with free ligand NMP λ(max = 522 nm). DFT calculation indicates that the emission of 1 originates from singlet metal-perturbed ILCT excited state.     

Local and non-local sources of airborne particulate pollution at Beijing--The ratio of Mg/Al as an element tracer for estimating the contributions of mineral aerosols from outside Beijing

A new element tracer technique has firstly been established to estimate the contributions of mineral aerosols from both inside and outside Beijing. The ratio of Mg/Al in aerosol is a feasible element tracer to distinguish between the sources of inside and outside Beijing. Mineral aerosol, inorganic pollution aerosol mainly as sulfate and nitrate, and organic aerosol are the major components of airborne particulates in Beijing, of which mineral aerosol accounted for 32%―67% of total suspended particles (TSP), 10%―70% of fine particles (PM2.5), and as high as 74% and 90% of TSP and PM2.5, respectively, in dust storm. The sources from outside Beijing contributed 62% (38%―86%) of the total mineral aerosols in TSP, 69% (52%―90%) in PM10, and 76% (59%―93%) in PM2.5 in spring, and 69% (52%―83%), 79% (52%―93%), and 45% (7%―79%) in TSP, PM10, and PM2.5, respectively, in winter, while only ～20% in summer and autumn. The sources from outside Beijing contributed as high as 97% during dust storm and were the dominant source of airborne particulates in Beijing. The contributions from outside Beijing in spring and winter are higher than those in summer, indicating clearly that it was related to the various meteorological factors.     

照相明胶与化学增感剂相互作用的XPS研究

本文采用X射线光电子能谱技术研究了两种照相明胶与化学增感剂相互作用的机理.当两种照相明胶样品在HAuCl₄溶液中反应5min后,明胶中的蛋氨酸、蛋氨酸亚砜均被氧化为蛋氨酸砜.与此同时,明胶吸附的大部分Au³⁺被还原为Au⁺,并且Au⁺以络合形态存在于明胶之中.根据与AuCl₃反应之后明胶中Au³⁺与Au⁺的比例,法国明胶的还原性略高于包头明胶.添加到明胶中的Na₂S₂O₃能将明胶大分子所含的蛋氨酸亚砜全部还原为蛋氨酸.S₂O₃^2-、蛋氨酸和蛋氨酸砜可以稳定共存于明胶体系之中,外加的S₂O₃^2-的还原性高于明胶中蛋氨酸、蛋氨酸亚砜的还原性.添加Na₂S₂O₃后的两种照相明胶均可以将其溶胀吸附的Au³⁺全部还原为胶态金.此时,参与氧化还原反应的主要基团是S₂O₃^2-而非明胶中的蛋氨酸残基.由于Na₂S₂O₃的添加,照相明胶对AuCl₃的还原能力增强.

The Molybdenum(0) Complex [Et4N]2[Mo2(CO)6(pys)2](pys=Pyridine-2-thiolato)

The title compound tetraethylammonium hexacarbonylbis(μ-pyridine-2-thiolato-S∶S) dimolybdenum [Et4N]2[Mo2(CO)6(pys)2] crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group, P21/c with a=13.217(2), b=21.648(2), c=27.193(6)(), β=82.52(2)°, V=7714.6()3, Z=8, Mr=840.77, Dc=1.45 g/cm3, μ=7.8 cm-1, R=0.038 and Rw=0.040 for 6082 reflections with I≥3σ(I). X-ray crystal structure study reveals that the asymmetric unit of the title compound is comprised of two independent formulations of the molecular formula. Each dianion has approximate C2 symmetry and the dimetallic Mo2S2 core adopts a "butterfly" conformation with a dihedral angle between the halves of 139.3(1)° for the first independent anion and 142.8(1)° for the second one. The two pyridine rings lie on the same side of the molecule in a cis arrangement and the Mo...Mo separations are 3.76(1) and 3.838(1)().
