STRUCTURE EFFECTS ON THE SOL FRACTION-DOSE RELATIONSHIP IN RADIATION CROSSLINKING OF POLYMERS

The structure effects of polymers on the relationship between sol fraction and radiation dose arediscussed in detail. In consideration of the deviation of experimental results from Charlesby-Pin-ner's and Chen-Liu-Tang's expressions relating sol fraction to radiation dose, we introduced an ex-ponent βconcerned with the structure and property parameters of a polymer (glass transition tem-perature T_g and molecular internal rotating steric factor δ) and assumed that the fracture density isproportional to R~β(R is radiation dose). Thus, a general expression, formula (9), relating solfraction to radiation dose is derived. When β=1 andβ=0.5, this expression is reduced to the above-said two expressions. Us-ing this general expression, the experimental data of a number of polymers are treated. It is shownthat the expression is in good agreement with the experimental results, βvalue is in the range of 0. 5 to1.0.     

激光光散射研究丙烯酰胺-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵共聚物的溶液行为

用激光光散射技术表征了阳离子含量受控的丙烯酰胺 二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵共聚物 (简称P(AM DMDAAC) )在 0 1mol LNaCl溶液中的基本参数和溶液行为 .表观基本参数 : Mw ,app =5 0 4× 10 5g·mol- 1 、app =39 9nm和A2 ,APP =1 5× 10 - 4cm3·mol·g- 2 .动态光散射研究结果表明 ,扩散系数Dt 与角度、浓度皆呈非线性依赖关系 ,当C >C 或在较大的散射角域 ,Dt 偏离线性关系所预示的理论值而向减小的方向发展 ,表明存在缔合物 ;流体力学半径Rh 分布有大、小两个范围 ,并随温度升高向小尺寸方向发展 ,证明了体系中存在缔合行为以及升温的解缔合作用 .在一定条件下 ,“亚稳定性”的存在有力地旁证了体系的缔合行为

Syntheses and structural characterizations of Fe_4S_4 cubane-like cluster compounds containing cycloalkylthiolate ligands

In a reaction system consisting of FeCl2,tetrathiometallate and cycloalkylthiolate,two Fe4S4 cubane-like cluster compounds were obtained with the following crystallographic data:(PhCH2NMe32[Fe4S4 (SC5H9)4](Ⅰ),monoclinic space group P21/c,a=1.6327(4),6=1.1229(3),c=2.802 5( 10) nm,β=94.63(2)°,Z=4,and R=0.074; (Et4N)2[Fe4S4(SC6H11)4](Ⅱ),tetragonal space group I42m,a=1.16705(9),b=1.167 06(2),c=2.063 26(5) nm,Z=2,Dabs=1.28 g/cm3,and R=0.078 The participation of cy-cloalkylthiolate ligand does not obviously arouse the change of the Fe4S4 core structure.Meanwhile,the influence of the cation on the structural symmetry of the Fe4S4 cluster dianion is also discussed.
