The binuclear complex [Cu2(TS)(H2O)]·CH3OH, where TS denotes the binucleating ligand derived from the schiff base N,N′-bis(3-carboxylsalidene)trimethylenediamine, was obtained from the self-decomposition of mononuclear complex Na2CuTS·H2O. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c. The lattice parameters are a=11.935(2)?,b=15.667(3)?,c=11.621(2)?,β=111.60(3)°,V=2020.2(7)?3, Z=4 with R=0.0467. The structure is made of binuclear units, in which two copper atoms are bridged by two phenolic oxygen atoms. The “inside”copper atom is coordinated by two nitrogens, two phenolic oxygens in a planar coordi-nation site, the copper atom deviates from the mean plane by 0.47?. The “outside” copper atom is five coordinated by two phenolic oxygen atoms、two equatorial carboxyl oxygen atoms and one axial water oxygen atom in a distorted tetragonal cone site, the copper atom is pulled out of the equatorial plane by 0.46?. 相似文献

用沉淀法制备了尺寸约为8 nm的YVO4∶Eu3+纳米粒子,然后用反相微乳液法在YVO4∶Eu3+纳米粒子的表面包覆了一层Si O2壳。利用XRD、TEM、UV-Vis吸收光谱和光致发光光谱对合成的样品进行了表征。得到的复合物具有较好的核壳结构,通过改变硅酸四乙酯的用量可以改变Si O2壳的厚度。研究了Si O2壳对YVO4∶Eu3+发光性质的影响,结果表明:包覆和未包覆的样品在紫外光激发下都有Eu3+的特征发射;随着Si O2壳厚度的增加,发光强度和量子效率越来越低,Eu3+格位对称性越来越高。 相似文献

A 4H SiC betavoltaic nuclear battery is demonstrated. A Schottky barrier diode is utilized for carrier separation. Under illumination of Ni-63 source with an apparent activity of 4mCi/cm^2, an open circuit voltage of 0.49 V and a short circuit current density of 29.44nA/cm^2 are measured. A power conversion efficiency of 1.2% is obtained. The performance of the device is limited by low shunt resistance, backscattering and attenuation of electron energy in air and Schottky electrode. It is expected to be significantly improved by optimizing the design and processing technology of the device. 相似文献

An easy and delicate approach using cheap carbon source as conductive materials to construct 3D sequential porous structural Na3V2(PO4)3/C(NVP/C)with high performance for cathode materials of sodium ion battery is highly desired.In this paper,the NVP/C with 3D sequential porous structure is constructed by a delicate approach named as“cooking porridge”including evaporation and calcination stages.Especially,during evaporation,the viscosity of NVP/C precursor is optimized by controlling the adding quantity of citric acid,thus leading to a 3D sequential porous structure with a high specific surface area.Furthermore,the NVP/C with a 3D sequential porous structure enables the electrolyte to interior easily,providing more active sites for redox reaction and shortening the diffusion path of electron and sodium ion.Therefore,benefited from its unique structure,as cathode material of sodium ion batteries,the 3D sequential porous structural NVP/C exhibits high specific capacities(115.7,88.9 and 74.4 mA·h/g at current rates of 1,20 and 50 C,respectively)and excellent cycling stability(107.5 and 80.4 mA·h/g are remained at a current density of 1 C after 500 cycles and at a current density of 20 C after 2200 cycles,respectively). 相似文献

The primary reaction of photosensitization of Hypocrellin A (HA) has been studied byusing techniques of ESR, spin-trapping and spin-counteraction. The experiments show thatHA is able to generate not only ~1O_2,but also O_2~-·OH and HA~- which are observed for thefirst time. The conversion of generating active oxygen into generating nonoxygen free rad-ical is confirmed as well. Based on the characteristics of the primary reaction which gene-rates these active substances (transient products), it is proposed that the photosensitized dam-age for the biological system by HA is probably related to not only ~1O_2 itself, but also amultiple effect from ~1O_2 as well as O_2~-,·OH and HA~+ free radical. 相似文献

用常规氧化物固溶方法制备了无铅压电铌酸盐((Na0.5K0.5)1-xLixSbyNb1-yO3)陶瓷。实验结果表明,Li+和Sb5+的引入提高了陶瓷的压电性能。在一定配比范围内(Li和Sb在10%摩尔分数以内),材料为斜方、四方相共存的钙钛矿结构,材料的压电常数d33在270 pC/N以上,机电耦合系数kp、kt、k33分别达到49×10–2、43×10–2、64×10–2。介质损耗tgδ小于2.0×10_2,居里温度tC高达375℃。 相似文献

We report stable narrow linewidth laser systems based on self-developed Littman configuration external cavity diode lasers (ECDLs). The frequency of the ECDL is stabilized to a high fineness ultralow-expansion glass reference cavity with the Pound-Drever-Hall technique. By heterodyne beating of two identical systems, we conclude that the linewidth 4.3× 10^-14 at an averaging measurement time. of each ECDL is reduced to lower than 150 Hz and its frequency stability reaches time of 1 s, the averaged long-term frequency drift is less than 0.2 Hz/s over 30 h 相似文献

用常规氧化物固溶法制备了(Na0.520+xK0.480)0.915Li0.085NbO3(x=0~0.025)无铅压电陶瓷,研究了过量Na的掺杂量对其烧结温度、微观结构及压电性能的影响。结果表明,过量Na掺杂在烧结过程中促进液相的产生,导致样品烧结温度显著降低。室温下样品均为四方结构。随x的增加,样品的斜方-四方相变温度tO-T趋向低温。当x从0.010增大到0.025时,Qm从131提高到238,tanδ和d33分别从0.034和125pC/N下降至0.012和105pC/N,表明过量Na实际上起到了"硬性掺杂"的作用。 相似文献
