Reaction of ketene silyl acetals with allylic carbonates in the presence of palladium-phosphine catalyst in dioxane gives α-allyl esters in high yields. When the reaction is carried out with phosphine-free palladium catalyst in nitriles, α,β-unsaturated esters are obtained in good yields.  相似文献

Temperature- and concentration-dependent aqueous phase diagram of a novel alkylglycoside, 1-O-phytanyl-beta-D-xyloside (beta-Xyl(Phyt)), was studied using small-angle X-ray scattering, polarizing optical microscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry. The phases found in this system include an Lc phase, an Lalpha phase, an HII phase, two inverted cubic phases of crystallographic space groups Pn3m and Ia3d, and a fluid isotropic phase, FI. The phase diagram of the beta-Xyl(Phyt)/water system is similar to that for the 1-monooleylglycerol (MO)/water system, suggesting that the phase behavior is largely determined by the overall molecular shape rather than the details of surfactant molecular structure. Moreover, the structural parameters of the beta-Xyl(Phyt) liquid crystals are also similar to those of the MO/water, due primarily to the similar molecular dimensions of two molecules. As compared to the MO/water system, however, the beta-Xyl(Phyt)/water system displays a lower value of TK ( approximately 8.(5) degrees C) and a wider temperature window for the mesophases (8.(5)-120 degrees C). Moreover, beta-Xyl(Phyt) is chemically more robust than MO, as the ether linkage is more stable against hydrolysis than the ester linkage and the phytanyl chain is fully saturated.  相似文献

Injection-molded, short-glass-fiber-reinforced high-impact polystyrene was investigated under uniaxial tension with special attention to the effects of fiber and rubber concentration on fracture behavior. According to a fracture morphology study performed by polarized optical and scanning electron microscopy, crazes were consecutively initiated from rubber-styrene composite particles and from fiber ends. The rubber particles exhibited an intra-particle failure mode which resulted from the failure manner of the matrix becoming of a more brittle character with increasing fiber fraction. Fibers were surrounded by neigh boring growing crazes. Failure at the fiber-matrix interfaces proceeded with an increase in the number of crazes. With increasing concentration of the fibers, crazing at rubber particles appeared to be suppressed and crazing occurred more preferentially at the fiber ends, which accelerated a macroscopic fracture.Dedicated to Prof. H. The diffusion coefficients of Li in the NaTl-type Li intermetallic compound of β-LiGa have been measured by using a short-lived radioactive diffusion tracer. As the tracer, the α-emitting radioisotope of 8Li delivered as the energetic and pulsed beam from Tokai Radioactive Ion Accelerator Complex (TRIAC) was implanted into the β-LiGa compounds with the composition in the range of about 43 to 54 at.% Li. By analyzing the time-dependent yields of the α-particles measured according to the repetition cycle of the beam, the tracer diffusion coefficients were extracted over the wide range of Li composition. Abnormal composition-dependence of Li diffusion coefficients in β-LiGa was observed; the stoichiometric β-LiGa showed the highest diffusivity of Li. By referring to the composition-dependent diffusivity of Li in the iso-structural β-LiAl and β-LiIn, we could identify the abnormal diffusion of Li in very Li-poor composition of β-LiGa. The anomaly has been discussed qualitatively in terms of the formation of defect complex and the interaction between the constitutional defects.  相似文献

A novel oligonucleotide delivery system that is based on oligonucleotide–nanoparticle conjugates has been described. Installed oligonucleotides were modified with the carbohydrate at the 3′ terminus, accordingly, constructed nanoparticles display clustered carbohydrates on their outer layer for the targeted delivery of oligonucleotides. The method for the construction of ligand-functionalized nanoparticle was simple and reproducible. The stability of the nanoparticles displaying clustered carbohydrates greatly increased in serum compared to nanoparticles without carbohydrates. In order to investigate the targetability of oligonucleotide–nanoparticle conjugates into primary hepatic parenchymal cells, freshly isolated rat hepatocytes were incubated with nanoparticles and the amount of internalized gold nanoparticles was evaluated by an inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy analysis. Nanoparticles displaying clustered carbohydrates internalized more efficiently than nanoparticles without carbohydrate modifications. In particular, the cellular uptakes of oligonucleotide-conjugated gold nanoparticle increased 1.7 ~2.0-fold by galactose modification. Competition assay revealed that clustered galactose enhanced the internalization of the nanoparticle into primary hepatic parenchymal cells by a receptor-mediated process.

The sum of the flexo-coefficients (e11+e33) was measured by the capacitance characteristic depending on the applied dc voltage in the HAN cell. The voltage for the minimum value of the capacitance was shifted by the influence of flexoelectric effect. One of the important problems for the evaluation for the flexo effect was the influence of impurity ions. Then, the chromatographic isolation phenomenon was used to separate impurity ions when the LC material was injected into the empty cell by the capillary action. The coefficient (e11+e33) of ZLI-4792 was measured, and a value of 26.0 pC/m was obtained.  相似文献

The loosely cross-linked poly(acryloyl-L -proline methyl ester) gel, which is known as one of the typical thermo-responsive gels, shows a volume transition around approximately 14°C in pure water. This volume transition is shifted to higher temperature by treatment in aqueous sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). The analysis of the swelling-temperature curve (frequency distribution) was performed according to a moment analysis, in which the area under the swelling-temperature curve (AUC), mean swelling transition temperature (MSTT) and variance of swelling transition temperature (VSTT) were calculated. It is shown that the apparent volume transition temperature can be estimated from MSTT and that VSTT can be used to characterize the shape of the corresponding curves.  相似文献
