Development of an LC‐MS/MS method for determining the pharmacokinetics of clonidine following oral administration of Zhenju antihypertensive compound

Zhenju antihypertensive compound (ZJAHC) is a combined Chinese–Western medicine formula including clonidine (CLO), hydrochlorothiazide (HCT), rutin, Chrysanthemum indicum extract and pearl powder. Compared with CLO preparations, ZJAHC shows improved activities and decreased adverse effects. It is believed that the side effects of CLO are caused by its high peak plasma concentration. Hence, study of the influence of ZJAHC on the pharmacokinetic behaviors of clonidine seems essential. In present study, the plasma concentrations of CLO were determined with a liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) method. The MS/MS transitions monitored for clonidine and internal standard were 230.2 → 213.1 and 152.2 → 110.2, respectively. The analyte was quantified in a single run within 3 min. The pharmacokinetic study showed that the area under the plasma concentration–time curve of CLO in ZJAHC (60 µg/kg CLO) was similar to that of CLO‐HCT‐high (120 µg/kg CLO) but the peak concentration was much lower than that in CLO‐HCT‐high. ZJAHC could enhance the bioavailability without greatly increasing peak concentration of clonidine. This comprehensive effect of enhancing the bioavailability and avoiding the high peak plasma concentration for CLO might mainly result from the co‐contribution of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), while the effect of TCM was stronger than that of Western medicine. A New Method of Testing and Evaluating the Quality of Refined Montan Wax: Digital Color and GC Fingerprint

To establish a new method of testing and evaluating the quality of refined montan wax (RMW), digital color and GC fingerprint technology were introduced and applied. CIE Lab color mode was used to digitize the exterior colors of RMW, and the score obtained through a fitting function was also used to reflect its quality. It is shown that they were in complete accord with the human visual perception trend. The GC fingerprint was used to characterize the internal chemical information of RMW, and the composition of its internal features was reflected through the relative retention time (RRT) and relative peak area (RPA) values. It is shown that there was a high degree of similarity between the fingerprints, while certain differences also existed. This can be used to implement effective application of RMW to aspects such as quality control, adulteration identification, and origin attributions.

     

Measurement of Residual Dipolar Couplings of Organic Molecules in Multiple Solvent Systems Using a Liquid-Crystalline-Based Medium

Residual dipolar coupling (RDC), a robust anisotropic NMR parameter for structural elucidation of organic molecules, is only accessible in an anisotropic environment. Herein, we introduce a novel alignment medium based on the molecular self-assembly of oligopeptide amphiphile (OPA). This medium is compatible with different intermediate and polar solvent systems, such as CD₃OD, [D₆]DMSO, and D₂O. The preparation of the OPA-based medium is simple and rapid, while only very weak background signals were observed from OPAs. Furthermore, we show that the purity of OPA has only a minor influence on the quality of the RDC data. These advantages allow RDC measurements of organic molecules with different polarities and solubilities with high efficiency and accuracy.

一种新的基于快速功控的多普勒估计

针对采用快速功控的移动通信系统提出了一种简便的多普勒估计方法。该方法利用功控后的接收信号电平的平稳性与最大多普勒频移有密切关系这一特点，通过测量接收信号电平的平稳性估计多普勒频移。文中在单径瑞利衰落信道条件下对这一方法进行了仿真验证，并同文献中提出的COV方法进行了比较，仿真结果表明在信道变化不是太快时本方案有较好的估计精度。     

用于有源电力滤波器的IGBT驱动及保护研究

介绍有源电力滤波器设计中EXB841型绝缘栅场效应晶体管(IGBT)驱动器的驱动原理和电路特点,对IGBT的栅极驱动特性、栅极串联电阻进行了探讨,给出过流保护和过压吸收的有效办法。样机试运行证明此种设计方案可靠、有效。     

21~28GHz波段平衡式放大器

采用OMM IC的0.2μm PHEM T工艺设计了工作在21~28 GH z的平衡式放大器。正交耦合电桥采用兰格电桥。兰格电桥和平衡式放大器的在片测试结果和仿真结果基本吻合,平衡式放大器在21~28 GH z的增益为18~20 dB,输入和输出回波损耗小于-20 dB,在26 GH z处的输出1 dB压缩点功率为21 dBm。     

双波长稳频CO_2激光模糊控制系统的建模与优化

报导一种模糊逻辑控制系统的建模与优化方法。以此方法设计的模糊逻辑控制器，用于双波长稳频ＣＯ２激光器的控制得到令人满意的结果。     

玻璃陶瓷材料中Tm3+离子红外到蓝色上转换发光

系统研究了PbF2+GeO2+WO3ⅩⅣTmF3玻璃陶瓷材料中,在近红外光(1.06μm)激发下,Tm3+离子的发光特性.实验中观测到Tm3+离子的两组峰值位置分别在20920cm-1和22173cm-1的蓝色上转换发光,并证实这两组上转换发光分别与吸收三个和四个光子有关,同时建立了上转换发光的模型.为了选择最佳掺杂浓度,详细地测量了Tm3+离子峰值为20920cm-1的蓝色上转换发光强度与TmF3浓度的关系.
