Crystal Structure of non‐aqueous Melaminium Chloride Melaminium chloride was obtained as colorless, needle‐shaped, single crystalline material from solid state reactions between melamin and ammonium chloride. The structure of [C3N6H7]Cl was refined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction: I2/m, Z = 8, a = 852.87(4), b = 1704.4(1) c = 918.44(4) pm and β = 92.165(6)°. The crystal structure contains melaminium ions stacked to columns along [100] and linked via N‐H···N bridges to form bands along [001]. Both of the two distinct chloride ions are stabilized by six hydrogen bonds through distorted trigonal prismatic arrangements of hydrogen atoms to yield a supramolecular structure.  相似文献

Conformations of p‐methacryloylaminophenylarsonic acid (p‐MAPHA) are determined through molecular mechanics and DFT/B3LYP calculations. Solvation effects are studied within the self‐consistent isodensity continuum model (SCI‐PCM). The stationary points were found to correspond to minima as verified by the analysis of vibrational frequencies in the molecule. The molecular optical absorption was obtained by using different solvent environments. The present results are in good agreement with the available experimental data. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The interaction between gatifloxacin mesylate (GM) and salmon sperm DNA was studied by fluorescence spectrometry and ultra‐violet (UV) spectrometry. Additions of salmon sperm DNA to GM solution resulted in its strong fluorescence quenching and UV absorbance decrease due to the strong interaction between GM and salmon sperm DNA. Both the maximum fluorescence emission wavelength and the maximum UV absorbance wavelength of GM did not change with the increasing concentration of salmon sperm DNA, indicating no intercalative binding existed between them. The Stern‐Volmer plot indicated that the fluorescence‐quenching constant at different temperatures or different salmon sperm DNA concentration ranges was different. Effects of ionic strength and I? on the fluorescence quenching of GM by salmon sperm DNA indicated that electrostatic interaction and groove binding coexisted between them.  相似文献

Poly(malachite green) film modified Nafion‐coated glassy carbon electrodes have been prepared by potentiodynamic cycling in malachite green solution. The pH of polymerisation solution has only minor effect on film formation. Electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) was used to monitor the growth of the poly(malachite green) film. Cyclic voltammogram of the poly(malachite green) film shows a redox couple with well‐defined peaks. The redox response of the modified electrode was found to be depending on the pH of the contacting solution. The peak potentials were shifted to a less positive region with increasing pH and the dependence of the peak potential was found to be 56 mV per pH unit. The electrocatalytic behavior of poly(malachite green) film modified Nafion‐coated glassy carbon electrodes was tested towards oxidation of NADH, dopamine, and ascorbic acid. The oxidation of dopamine and ascorbic acid occurred at less positive potential on poly(malachite green) film compared to bare glassy carbon electrode. In the case of NADH, the overpotential was reduced substantially on modified electrode. Finally, the feasibility of utilizing poly(malachite green) film electrode in analytical estimation of ascorbic acid was demonstrated in flow injection analysis.  相似文献

Starting from the para‐phenylenediamine derivative HN(SiMe3)‐C6H4‐NH(SiMe3), a lithiation and subsequent borylation give [(MeO)2B]N(SiMe3)‐C6H4‐N(SiMe3)[B(OMe)2] ( 1 ), the hydridation of which yields Li2[(H3B)N(SiMe3)‐C6H4‐N(SiMe3)(BH3)] ( 2 ). Applying ZrCl4 upon 2 initiates a condensation to give the title compound [‐N(SiMe3)‐p‐C6H4‐N(SiMe3)‐BH‐]2, a hetero[3, 3]paracyclophane with two N‐B‐N chains that connect the para‐phenylene units. In industrial processes, information on the safety property of chemicals is essentially crucial for safe handling during unit operations. Ensuring the safe use of combustible or flammable substances in processes is unlikely without detailed investigations of their flammability characteristics and related hazards. We studied 3-methyl pyridine (3-picoline), e.g., flammability limits (LFL/UFL), maximum explosion pressure (P max), maximum explosion pressure rise (dP/dt)max, minimum oxygen concentration (MOC), vapor deflagration index (K g), and characterized the influence of inert steam (H2O) on critical parameters for 3-picoline/water mixtures at 270°C, 1 atm, various oxygen concentrations, and vapor mixing ratios (100/0, 30/70, 10/90 and 5/95 vol.%) with a 20-L-Apparatus in simulated conditions, respectively. The results showed that the flammability characteristics of 3-picoline(aq) all increased with the oxygen concentration. However, as the composition of inert steam increased, the flammability parameters and the degree of fire and explosion hazards were significantly reduced, instead. This study elucidated the flammability properties of 3-picoline mixed with inert steam. The conclusions could be applied to proactively prevent the relevant processes from incurring fire and explosion accidents.  相似文献

In this paper, the chronoamperometry was used to study the charging processes of polyethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) modified electrodes in the potential range where PEDOT was in the oxidized state. The results show that the charging behaviors of the PEDOT films are well agreed with the exhausted finite diffusion model. The dependence of the capacitance values of the films on potential and concentration of solution was also studied in this potential range.  相似文献

To investigate the functional role of KAI1/CD82, a metastasis suppressor for human prostate cancer, in the regulation of homotypic cell adhesion, we transfected KAI1 cDNA into DU 145 human prostate cancer cells and established stable transfectant clones with high KAI1/CD82 expression. The KAI1 transfectant cells exhibited significantly increased homotypic cell aggregation in comparison with the control transfectant cells. This aggregation of the KAI1 transfectants was further enhanced upon exposure to anti-CD82 antibody, suggesting that KAI1/CD82 may be involved in the intracellular signaling for the cell adhesion. Among several signal pathway inhibitors tested, PP1, an inhibitor of Src family kinases, significantly suppressed homotypic aggregation of the KAI1 transfectant cells. Ligation of KAI1/CD82 with anti-CD82 antibody increased endogenous Src kinase activity of the KAI1 transfectant cells. When different types of src expression constructs were retransfected into the KAI1-transfected DU 145 cells, kinase-negative mutant src transfectant cells exhibited much lower homotypic aggregation than the mock cells transfected with an empty vector. Moreover, homotypic aggregation of the mutant src transfectant cells was not enhanced by KAI1/CD82 ligation with anti- CD82 antibody. These results suggest that Src mediates the intracellular signaling pathway of KAI1/CD82 for the induction of homotypic adhesion of human prostate cancer cells.  相似文献
