The sorption equilibria of carbon dioxide on three types of silica gel (SG) with different pore size distributions in the presence of water were studied experimentally using a volumetric method at 275?K with pressures from 0 to 3.7?MPa. Both the pore size distribution of the silica gel and the quantity of pre-sorbed water impact the formation of the CO2 hydrates. For wet silicon gel A(SG-A) with water loading ratio of 0.75, the highest CO2 sorption was about 2.5?mmol of CO2 per gram of dry sorbent at 275?K. Similarly, the highest sorption was about 2.7?mmol for wet SG-B with R w =0.81. However, CO2 hydrate did not form on the wet surface of SG-C due to its large pore sizes.  相似文献

Reported values(0.2 MPa-7.0 GPa) of the interlayer shear strength(ISS) of graphite are very dispersed.The main challenge to obtain a reliable value of the ISS using conventional measuring methods was the unavailability of sufficiently large single crystalline graphite.Here we present a novel experimental method to measure the ISS,and obtain the value as ~0.14 GPa.Our result can serve as an important basis for understanding mechanical behavior of graphite or graphene-based materials.  相似文献

Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is an intensively studied anode material for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) owing to its high theoretical capacity, but it is still confronted by severe challenges of unsatisfactory rate capability and cycle life. Herein, few-layer MoS2 nanosheets, vertically grown on hierarchical carbon nanocages (hCNC) by a facile hydrothermal method, introduce pseudocapacitive lithium storage owing to the highly exposed MoS2 basal planes, enhanced conductivity, and facilitated electrolyte access arising from good hybridization with hCNC. Thus, the optimized MoS2/hCNC exhibits reversible capacities of 1670 mAh g−1 at 0.1 A g−1 after 50 cycles, 621 mAh g−1 at 5.0 A g−1 after 500 cycles, and 196 mAh g−1 at 50 A g−1 after 2500 cycles, which are among the best for MoS2-based anode materials. The specific power and specific energy, which can reach 16.1 kW and 252.8 Wh after 3000 cycles, respectively, indicate great potential in high-power and long-life LIBs. These findings suggest a promising strategy for exploring advanced anode materials with high reversible capacity, high-rate capability, and long-term recyclability.  相似文献

We analytically obtained the Schmidt decomposition of the entangled state between the pseudo spin and the true spin in graphene with Rashba spin–orbit coupling. The entangled state has the standard form of the Bell state, where the SU(2) spin symmetry is broken. These states can be explicitly expressed as the superposition of two nonorthogonal, but mirror symmetrical spin states entangled with the pseudo spin states. Because of the closely locking between the pseudo spin and the true spin, it is found that the orbit curve in the spin-polarization parameter space for the fixed equi-energy contour around Dirac points has the same shape as the δk-contour. Due to the spin–orbit coupling that cause the topological transition in the local geometry of the dispersion relation, the new equi-energy contours around the new emergent Dirac Points can be obtained by squeezing the one around the original Dirac point. The spin texture in the momentum space around the Dirac points is analyzed under the Rashba spin–orbit interaction and it is found that the orientation of the spin polarization at each crystal momentum k is independent of the Rashba coupling strength.  相似文献

Nanoimprint lithography is an economical and convenient method for manufacturing nanostructures, which has developed very quickly and has been widely used in the nanoindustry. However, during the process of nanoimprinting, mechanical instabilities of soft nanostructures could lead to buckling. In order to study the mechanism of this problem, we analyze the buckling of one vertical elastic column under its own weight. Based on the comparison between two critical heights of different substrates (rigid and elastic), we conclude that the approximation of considering the substrate as rigid is acceptable. Furthermore the interaction between columns with the deformation of a substrate could lead to collective buckling. Our theoretical
calculations show that whether the columns are elastic or rigid makes little difference for the buckling modes.  相似文献

Using the method proposed by Banerjee and Majhi, we researched fermion tunneling from cylindrical symmetric black hole, and obtained the correctional entropy. In our work, we first prove that the ratios of the wave function’s components are constants near the horizon, so the reasonable action form of the Dirac equation can then be gotten. From the method beyond semiclassical approximation, we finally calculate the Hawking temperature and correctional entropy.  相似文献
