激光平网雕刻机设计

研制了用于制作平面网版的激光雕刻机，设计了雕刻机用CO2激光器、光路系统及单片机控制系统，探讨了将图像文件转化为控制命令文件的方法。     

Potential difference and photovoltaic effect arising from distortion of the electron wave function in a GaAs quantum well with a thin AlGaAs barrier

This paper discusses changes in the spectrum and distortion of the electron wave function of a GaAs quantum well when a thin AlGaAs barrier is introduced into it. The potential difference generated across the quantum well by distortion of the electron wave function is calculated, along with its dependence on the position of the barrier in the quantum well. The photovoltaic response of the structure to optical intersubband excitations is also calculated, along with the role of wave function and electronic spectrum distortion as well as intersubband nonradiative transitions in generating this response. The suitability of a GaAs quantum well with a thin barrier for use as an infrared detector is considered. Fiz. Tekh. Poluprovodn. 32, 1246–1250 (October 1998)     

Spectral and mode characteristics of InAsSbP/InAsSb/InAsSbP lasers in the spectral region near 3.3 µm

The characteristic features of the continuous-wave lasing spectra near 3.3 μm of multimode InAsSbP/InAsSb/InAsSbP double-heterostructure diode lasers are shown. The observation of mode switching to longer and shorter wavelengths at cryogenic temperatures is reported. It is shown that suppression of the longitudinal side modes closest to the main mode results in large mode jumps in energy during mode tuning by current. The characteristics which were observed are explained by gain spectrum inhomogeneity due to spectral hole burning in narrow-gap semiconductors. Implementation of secure digital communication by hyperchaoticsynchronisation

By active-passive-decomposition synchronisation, the application of the one-way coupled ring map lattice hyperchaotic system in secure digital speech communication is demonstrated. Synchronisation guarantees strong security and recovery without error     

Determination of tyrosine traces by adsorption voltammetry of its copper (II) complex

The electrochemical behavior of the copper-tyrosine complex has been studied by linear-sweep adsorption voltammetry. In 0.02 mol/L Na₂HPO₄ buffer solution (pH=9.6), the complex can be adsorped on a hanging mercury drop electrode and reduced at a peak potential of about –0.42 V (vs. SCE). The secondary derivative peak height is linear proportional to the concentration of tyrosine in the range 1.0×10^–7–5.0×10^–5 mol/L. 激光热源形成过程的定量描述

研究了热传导方程的通解，进而提出激光热源形成的微观机理和热源形成过程的三个理论计算式。对激光热效应的应用具有指导意义。     

基于小波变换的医学图象压缩编码

本文研究了医学图象小波变换系数的统计特征。根据医学图象的特点，提出了基于小波变换的医学图象编码方法。实验表明，这种方法具有较好的压缩编码性能，优于JPEG标准。同时，它支持逐次浮现式传输，从而能满足医学图象存储、通信、检索的需要。     

A microprocessor-based toggle-control lighting system

Analysis, design, practical consideration, and implementation of a microprocessor-based toggle-control lighting system are presented. The system is primarily configured with a power factor corrector (PFC), a square-wave voltage generator, a manually controlled toggle switch, and two relays. Toggling the toggle switch can select a different number of lamps in operation, resulting in a mutual dimming feature. A fluorescent lamp lighting system with this specific ballast gains the merits of lower system cost and more flexibilities in lighting fixture design, as compared to conventional systems     

Essential self-adjointness of operators associated with the Cauchy problem for the wave equation

A sufficient Hartman-Ismagilov type condition for the essential self-adjointness of a one-parameter family of unbounded operators that arise in the solution of a Cauchy problem for the wave equation is established.
