全景图像几何畸变校正的算法研究及其软件实现

对于360°视场的全景图像,本文提出了分别对其进行切向和径向畸变校正的处理算法,并用插值处理提高处理精度。达到了将全景图像恢复为常规视场平面像的目的。它是进一步图像分析的前期工作。     

Mean curvature flows and isotopy of maps between spheres

Let f be a smooth map between unit spheres of possibly different dimensions. We prove the global existence and convergence of the mean curvature flow of the graph of f under various conditions. A corollary is that any area‐decreasing map between unit spheres (of possibly different dimensions) is isotopic to a constant map. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

半导体衬底片的应力损伤及其行为

本文根据实际测量结果,一叙述了半导体衬底制片质量对外延生长的影响。特别是,讨论了在 GaAs、InP 衬底中,产生于切片、研磨和抛光加工过程中的机械损伤的影响。     

Transient binary nucleation from ethanol-hexanol vapour

We study condensation of ethanol-hexanol vapour by numerical solution of kinetic equations. The number of droplets formed in unit volume is computed within self-consistent classical model. It is shown that formation of ethanol-rich droplets prevails at the initial stage of nucleation process, but in the stationary state formation of droplets near the saddle point (on cluster formation energy surface) plays the dominant role. Modeling electromigration lifetime under bidirectional currentstress

Electromigration reliability of interconnect under bidirectional current stress has been studied in a wide frequency range (mHz to 200 MHz). Experimental results show that the AC lifetime rises with the stress current frequency. The current density exponent and the activation energy of AC lifetime are found to be twice that of DC lifetime. Pure AC current stress failure at extremely high current density is believed to result from thermal migration of metal at hot/cold transition points     

Optimal solutions for a dynamic bandwidth allocation scheme in high-speed networks

In this paper, we investigate the problem of determining the optimal bandwidth allocation for a Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation Scheme (DBAS). The objective is to minimize the total amount of bandwidth required to satisfy the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of all traffic streams. It is shown that when the performance functions satisfy a certain number of conditions, there exists a unique optimal bandwidth allocation such that, for each traffic stream, either its QoS is just satisfied or its QoS is over-satisfied and it is allocated zero bandwidth. Such an allocation is said to be efficient. It is also shown that there exists a unique efficient allocation in the entire feasible region. An iterative algorithm is developed to compute the efficient allocation employing its special properties. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate how the algorithm works. 一种MPEG2视频编码的神经网络自适应量化算法

本文在ＭＰＥＧ２ＴＭ５建议我自适应量化策略的基础上，提出了一种ＭＰＥＧ２视频编码的神经网络自适应量化算法。     

分形粗糙面的电磁散射－扩展边界条件

用扩展边界条件方法对分形粗糙良导体面及介质面的电磁散射问题进行了分析。用推广的Floquet模式，在分界面处将场分量用Fourier级数展开，根据边界条件及扩展边界条件得到了水平极化和垂直极化散射场的幅度分量的表达式。用其它近似方法（Kirchhoff和Rayleigh方法）及能量守恒准则验证了此方法的有效性。     

Structure and magnetic properties of nanocrystalline ferromagnets (II)

The role of magnetoelastic coupling effects in nanocrystalline ferromagnets is investigated by means of high-field magnetization and Doppler-broadening spectrum measurements. For the nanocrystalline Fe_{73 5}Cu₁Nb₃Si_13.5B₉ alloy, the results show that the pinning effects resulting from the quasidislocation dipole intensely influence the movement of domain wall; by coupling with the magnetostriction the defects-induced stress fields determine the magnetic properties at the early stage of crystallization. In view of the effective anisotropy and magnetoelastic coupling energy the optimal annealing conditions of alloys are discussed.     

The Thresholds of Survival for ann-Dimensional Food Chain Model in a Polluted Environment

The effects of toxicants on the populations for ann-dimensional food chain model in a polluted environment are studied. The thresholds between persistence and extinction of the populations are obtained as functions of model parameters and a time-varying chemical concentration.
