A new method for indirect determination of captopril (CPT) with NaNO3 and NH4SCN by floatation and separation of copper has been studied. In the weak acid, a small amount of Cu(II) can be reduced to Cu(I) by CPT, then Cu(I) reacted with the SCN, which can float on the surface of the liquid phase with NaNO3. A good linear relationship is observed between the floatation yield (E%) of Cu(II) and the amount of captopril. The linear range is 2?32 mg/L. On the ground, captopril can be indirectly determined by determining E(%) of Cu(II). The method is simple, rapid, reliable and has good selectivity. The developed method can be applied to indirect determination of captopril with satisfactory results. 相似文献

The compact single-chain (SC) particulates of Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM), which have been formed above its lower critical solution temperature in an aqueous solution containing the surfactant of sodium n-dodecyl sulfate (SDS), were recovered from the solution by freeze-drying. Under scanning electron microscopy, the compact particulate appears as a spherical or elliptical particulate individually dispersed in SDS, which acts as a solid solvent to prevent agglomeration. The conformation of the compact SC particulates of PNIPAM dispersed in SDS had been studied by the solid-state high-resolution 13C NMR spectroscopy. The 13C spin-lattice relaxation time T
1 of the SC sample was determined in comparison with that of the original one. It was found that the T
1 of the methyl carbon in the isopropyl group of the SC sample was about 45% higher than that in the original multichain sample, which revealed the differences in the motion of the methyl group in the different condensed states and illuminated the characteristic conformation of the compact SC globular particulates of PNIPAM. 相似文献

以乌江流域石灰岩、白云质灰岩、白云岩、硅质岩、页岩和砂岩等沉积岩的13条风化剖面为对象,运用R型分层聚类分析和质量平衡计算方法,研究了这些岩石风化过程中稀土元素(REE)的富集与释放及其对植物生长和河水REE分布的影响,目的是为河水物质来源研究和为农业生产提供依据。结果表明:(1)乌江流域石灰土中REE的富集程度显著高于各自母岩、黄壤、上陆壳(UCC)、中国土壤(CS)和世界土壤(WS);(2)沉积岩风化过程中REE的富集特征和机制可能与母岩中REE分布特征以及风化剖面中有机质、铁(氢)氧化物和粘土矿物的吸附有关;(3)沉积岩风化过程中释放的REE可为植物吸收利用;(4)石灰岩等沉积岩风化过程中REE和F。等元素的释放对河水溶解态REE的分布有重要影响。 相似文献

采用循环伏安等测试方法, 以铂微盘电极为工作电极, 研究了硝基甲烷在离子液体1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(BMImBF4)中的电化学行为, 并探讨了温度和扫描速率等因素对硝基甲烷电化学特性的影响. 实验结果表明, 硝基甲烷在离子液体BMImBF4中的还原反应是受扩散控制的不可逆过程. 估算了不同温度下硝基甲烷在离子液体BMImBF4中的扩散系数D, 进而求得它的扩散活化能Ea约为39.5 kJ·mol-1. 相似文献

The ternary complex Pd(Ⅱ)-2,2‘-bipyridine-L-asparagic acid was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-spectra and molar conductance. The formula of the complex is Pd(bipy)(L-asp). The interaction of the complex with DNA has been studied by UV-spectra, fluorescence spectra, CD-spectra and gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the interaction of the complex with DNA performed mainly in intercalative mode and the extent of interaction was dependent on the concentration of the complex. 相似文献

Several new methyl substituted poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing sulfone linkage with inherent viscosities of 0.62–0.84 dL/g have been prepared from 4,4′‐bis(2‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone and 4,4′‐bis(3‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone with terephthaloyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride by electrophilic Friedel‐Crafts acylation in the presence of DMF with anhydrous AlCl3 as a catalyst in 1,2‐dichloroethane, respectively. These polymers having weight‐average molecular weight in the range of 71,000–49,000 are all amorphous and show high glass transition temperatures ranging from 167 °C to 191 °C, excellent thermal stability at temperatures over 400 °C in air or nitrogen, high char yields of 51–58% in nitrogen and good solubility in CHCl3 and polar solvents such as DMF, DMSO and NMP at room temperature. 相似文献

The polymer bound Schiff‐base ligand (PS‐SalGlu) has been prepared from polystyrene bound salicylaldehyde and glutamic acid, and its complex (PS‐SalGlu‐Co) has also been synthesized. The polymer ligand and its complex were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, small area X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectro (ICP‐AFS). In the presence of the complex, cyclohexene can be effectively oxidized by molecular oxygen without reductant. The long‐chain linear aliphatic olefins, such as 1‐octene, 1‐decene, 1‐dodecene and 1‐tetradecene, can be directly oxidized by molecular oxygen catalyzed by PS‐SalGlu‐Co, which affords the 1,2‐epoxy alkane. The electrophoretic behavior of pheochromocytoma (PC-12) cells was investigated both experimentally and theoretically. Cell mobility in aqueous media at different pHs and ionic concentrations was measured, and a model, which assumed that the cell surface contains both acidic and basic functional groups, was proposed. As a result, it was revealed that the experimental data gathered can be described satisfactorily by assuming that the cell surface contains two types of monovalent acidic functional groups and one basic functional group. The values of the dissociation constants of the acidic and basic groups are found to be close to those of acidic amino acids, which indicates that the acidic amino acids may play an important role in the surface electrical properties of PC-12 cells. 相似文献
