射频SAW器件非线性信号的测量及产生机制分析

射频前端的高度集成和高能量密度使声表面波(SAW)器件的非线性问题愈发严重。该文搭建了射频SAW器件非线性信号的测量系统,对SAW谐振器的二次谐波(H2)和三次谐波(H3)信号进行了准确测量。分析测量结果,讨论了非线性谐波信号的产生机制,并通过非线性有限元(FEM)模型仿真结果与测量结果拟合对比,验证了介电非线性和声应变的非线性效应对谐波产生的影响,为进一步研究非线性抑制方法,设计高线性度SAW器件提供了重要支撑。     

超大带宽高频XBAR谐振器研究

随着第五代移动通信(5G)时代的到来,高频、大带宽的谐振器成为通信行业的迫切需求。该文设计制备了一款可实现高频超大带宽的横向激发体声波谐振器(XBAR)。该谐振器A1模式的谐振频率为5.81 GHz,机电耦合系数可达39.6%,Q-3 dB为248;A3模式的谐振频率高达17.04 GHz,机电耦合系数为7.0%。该谐振器A1和A3模式的频率温度漂移系数(TCF)分别为-72.6×10^-6/℃和-38.5×10^-6/℃。此外,该文还提出了一种新型叉指电极(IDT)结构,该结构可以抑制寄生模式,提升谐振器性能。

太阳辐射对地球同步卫星扫描成像辐射计性能的影响

本文对FY-4气象卫星扫描成像辐射计的各项设计背景做了介绍,主要从热学、光学、球面天文学方面介绍针对“太阳侵入”问题的研究思想和相关知识。根据儒略日天文计算体系得出初步坐标转换公式,并为今后的研究工作做准备。     

固相萃取/液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水果蔬菜中双胍辛胺的残留量

建立了测定沃柑、菠萝蜜、苹果、葡萄、生菜、黄瓜、西红柿、芦笋等水果蔬菜中双胍辛胺残留量的固相萃取/液相色谱-串联质谱方法。试样用0.2%乙酸水提取,二氯甲烷萃取杂质,提取液经WCX固相萃取柱净化,10%甲酸乙腈洗脱,氮吹至近干后以0.2%甲酸水复溶。采用甲醇和0.2%甲酸水为流动相,经Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)分离,在电喷雾离子源正离子模式下采用双胍辛胺的双电荷加合母离子m/z 178.8及其子离子m/z 100.0和187.0进行多反应监测（MRM）扫描,基质加标曲线进行定量。结果表明,双胍辛胺在0.005～0.160 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.995;0.010、0.020、0.050 mg/kg加标水平下的平均回收率为88.5%～109%,相对标准偏差（RSD,n=6）为2.1%～8.8%;方法检出限为0.005 mg/kg,定量下限为0.010 mg/kg。该方法快速、准确、灵敏,适用于水果蔬菜中双胍辛胺残留量的测定。

Research Progress on Typical Quaternary Ammonium Salt Polymers

Quaternary ammonium salt polymers, a kind of polyelectrolyte with a quaternary ammonium group, are widely used in traditional and emerging industries due to their good water-solubility, adjustable cationicity and molecular weight, high efficiency and nontoxicity. In this paper, firstly, the properties and several synthesis methods of typical quaternary ammonium salt monomers were introduced. Secondly, the research progress on the synthesis of polymers was summarized from the perspective of obtaining products with high molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution and high monomer conversion, and special functional polymers. Thirdly, the relationships between the structures and properties of the polymer were analyzed from the perspectives of molecular weight, charge density, structural stability, and microstructural regulation of the polymer chain unit. Fourthly, typical examples of quaternary ammonium salt polymers in the application fields of water treatment, daily chemicals, petroleum exploitation, papermaking, and textile printing and dyeing were listed. Finally, constructive suggestions were put forward on developing quaternary ammonium salt polymers with high molecular weights, strengthening the research on the relationships between the structures and their properties and pinpointing relevant application fields.     

Zinc-Guided 3D Graphene for Thermally Chargeable Supercapacitors to Harvest Low-Grade Heat

Low-grade heat energy recycling is the key technology of waste-heat utilization, which needs to be improved. Here, we use a zinc-assisted solid-state pyrolysis route to prepare zinc-guided 3D graphene (ZnG), a 3D porous graphene with the interconnected structure. The obtained ZnG, with a high specific surface area of 1817 m²·g⁻¹ and abundant micropores and mesopores, gives a specific capacitance of 139 F·g⁻¹ in a neutral electrolyte when used as electrode material for supercapacitors. At a high current density of 8 A·g⁻¹, the capacitance retention is 93% after 10,000 cycles. When ZnG is used for thermally chargeable supercapacitors, the thermoelectric conversion of the low-grade heat energy is successfully realized. This work thus provides a demonstration for low-grade heat energy conversion.

Synthesis,Bioactivity Evaluation,3D-QSAR,and Molecular Docking of Novel Pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as Potential Fungicides Targeting Succinate Dehydrogenase

To screen novel antifungal agents targeting the succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),a series of pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides were rationally designed,synthesized,and characterized under the guidance of the structures of succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHIs).Bioassay results in vitro indicated that most of the target compounds exhibited excellent activity against Rhizoctonia solani(R.solani),Fusarium graminearum(F.graminearum),Botrytis cinerea(B.cinerea)and Colletotrichum capsica(C.cinerea).Compounds 7d,7l,7t and 7x were identified as the most promoting candidates,and their anti-F.graminearum EC50 values were as low as 0.56,0.47,0.46 and 0.49μg/mL,respectively,presenting the similar antifungal activity as that of the commonly used fungicide carbendazim(0.43μg/mL).The 3D-QSAR models were built for a systematic structure-activity relationship profile to explore more potent pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as novel fungicides.Molecular docking of 7d,7l and 7r with SDH was performed to reveal the binding modes in active pocket and analyze the interactions between the molecules and the SDH protein.
