Wearable strain sensors are widely researched as core components in electronic skin. However, their limited capability of detecting only a single axial strain, and their low sensitivity, stability, opacity, and high production costs hinder their use in advanced applications. Herein, multiaxially highly sensitive, optically transparent, chemically stable, and solution‐processed strain sensors are demonstrated. Transparent indium tin oxide and zinc oxide nanocrystals serve as metallic and insulating components in a metal–insulator matrix and as active materials for strain gauges. Synergetic sensitivity‐ and stability‐reinforcing agents are developed using a transparent SU‐8 polymer to enhance the sensitivity and encapsulate the devices, elevating the gauge factor up to over 3000 by blocking the reconnection of cracks caused by the Poisson effect. Cross‐shaped patterns with an orthogonal crack strategy are developed to detect a complex multiaxial strain, efficiently distinguishing strains applied in various directions with high sensitivity and selectivity. Finally, all‐transparent wearable strain sensors with Ag nanowire electrodes are fabricated using an all‐solution process, which effectively measure not only the human motion or emotion, but also the multiaxial strains occurring during human motion in real time. The World Health Organization provides guidelines for managing the particulate matter (PM) level because a higher PM level represents a threat to human health. To manage the PM level, a procedure for measuring the PM value is first needed. We use a PM sensor that collects the PM level by laser-based light scattering (LLS) method because it is more cost effective than a beta attenuation monitor-based sensor or tapered element oscillating microbalance-based sensor. However, an LLS-based sensor has a higher probability of malfunctioning than the higher cost sensors. In this paper, we regard the overall malfunctioning, including strange value collection or missing collection data as anomalies, and we aim to detect anomalies for the maintenance of PM measuring sensors. We propose a novel architecture for solving the above aim that we call the hypothesis pruning generative adversarial network (HP-GAN). Through comparative experiments, we achieve AUROC and AUPRC values of 0.948 and 0.967, respectively, in the detection of anomalies in LLS-based PM measuring sensors. In this letter, the constant driving power reduction ratio has been achieved for column drivers regardless of the input image by incorporating a new static power reduction scheme into the previous dynamic power reduction method. CdSe-sensitized heterojunction solar cells composed of mesoscopic TiO2/CdSe/P3HT (poly-3-hexylthiophene) were constructed, and the negative molecular dipole of 4-methoxybenzenethiol (MBT) and the ZnS passivation layer were used as interface modifiers to improve device performance. Through the interface modification between TiO2/CdSe and P3HT using MBT and by ZnS surface passivation, the power conversion efficiency of the modified solar cell was greatly enhanced from 1.02% to 1.62% under 1 sun illumination. 相似文献

A computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) algorithm identifying breast nodule malignancy using multiple ultrasonography (US) features and artificial neural network (ANN) classifier was developed from a database of 584 histologically confirmed cases containing 300 benign and 284 malignant breast nodules. The features determining whether a breast nodule is benign or malignant were extracted from US images through digital image processing with a relatively simple segmentation algorithm applied to the manually preselected region of interest. An ANN then distinguished malignant nodules in US images based on five morphological features representing the shape, edge characteristics, and darkness of a nodule. The structure of ANN was selected using k-fold cross-validation method with k = 10. The ANN trained with randomly selected half of breast nodule images showed the normalized area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.95. With the trained ANN, 53.3% of biopsies on benign nodules can be avoided with 99.3% sensitivity. Performance of the developed classifier was reexamined with new US mass images in the generalized patient population of total 266 (167 benign and 99 malignant) cases. The developed CAD algorithm has the potential to increase the specificity of US for characterization of breast lesions. 相似文献

This paper presents the design of a 2.5/3.5-GHz dual-band low-power and low-noise CMOS amplifier (LNA), which uses the capacitor cross-coupling technique and current-reuse method with four switches. The proposed LNA uses a single RF block and a broadband input stage, which is a key aspect for the easy reconfiguration of a dual-band LNA. Switching at the inter-stage and output allows for the selection of a different standard. The dual-band LNA attenuates the undesired interference of a broadband gain response circuit, which allows the linearity of the amplifier to be improved. The capacitor cross-coupled gm-boosting method improves the NF and reduces the current consumption. The proposed LNA employs a current-reused structure to decrease the total power consumption. The inter-stage and output switched resonators switch the LNA between the 2.5-GHz and 3.5-GHz bands. The proposed dual-band LNA optimises power consumption by the securing gain, noise figure and linearity. The simulated performance reveals gains of 16.7 dB and 19.6 dB, and noise figures of 3.04 dB and 2.63 dB at the two frequency bands, respectively. The linearity parameters of IIP3 are ?5.7 dBm at 2.5 GHz and ?9.7 dBm at 3.5 GHz. The proposed dual-band LNA consumes 5.6 mW from a 1.8 V power supply. 相似文献

With the recent growth in smartphone services, the “mobile” environment has become a key factor to consider in the design of the future Internet. In this paper, we propose Mobile‐Oriented Future Internet (MOFI), which is a new architecture for the future Internet for mobile‐oriented environments. The MOFI architecture is designed with three functional features: global identifier and local locator in the identifier‐locator separation, query‐first data delivery for route optimization, and distributed control of identifier‐locator mapping. The proposed architecture and functional operations are implemented and tested using the Linux platform. From the experiment results, we see that the MOFI architecture performs better than the existing identifier‐locator separation schemes, such as Proxy Mobile IP and Host Identity Protocol, in terms of data throughout, mapping control overhead, and handover delay. 相似文献

The negative capacitance (NC) effect, recently discovered in a fluorite-based ferroelectric thin film, has attracted great attention as a rescue to overcome the scaling limitations of the conventional memory and logic devices of highly integrated circuits. The NC effect manifesting an S-shaped polarization–voltage (P–V) curve is initially interpreted by a 1-dimensional Landau Ginzburg Devonshire (LGD) model. However, a series of recent studies have found that this effect can also be explained by the inhomogeneous stray field energy (ISE) model. In this study, by extending the ISE model in the ferroelectric (FE)-dielectric (DE) layered structure, an analytical model that considers the influence of the interfacial screening charge distribution is presented. This model showed that the NC effect in the FE-DE heterostructure can be manifested in various forms other than a single S-shaped P–V curve. In particular, a double S-shaped P–V curve is expected from the fully compensated anti-parallel domain structure, confirmed experimentally in the actual Al2O3/(Hf0.5Zr0.5)O2/Al2O3 triple-layer structure. Furthermore, to reveal the origin of the double S-shaped P–V curve, a multidomain LGD model is presented.
