基于CSMC 2P2M 0.6 μm CMOS工艺设计了一种ESD保护电路。整体电路采用Hspice和CSMC 2P2M 的0.6 μm CMOS工艺的工艺库(06mixddct02v24)仿真,基于CSMC 2P2M 0.6 μm CMOS工艺完成版图设计,并在一款多功能数字芯片上使用,版图面积为1 mm×1 mm,参与MPW(多项目晶圆)计划流片,流片测试结果表明,芯片满足设计目标。  相似文献

Let G be a 2-edge-connected simple graph on n≥13 vertices and A an (additive) abelian group with |A|≥4. In this paper, we prove that if for every uvE(G), max{d(u),d(v)}≥n/4, then either G is A-connected or G can be reduced to one of K2,3,C4 and C5 by repeatedly contracting proper A-connected subgraphs, where Ck is a cycle of length k. We also show that the bound n≥13 is the best possible.  相似文献

In this paper, for a frame L, we characterize modified sobriety in stratified L-topological spaces and strong L-topological spaces internally using certain classes of stratified L-filters. While the first characterization using completely prime L-filters is trivial and applies to all stratified L-topological spaces, the other one using irreducible L-filters generalizes an approach of R.E. Ho?mann to the lattice-valued case but is restricted to either the case that the lattice is a complete Boolean algebra or to the case of completely distributive lattices and strong L-topological spaces.  相似文献

The glass-transition temperature and non-isothermal crystallization of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)/poly(ethylene 2,6-naphthalate) (PTT/PEN) blends were investigated by using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results suggested that the binary blends showed different crystallization and melting behaviors due to their different component of PTT and PEN. All of the samples exhibited a single glass-transition temperature, indicating that the component PTT and PEN were miscible in amorphous phase. The value of Tg predicted well by Gordon-Taylor equation decreased gradually with increasing of PTT content. The commonly used Avrami equation modified by Jeziorny, Ozawa theory and the method developed by Mo were used, respectively, to fit the primary stage of non-isothermal crystallization. The kinetic parameters suggested that the PTT content improved the crystallization of PEN in the binary blend. The crystallization growth dimension, crystallization rate and the degree of crystallinity of the blends were increased with the increasing content of PTT. The effective activation energy calculated by the advanced iso-conversional method developed by Vyazovkin also concluded that the value of Ea depended not only on the system but also on temperature, that is, the binary blend with more PTT component had higher crystallization ability and the crystallization ability is increased with increasing temperature. The kinetic parameters U* and Kg were also determined, respectively, by the Hoffman-Lauritzen theory.  相似文献

The effects of copper ion on the interaction of [Ru(bpy)2HPIP]2+(bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, HPIP = 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl) imidazo [4,5-f] [1, 10] phenanthroline) with DNA have been investigated by electronic absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. HPIP ligand of the complex with an intramolecular hydrogen bond can bind Cu2+ in the absence of DNA, as revealed by the absorbance and fluorescence decrease for [Ru(bpy)2HPIP]2+. The resultant heterometallic complex binds to DNA via intercalation of HPIP into the DNA base pairs and its DNA-binding ability is stronger than [Ru(bpy)2HPIP]2+ itself. The DNA bound [Ru(bpy)2HPIP]2+ cannot bind Cu2+ at low Cu2+ concentration and the intramolecular hydrogen bond in HPIP is located inside the DNA helix. While the Cu2+ concentration is relative high, Cu2+ can quench the fluorescence of DNA bound [Ru(bpy)2HPIP]2+. The quenching reason is proposed.  相似文献

A series of aryl pyrogallol[4]arenes were efficiently synthesized in excellent yields by cyclocondensation of pyrogallol with aromatic aldehydes under microwave irradiation. The structures of aryl pyrogallol[4]arenes were confirmed by characterization of their acylated derivatives. Under microwave irradiation, alkylation reactions of aryl pyrogallol[4]arenes with some alkylating reagents such as n-butyl iodide, benzyl chloride, and ethyl α-chloroacetate were also finished quickly to yield fully O-alkylated products. The 1H NMR spectra and crystal structures showed that the acylated and alkylated aryl pyrogallol[4]arenes existed mainly in rctt (cis-trans-trans) configuration.  相似文献

An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 12 additives in beverages was developed using evaporation-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction based on the solidification of floating organic droplets EVA-DLLME-SFOcombined with high performance liquid chromatography HPLC. The samples were extracted twice with 70%V/Vmethanol aqueous solution and extracted by EVA-DLLME-SFO method after the combination of the extractsand finally determined by HPLC. Extraction parameterssuch as types and amounts of extractantevaporant and heating agentthe concentration of saltand the extraction time were optimized. Under the optimized conditionsthere were good relationships in the ange of 0.25-50 μµg/mL with the limits of detection of 1.5 to 13.6 mg/kg and limits of quantification of 5.2 to 45.3 mg/kg. The recoveries at three spiked levels1025 and 50 mg/kgwere 76.8% to 101.2% with the relative standard deviations of 0.11% to 4.7%. Several g-Al2O3 supported Pd–Ni bimetallic nanocatalysts(Pd–Ni(x:y)/Al2O3; where x and y represent the mass ratio of Pd and Ni, respectively) were prepared by the impregnation method and used for selective hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene to cyclopentene. The Pd–Ni/Al2O3 samples were confirmed to generate Pd–Ni bimetallic nanoparticles by X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The catalytic activity was assessed in view of the effects of different mass ratios of Pd and Ni, temperature, pressure, etc. Among all the samples, the Pd–Ni(1:1)/Al2O3(PN-1:1) catalyst showed extremely high catalytic ability. The conversion of cyclopentadiene and selectivity for cyclopentene can be simultaneously more than 90%.  相似文献

A novel magnetic solid phase extraction coupled with high‐performance liquid chromatography method was established to analyze polyaromatic hydrocarbons in environmental water samples. The extraction conditions, including the amount of extraction agent, extraction time, pH and the surface structure of the magnetic extraction agent, were optimized. The results showed that the amount of extraction agent and extraction time significantly influenced the extraction performance. The increase in the specific surface area, the enlargement of pore size, and the reduction of particle size could enhance the extraction performance of the magnetic microsphere. The optimized magnetic extraction agent possessed a high surface area of 1311 m2/g, a large pore size of 6–9 nm, and a small particle size of 6–9 μm. The limit of detection for phenanthrene and benzo[g,h,i]perylene in the developed analysis method was 3.2 and 10.5 ng/L, respectively. When applied to river water samples, the spiked recovery of phenanthrene and benzo[g,h,i]perylene ranged from 89.5–98.6% and 82.9–89.1%, respectively. Phenanthrene was detected over a concentration range of 89–117 ng/L in three water samples withdrawn from the midstream of the Huai River, and benzo[g,h,i]perylene was below the detection limit.  相似文献
